本发明是一种相变隔热保温涂料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:羟基丙烯酸树脂1‑5%,中空玻璃微珠1‑5%,相变微胶囊2‑4%,无水醋酸丁酯5‑13%,混合溶剂15‑20%,分散剂8‑10%,消泡剂5‑7%,通过本方法制备的产品,可有效地对被涂物表面和内部的温度进行控制,通过减缓热能的传递和热能在相变微胶囊中的储存释放过程实现隔热保温、恒温效果,同时对被涂物具有优异的保护和装饰作用;有效的节省能源,环保,具有很好的经济效益。

本发明公开了一种相变隔热保温涂料。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展和经济建设及人民生活的需要,保温隔热技术的需要迅速提升,各种保温隔热材料相继开发并投入市场,而作为一种新的隔热保温材料相变微胶囊的开发及应用受到了普遍重视,相变储能材料,是指在一定温度度范围内,利用材料本身相态或结构的变化,向环境自动吸收或释放潜能,从而达到调控温度的物质,目前涂料中所采取的保温隔热材料如中空玻璃微球、发泡材料、保温板等均属于延缓温度变化的材料,不能使得被涂物内部温度在一定范围内保持恒温。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种相变隔热保温涂料,可有效地对被涂物表面和内部的温度进行控制,通过减缓热能的传递和热能在相变微胶囊中的储存释放过程实现隔热保温、恒温效果,同时对被涂物具有优异的保护和装饰作用;有效的节省能源,环保,具有很好的经济效益。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种相变隔热保温涂料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:羟基丙烯酸树脂1-5%,中空玻璃微珠1-5%,相变微胶囊2-4%,无水醋酸丁酯5-13%,混合溶剂15-20%,分散剂8-10%,消泡剂5-7%。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,可有效地对被涂物表面和内部的温度进行控制,通过减缓热能的传递和热能在相变微胶囊中的储存释放过程实现隔热保温、恒温效果,同时对被涂物具有优异的保护和装饰作用;有效的节省能源,环保,具有很好的经济效益。

一种相变隔热保温涂料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:3%羟基丙烯酸树脂,3%中空玻璃微珠,3%相变微胶囊,9%无水醋酸丁酯,17%混合溶剂,9%分散剂,6%消泡剂,此时相变隔热保温涂料具有优异的保护和装饰作用;有效的节省能源。
