Background
The sanitary hose is a common sanitary product, and the conventional hose is generally a rubber hose or a plastic hose. In the area that water quality alkali content is high, the hose is along with the increase of live time, accumulates the incrustation scale easily on the hose inner wall to influence the performance of hose, and the hose is difficult to maintain, mostly changes whole hose.
Some technical solutions of the sanitary hose have appeared in the prior art, and for example, a chinese patent with application number 201310150461 discloses a sanitary hose, which includes an inner tube, an outer tube and a joint, wherein the outer tube is provided with a plurality of hollow large sections and small sections, the outer peripheral surfaces of the large and small sections are smoothly arranged, the large and small sections are alternately sleeved outside the inner tube and are in contact with each other, and the maximum cross-sectional area of the large section is larger than that of the small section. The outer pipe coats the inner pipe, so that the structure is not easy to age and break, and the service life is prolonged; the inner sides of the adjacent section cylinders are mutually extruded, so that the bending angle of the inner pipe is limited, and the inner pipe is not easy to break; meanwhile, the large and small section barrels are alternately arranged and sleeved outside the inner pipe, so that the whole hose becomes regular and ordered, and the appearance is more attractive; the cross sectional areas of the large and small section barrels are not consistent, so that the whole hose has more layering; the outer peripheral surfaces of the large and small section cylinders are smoothly arranged, so that the large and small section cylinders are convenient to grasp; different decorative effects can be realized by replacing the section tubes with different shapes, and the styles are various; even if the outer pipe is damaged, only the damaged section of thick bamboo needs to be replaced, and the maintenance is convenient.
This technical scheme, rational in infrastructure, the style is various, and maintains the convenience. However, in the technical scheme, how to treat the scale in the hose is not considered, and the maintenance of the hose is reduced, so that the technical scheme is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to make up for the defects of the prior art, the invention provides an anti-blocking bathroom hose which is simple in structure and convenient to operate, and the transparent hose is repeatedly extruded by an extruding mechanism to drop water scale, so that the transparent hose is not easy to block, and the maintenance of the transparent hose is reduced.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: an anti-blocking bathroom hose comprises a first joint, a second joint, a transparent hose and an extrusion mechanism, wherein one end of the transparent hose is fixedly connected with the first joint, and the other end of the transparent hose is fixedly connected with the second joint; the transparent hose is provided with an extrusion mechanism which can extrude the transparent hose to enable dirt on the inner wall of the transparent hose to fall off; the extrusion mechanism comprises a sleeve and an arc-shaped plate, the sleeve is sleeved on the transparent hose, and the sleeve can slide along the transparent hose; the two arc plates are respectively and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the transparent hose, one ends of the two arc plates are hinged on the sleeve, and the other ends of the two arc plates are connected through a spring. When the device works, a sleeve in the extrusion mechanism is sleeved on the transparent hose, the accumulated scale on the inner wall of the transparent hose is easy to find, and one end connected with the spring in the two arc plates is repeatedly pressed, so that the two symmetrically arranged arc plates relatively deflect along a hinge joint, the transparent hose is repeatedly extruded, the scale on the inner wall of the transparent hose drops, and then water is introduced into the transparent hose to carry away the dropped scale; the water quality in some areas has high alkali content, and scale is easily deposited on the inner wall of the transparent hose along with the increase of the time for introducing the alkali water into the transparent hose, so that the transparent hose is blocked, and the use of the transparent hose is influenced; the invention repeatedly presses the transparent water pipe at the position stained with scale through the extruding mechanism to enable the scale to fall off, thereby realizing the cleaning and anti-blocking of the transparent hose, further prolonging the service life and using effect of the transparent hose and reducing the maintenance of the transparent hose.
Preferably, the two arc-shaped plates are provided with racks in the same arc shape, and one sides of the two arc-shaped plates, which are close to the transparent hose, are provided with grooves; connecting springs are arranged in the grooves; a group of convex blocks are arranged on the connecting springs; two ends of the rack respectively penetrate through the two arc-shaped plates, the middle part of the rack is fixedly connected to the sleeve, and two gears are arranged above the rack; the gears are fixedly connected with rotating shafts and can be meshed with the racks; the rotating shafts are rotatably arranged on the arc-shaped plates and fixedly connected with one ends of the connecting springs. When the cleaning device works, when the transparent hose needs to be cleaned, one end connected with the spring in the two arc-shaped plates is pressed, so that the two arc-shaped plates which are symmetrically arranged relatively deflect along a hinge point, the arc-shaped plates drive the gear to move, the gear can be meshed with the rack, and the middle part of the rack is fixed, so that the gear can rotate under the action of the rack, and the gear can drive the connecting spring to rotate through the rotating shaft; thereby the connecting spring rotates and drives the lug and rubs with the hands transparent hose friction, and then destroys the incrustation scale on the transparent water pipe inner wall fast, makes the incrustation scale drop fast, and then improves the efficiency of cleaing away transparent hose incrustation scale.
Preferably, the lugs are distributed on the steel wire of the connecting spring in a staggered way. The during operation, when two arcs extruded the transparent hose, the both sides of transparent hose can be outside protruding to extrude the hemisphere gasbag on the cover pipe inner wall, the gas in the hemisphere gasbag can be followed the gas pocket blowout after receiving the extrusion, because the gas pocket faces connecting spring, thereby clears up the dust on the connecting spring, improves connecting spring's life.
Preferably, the inner diameter of the sleeve is set to be 1.2 to 1.5 times the outer diameter of the transparent hose. During operation, the inner diameter of the sleeve is set to be 1.2 to 1.5 times of the outer diameter of the transparent hose, so that the sleeve can conveniently slide on the transparent hose, and the working efficiency of the device is improved.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention repeatedly presses the transparent water pipe at the position stained with scale through the extruding mechanism to enable the scale to fall off, thereby realizing the cleaning and anti-blocking of the transparent hose, further prolonging the service life and using effect of the transparent hose and reducing the maintenance of the transparent hose.
2. According to the invention, the connecting spring rotates to drive the lug to rub and rub the transparent hose, so that scale on the inner wall of the transparent hose is quickly damaged, the scale drops quickly, and the efficiency of removing the scale on the inner wall of the transparent hose is improved.
3. As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the anti-blocking sanitary hose according to the present invention comprises a first joint 1, a second joint 2, a transparent hose 3 and a squeezing mechanism 4, wherein one end of the transparent hose 3 is fixed to the first joint 1, and the other end of the transparent hose 3 is fixed to the second joint 2; the transparent hose 3 is provided with the extrusion mechanism 4, and the extrusion mechanism 4 can extrude the transparent hose 3 to enable dirt on the inner wall of the transparent hose 3 to fall off; the extruding mechanism 4 comprises a sleeve 41 and an arc-shaped plate 42, the sleeve 41 is sleeved on the transparent hose 3, and the sleeve 41 can slide along the transparent hose 3; the two arc plates 42 are respectively symmetrically arranged at two sides of the transparent hose 3, one ends of the two arc plates 42 are hinged on the sleeve 41, and the other ends of the two arc plates 42 are connected through a spring. As one embodiment, the two arc-shaped plates 42 are provided with the same arc-shaped rack 5, and one sides of the two arc-shaped plates 42, which are close to the transparent hose 3, are provided with grooves; the connecting springs 6 are arranged in the grooves; a group of convex blocks 7 are arranged on the connecting springs 6; two ends of the rack 5 respectively penetrate through the two arc-shaped plates 42, the middle part of the rack 5 is fixedly connected to the sleeve 41, and two gears 8 are arranged above the rack 5; the gears 8 are fixedly connected with rotating shafts, and the gears 8 can be meshed with the racks 5; the rotating shafts are rotatably arranged on the arc-shaped plate 42 and fixedly connected with one end of the connecting spring 6. When the cleaning device works, when the transparent hose 3 needs to be cleaned, one end of the two arc-shaped plates 42 connected with the springs is pressed, so that the two arc-shaped plates 42 which are symmetrically arranged relatively deflect along a hinge point, the arc-shaped plates 42 drive the gear 8 to move, the gear 8 moves to be meshed with the rack 5, and the middle part of the rack 5 is fixed, so that the gear 8 rotates under the action of the rack 5, and the gear 8 rotates to drive the connecting spring 6 to rotate through the rotating shaft; thereby connecting spring 6 rotates and drives lug 7 and rub the friction of transparent hose 3 and move, and then destroys the incrustation scale on the transparent water pipe inner wall fast, makes the incrustation scale drop fast, and then improves the efficiency of cleaing away the incrustation scale of transparent hose 3.
As an embodiment, the bumps 7 are distributed on the steel wire of the connecting spring 6 in a staggered manner. As one embodiment, a hemispherical balloon 9 is arranged on the inner wall of the sleeve 41; the hemispherical air bag 9 is provided with an air hole; said air hole is opposite to the connecting spring 6. As one embodiment, the inner diameter of the sleeve 41 is set to be 1.2 to 1.5 times the outer diameter of the transparent hose 3. During operation, the inner diameter of the sleeve 41 is set to be 1.2 to 1.5 times of the outer diameter of the transparent hose 3, so that the sleeve 41 can conveniently slide on the transparent hose 3, and the working efficiency of the device is improved.
