A rail ice and snow sweeper comprises a frame, wherein four rotating wheels for driving the frame to walk on a rail are mounted on the frame; a rail rolling brush mechanism is arranged on the frame between the snow shoveling mechanism and the rail cleaning mechanism, and a blowing mechanism is arranged between the rail rolling brush mechanism and the rail cleaning mechanism; the snow shoveling mechanism comprises a snow shoveling plate, a driving motor, a left conveying belt and a right conveying belt, the snow shoveling plate comprises an upper cover plate which is horizontally arranged, a left vertical plate which is installed on the left side of the frame in a downward extending mode along the vertical direction is arranged on the left side of the upper cover plate, and a right vertical plate which is installed on the right side of the frame in a downward extending mode along the vertical direction is arranged on the right side of the upper cover plate; the side edge of the left vertical plate far away from the rear end of the frame is provided with a left shovel plate which extends towards the front end direction of the frame and is used for pushing snow covered on the rail to the outer side of the rail, the side edge of the right vertical plate far away from the rear end of the frame is provided with a right shovel plate which extends towards the front end direction of the frame and is used for pushing snow covered on the rail to the outer side of the rail, and the left shovel plate and the right shovel plate are intersected in a V shape right in front of the frame; the upper ends of the left shovel plate and the right shovel plate are both connected with the upper cover plate; a horizontal reinforcing plate is arranged at the inner side of the joint of the left shovel plate and the right shovel plate, which is close to the lower end; the lower ends of the left shovel plate and the right shovel plate are respectively provided with a left supporting plate and a right supporting plate which extend towards the rear of the frame, and the left supporting plate, the right supporting plate and the reinforcing plate are in the same plane; a first left shaft and a first right shaft which are arranged side by side along the vertical direction are rotatably connected between the upper cover plate and the reinforcing plate; a second left shaft arranged along the vertical direction is rotatably connected between the upper cover plate and the left supporting plate, and a second right shaft arranged along the vertical direction is rotatably connected between the upper cover plate and the right supporting plate; a first left groove is formed in the position, close to the first left shaft, of the left shovel plate in the vertical direction, and a second left groove is formed in the position, close to the second left shaft, of the left shovel plate in the vertical direction; a first right groove is formed in the position, close to the first right shaft, of the right shovel plate along the vertical direction, and a second right groove is formed in the position, close to the second right shaft, of the right shovel plate along the vertical direction; the left conveyor belt penetrates through the first left groove and the second left groove to be sleeved on the outer sides of the first left shaft and the second left shaft and is used for conveying snow accumulated in front of the left shovel plate to the outer side of the rail under the driving of the first left shaft; the right conveyor belt penetrates through the first right groove and the second right groove to be sleeved on the outer sides of the first right shaft and the second right shaft and is used for conveying snow accumulated in front of the right shovel plate to the outer side of the rail under the driving of the first right shaft; the upper end of first left axle passes the upper cover plate and installs left gear, the upper end of first right axle passes the upper cover plate and installs the right gear with left gear engagement, driving motor install on the downside of upper cover plate and its output shaft pass the upper cover plate install with right gear engagement's drive gear.

A rail ice and snow sweeper according to claim 1, wherein the blowing mechanism comprises a left electric push rod and a right electric push rod, and a supporting cross plate mounted on the frame, the supporting cross plate is provided with the blower, the left and right sides below the supporting cross plate are respectively hinged with a left air duct rotating frame and a right air duct rotating frame, the left air duct rotating frame is provided with a left air duct communicated with the outlet of the blower and used for blowing air to the left front of the frame, and the right air duct rotating frame is provided with a right air duct communicated with the outlet of the blower and used for blowing air to the right front of the frame; the left electric push rod is arranged on the left side below the supporting transverse plate, and the telescopic end of the left electric push rod is hinged with the left air pipe rotating frame and used for adjusting the downward blowing angle of the left air pipe; and the right electric push rod is arranged on the right side below the supporting transverse plate, and the telescopic end of the right electric push rod is hinged with the right air pipe rotating frame and used for adjusting the downward blowing angle of the right air pipe.
