本发明公开了废极板干燥碾压脱粉机,包括烘干机构和碾粉机构,所述烘干机构包括支架上安装的输送带,以及罩在输送带上两端留有进口与出口的烘窑;所述碾粉机构包括连接于烘干机构输送带后方的粗碾辊装置、以及粗碾辊装置尾端下方的旋转研磨装置,所述粗碾辊装置包括上层辊组和下层辊组,辊组间留有废极板穿过间隙,下层辊组下方设有斜置的过滤板,过滤板低端延至旋转研磨装置上方,所述旋转研磨装置包括中间主动辊以及其四周围设的相互啮合的多根从动辊,粗碾辊装置、旋转研磨装置的主动辊分别受驱连接驱动装置。本发明取代人工敲打脱粉,先表干废极板,再分两阶段碾压、研磨得到均匀的细粉,板栅、细粉分开收集,工作效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及电池废极板处理设备领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种废极板干燥碾压脱粉机。
背景技术
随着经济和社会的不断发展,目前铅酸蓄电池应用领域非常广泛,使用量巨大。极板加工过程中比较容易报废,或者废弃的铅酸电池重新回收的过程中会有很多不再使用的废极板,由于极板上的铅粉会对环境造成很大的污染,并且铅的价格不断的上涨,对废极板上的铅膏进行回收是企业关注的问题。将废极板的板栅与铅粉分离,主要是采用物理分离和化学处理技术,物理分离大多采用人工敲打脱粉,工作量大,且脱落的铅粉颗粒大不均匀,需进行后序进一步的细磨。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种解决上述问题的废极板干燥碾压脱粉机,先表干废极板,再分两阶段先碾压脱粉过滤粗细粉,再粗粉细磨,得到均匀的细粉,板栅、细粉分开收集,工作效率高。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
废极板干燥碾压脱粉机,包括烘干机构和碾粉机构,所述烘干机构包括支架上安装的输送带,以及罩在输送带上两端留有进口与出口的烘窑;所述碾粉机构包括连接于烘干机构输送带后方的粗碾辊装置、以及粗碾辊装置尾端下方的旋转研磨装置,所述粗碾辊装置包括上层辊组和下层辊组,辊组间留有废极板穿过间隙,下层辊组下方设有斜置的过滤板,过滤板低端延至旋转研磨装置上方,所述旋转研磨装置包括中间主动辊以及其四周围设的相互啮合的多根从动辊,粗碾辊装置、旋转研磨装置的主动辊分别受驱连接驱动装置。
本发明进一步改进技术方案是,所述输送带是链轮输送辊道,输送带两端分别设置链轮,其中一链轮通过链条受驱连接驱动电机一。
本发明更进一步改进技术方案是,所述烘窑在窑体顶壁中间开设热风口,热风口外一边窑顶上安装加热管,加热管边侧安装风机,热风口、加热管、风机封装在罩壳内。烘窑内加热通道,热量从中间向两端回流输送,充分有效利用热量。
本发明更进一步改进技术方案是,上层辊组、下层辊组分别由间隔排列的主动辊、从动辊啮合而成,上层辊组与下层辊组的主动辊错位设置,主动辊通过链条与驱动电机二传动连接,旋转研磨装置的主动辊与驱动电机三传动连接。该结构主动辊与从动辊运行更平稳有力。
本发明更进一步改进技术方案是,所述粗碾辊装置后下方设有板栅收集箱;所述过滤板和旋转研磨装置下方安放铅粉收集箱。板栅与铅粉分离收集,无需分拣,省工省力。
本发明更进一步改进技术方案是,所述粗碾辊装置的上层辊组和下层辊组间隙后端设有向后下方倾斜的导栅板,导栅板低端位于板栅收集箱上方;所述过滤板前端、旋转研磨装置外侧分别设有伸入铅粉收集箱内的导粉板。导栅板、导粉板分别将板栅、铅粉导入收集箱内,防止外漏。
本发明更进一步改进技术方案是,所述粗碾辊装置、旋转研磨装置、导栅板、导粉板分别罩于外罩内,粗碾辊装置和旋转研磨装置的主动辊一端穿出外罩,分别与驱动电机二、驱动电机三传动连接。外罩可有效防止铅粉在碾压中飞扬,保护工作环境。
本发明更进一步改进技术方案是,烘干机构出口与碾粉机构进口之间设有安装于支架上的过渡输送带,过渡输送带两端设置链轮,其中一链轮与电机一或电机二通过链条传动连接。过渡输送带起到有序输送作用,且共用电机一或电机二驱动,结构简单,充分利用。
本发明更进一步改进技术方案是,所述粗碾辊装置的上层辊组和下层辊组之间的间隙高度比废极板厚度小0.1-0.5cm。此间隙高度能更有力、充分的碾压分离板栅与铅粉。
本发明更进一步改进技术方案是,所述窑体侧壁上间隔开有窑门。开设窑门,便于观察窑内运行情况。
本发明有益效果:
本发明先将废极板经烘窑输送表干,然后传送至粗碾辊装置,从上层辊组和下层辊组之间的间隙穿过进行碾压,脱粉后板栅落入板栅收集箱,脱离板栅的铅粉落至过滤板上,符合粒径要求的细粉直接穿过过滤板落在铅粉收集箱中,粗颗粒铅粉滚至旋转研磨装置中进行研磨后落入铅粉收集箱中。脱粉机机械程度高,无需人工敲击,工作效率高。

具体实施方式
如图1至图5所示,本发明包括烘干机构1、过渡输送带3和碾粉机构2,所述烘干机构1包括支架11上安装的输送带12,以及罩在输送带上两端留有进口与出口的烘窑13,输送带12是链轮输送辊道,输送带两端分别设置链轮121,尾端链轮121通过链条受驱连接驱动电机一122,所述烘窑13在窑体顶壁中间开设热风口131,热风口131外一边窑顶上安装加热管132,加热管边侧安装风机133,热风口131、加热管132、风机133封装在罩壳内;所述过渡输送带3两端设置链轮,尾端链轮与电机二24通过链条传动连接;所述碾粉机构2包括连接于烘干机构输送带12后方的粗碾辊装置21、以及粗碾辊装置尾端下方的旋转研磨装置22,所述粗碾辊装置21包括上层辊组和下层辊组,上层辊组、下层辊组分别由间隔排列的主动辊211、从动辊啮合而成,上层辊组与下层辊组的主动辊211错位设置,粗碾辊装置主动辊211通过链条与驱动电机二24传动连接,上下层辊组间留有废极板6穿过间隙,间隙高度比废极板厚度小0.1-0.5cm,下层辊组下方设有斜置的过滤板23,过滤板23低端延至旋转研磨装置22上方。所述旋转研磨装置22包括中间主动辊211以及其四周围设的相互啮合的多根从动辊,旋转研磨装置主动辊211与驱动电机三25传动连接。
为了更好分离收集板栅与铅粉,所述粗碾辊装置21的上层辊组和下层辊组间隙后端设有向后下方倾斜的导栅板26,导栅板26低端延伸至下方设置的板栅收集箱4内;所述过滤板23前端、旋转研磨装置22外侧分别设有导粉板27,导粉板27底端伸入下方设置的铅粉收集箱5内。所述粗碾辊装置21、旋转研磨装置22、过滤板23、导栅板26、导粉板27罩于外罩内,粗碾辊装置21和旋转研磨装置22的主动辊一端穿出外罩与驱动装置连接,防止脱粉过程中铅粉飞扬。
为了便于观察窑体内情况,所述窑体13侧壁上间隔开有窑门134。
工作过程:待脱粉的废极板从烘窑13前端进口处输送带12送入,在传输过程中热风表干,从烘窑13尾端的出口转至过渡输送带3上,过渡输送带3再将表干的废极板6送入碾粉机构2中,废极板6先经粗碾辊装置21的上层辊组和下层辊组间隙穿行碾压,铅粉与板栅分离,板栅传送至后方的板栅收集箱内,达标的细粉穿过过滤板23落入下方的铅粉收集箱中,较粗的铅粉颗粒从过滤板23上滚落至旋转研磨装置22中进行第二阶段研磨,再落入铅粉收集箱中。

1.废极板干燥碾压脱粉机,其特征在于:包括烘干机构(1)和碾粉机构(2),所述烘干机构(1)包括支架(11)上安装的输送带(12),以及罩在输送带上两端留有进口与出口的烘窑(13);所述碾粉机构(2)包括连接于烘干机构输送带(12)后方的粗碾辊装置(21)、以及粗碾辊装置尾端下方的旋转研磨装置(22),所述粗碾辊装置(21)包括上层辊组和下层辊组,辊组间留有废极板(6)穿过间隙,下层辊组下方设有斜置的过滤板(23),过滤板(23)低端延至旋转研磨装置(22)上方,所述旋转研磨装置(22)包括中间主动辊(211)以及其四周围设的相互啮合的多根从动辊,粗碾辊装置(21)、旋转研磨装置(22)的主动辊分别受驱连接驱动装置;
所述上层辊组、下层辊组分别由间隔排列的主动辊(211)、从动辊啮合而成,上层辊组与下层辊组的主动辊(211)错位设置,主动辊(211)通过链条与驱动电机二(24)传动连接,旋转研磨装置(22)的主动辊与驱动电机三(25)传动连接;
所述粗碾辊装置(21)的上层辊组和下层辊组间隙后端设有向后下方倾斜的导栅板(26),导栅板(26)低端位于板栅收集箱(4)上方;所述过滤板(23)前端、旋转研磨装置(22)外侧分别设有伸入铅粉收集箱(5)内的导粉板(27)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废极板干燥碾压脱粉机,其特征在于:所述输送带(12)是链轮输送辊道,输送带两端分别设置链轮(121),其中一链轮(121)通过链条受驱连接驱动电机一(122)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的废极板干燥碾压脱粉机,其特征在于:所述烘窑(13)在窑体顶壁中间开设热风口(131),热风口(131)外一边窑顶上安装加热管(132),加热管边侧安装风机(133),热风口(131)、加热管(132)、风机(133)封装在罩壳内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的废极板干燥碾压脱粉机,其特征在于:所述粗碾辊装置(21)后下方设有板栅收集箱(4);所述过滤板(23)和旋转研磨装置(22)下方安放铅粉收集箱(5)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的废极板干燥碾压脱粉机,其特征在于:所述粗碾辊装置(21)、旋转研磨装置(22)、过滤板(23)、导栅板(26)、导粉板(27)罩于外罩内,粗碾辊装置(21)和旋转研磨装置(22)的主动辊一端穿出外罩,分别与驱动电机二(24)、驱动电机三(25)传动连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的废极板干燥碾压脱粉机,其特征在于:烘干机构(1)出口与碾粉机构(2)进口之间设有安装于支架上的过渡输送带(3),过渡输送带(3)两端设置链轮,其中一链轮与电机一(122)或电机二(24)通过链条传动连接。
