背景技术
水稻田除草剂受作物安全性所限,杀草谱也有限,单独使用一种除草剂单剂不能完全有效地控制水稻田杂草的发生,再者除草剂用量过大或施药不均匀也容易造成对当季作物或后茬作物的残留毒害。除草剂长期单独使用不仅除草谱较窄、生物活性较低,还可造成杂草抗药性的产生;除草剂之间的复配既能解决农药单剂毒性大、效果差的问题,并且不同农药之间的交互使用能够延缓作用物抗药性的产生,具有较为理想的使用效果,因此不同作用机理之间农药的复配是目前农药领域的研究热点。
五氟磺草胺胺是三唑并嘧啶磺酰胺类传导型除草剂,通过抑制乙酰乳酸酯合成酶起作用,药经由杂草叶片、叶鞘或根部吸收,传导至分生组织,造成杂草生长停止,黄化,然后死亡。
噁嗪草酮属噁嗪酮类新型水稻和草坪用除草剂,作用机理是比较独特,不同于其他除草剂的作用方式,主要防治对象为稗草、沟繁缕、千金子、异型莎草等多种杂草;具有有效成分使用量低、适宜施药期长、持效期长、对水稻的选择安全性较高等特点。
双草醚是一种水稻直播田的超高效、低毒、广谱除草剂,防除杂草效果好,也表现出较好的增产效果。主要用于直播水稻苗后防除一年生和多年生禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草,对稗草有特效(对1-7叶期的稗草均有效,3-6叶期防效尤佳)。
现有技术中并没有将五氟磺草胺、噁嗪草酮和双草醚组合使用的文献报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种组分合理,用药成本低,不易产生抗药性的除草剂组合物,对水稻田杂草具有较好的防治效果,对减缓杂草抗性、减少药物使用剂量等方面具有积极作用。
本发明提供以下技术方案
一种除草组合物,活性成分由组分A、组分B和组分C组成;组分A为五氟磺草胺,组分B为噁嗪草酮,组分C为双草醚;所述组分A、组分B和组分C的重量配比为1-10:1-10:1-10。
本发明所述的除草组合物,其特征在于:组分A和组分C质量总和与组分B的质量比为1:7-10:1,并且组分A与组分C的质量比为1:1。
本发明所述的除草组合物,所述组分A、组分B和组分C在组合物中的总重量百分含量为10-85%。
本发明所述的除草组合物,所述组分A、组分B和组分C在组合物中的总重量百分含量为25-60%。
本发明所述的除草组合物用于防除农田杂草的用途。优选用于水稻田杂草的防治。优选的所述的杂草优选为禾本科和阔叶杂草。
本发明组合物可与农业上可接受的助剂组合制备成适应剂型,优选剂型可湿性粉剂、乳油、悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮乳剂、水分散粒剂等。本发明所述的助剂包含乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂、粘结剂、崩解剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、载体、溶剂等。

所述的崩解剂为尿素、尿素硝酸铵盐、淀粉、硫酸铵中的一种、两种或者三种。
所述的粘合剂为聚乙二醇、聚丙烯酸钠、黄原胶、糊精、淀粉、羧甲基纤维素钠中的一种、两种或者三种。
所述的乳化剂为烷基酚聚乙烯醚、苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯醚、山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯环氧乙烷加成物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基苯磺酸胺盐、烷基萘磺酸盐中的一种、两种或者三种。
所述的防冻剂为乙醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、丁醇、聚乙二醇中的一种、两种或者三种。
本发明取得以下有益技术效果:
本发明所述的组合物将三种不同作用机理的活性成分组合使用,可有效降低杂草抗药性的产生,扩大杀草谱;可用时用于水稻田禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草的防治。本发明所述的除草组合物具有显著的增效作用,与单剂、二元组合物的田间防效较高,可以有效减少活性成分的施用剂量,减少环境污染,同时对作物安全。

下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
制剂实施例
实施例1:30%五氟磺草胺·噁嗪草酮·双草醚悬浮剂
实施例2:38%五氟磺草胺·噁嗪草酮·双草醚可湿性粉剂
实施例3:60%五氟磺草胺·噁嗪草酮·双草醚水分散粒剂
生物测试一:五氟磺草胺、噁嗪草酮和双草醚对稗草的室内毒力测定
试验方法:试验在温室条件下进行,将种子播种于花盆内,保证每盆25粒种子,种子上覆盖1cm左右厚混沙细土,从花盆底部加水,使土壤保持湿润,含水量在25-35%。选择生长一致的杂草进行定植,淋水待叶片干燥后进行茎叶喷雾处理。处理21天后,测定鲜重计算防效,然后求出各药剂的回归方程式和EC50,最后按孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC)。当CTC≤80,则组合物表现为拮抗作用,当80<CTC<120,则组合物表现为相加作用,当CTC≥120,则组合物表现为增效作用。
实测毒力指数(ATI)=(标准药剂EC50/供试药剂EC50)×100;理论毒力指数(TTI)=A药剂毒力指数×混剂中A的百分含量+B药剂毒力指数×混剂中B的百分含量;共毒系数(CTC)=[混剂实测毒力指数(ATI)/混剂理论毒力指数(TTI)]×100。

由上表可知,五氟磺草胺、噁嗪草酮和双草醚复配可以用于稗草的防治,没有出现拮抗作用。并且三元组合物在一定的配比范围内对稗草具有协同增效作用,CTC大于120。
生物测试二:除草组合物对水稻田杂草田间防效。
试验方法:按照试验小区面积,称量好药剂,并兑水进行稀释,采用背负喷雾器进行喷雾1次,调查21天后鲜重防效,并比较各种药剂的除草活性。防效(%)=[(清水对照组杂草鲜重-处理组杂草鲜重)/清水组杂草鲜重]*100%。

由上表可知,五氟磺草胺、噁嗪草酮和双草醚复配施用可以显著提高其对水稻田禾本科和阔叶杂草的防治效果,具有显著的增效作用,可有效减低农药的施用剂量,减少环境污染,对作物安全。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,对于本领域技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原料的前提下,可以做适当的改进,这些改进也在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种含五氟磺草胺、噁嗪草酮和双草醚的除草组合物,其特征在于:活性成分由组分A、组分B和组分C组成;组分A为五氟磺草胺,组分B为噁嗪草酮,组分C为双草醚;所述组分A、组分B和组分C的重量配比为1-10:1-10:1-10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于:组分A和组分C质量总和与组分B的质量比为1:7-10:1,并且组分A与组分C的质量比为1:1。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述组分A、组分B和组分C在组合物中的总重量百分含量为10-85%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述组分A、组分B和组分C在组合物中的总重量百分含量为25-60%。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的除草组合物,其特征在于:组合物剂型可为可湿性粉剂、乳油、悬浮剂、微乳剂、水乳剂、水分散粒剂中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的除草组合物用于防除水稻杂草的用途。
