本发明提出一种浮选泡沫层厚度测量装置,包括:球体、配重块、两个定滑轮、一根细线、测量机构和支架,支架设置在浮选机外;两个定滑轮等高的设置在支架上,且一个定滑轮位于浮选机内侧的上方,另一个定滑轮位于浮选机外侧的上方;一根细线的两端分别绕过两个定滑轮;球体设置在一个定滑轮侧的细线上,配重块设置在另一个定滑轮侧的细线上,球体的密度小于水的密度,配重块的重量略小于球体的质量;浮选机关闭,球体处于浮选机内精矿溢流位置,配重块对应的高度为H1,实际浮选中,球体始终位于在矿浆与泡沫层的交界面处,配重块对应的高度为H2,浮选泡沫层的厚度为H2‑H1。本发明解决了浮选泡沫层厚度的测量问题,同时监测该厚度。

背景技术
浮选的原理是利用不同矿物的疏水性不同,通过在矿浆中鼓入空气产生气泡从而分离出有用矿物。浮选工作正常时,矿浆和泡沫的交界面位置到浮选槽溢流口的距离为泡沫层厚度,而泡沫层厚度直接影响矿物粒子的脱附率,对浮选效率具有很大影响。
泡沫层厚度薄时,交界面底下的矿浆容易溢流过浮选槽的上边沿进入位于浮选槽外侧的精矿槽引起精矿槽堵塞,同时矿浆中的高灰分杂质还会对精矿造成污染,严重影响精矿质量;泡沫层厚度较厚时,浮选槽内的精矿不能被及时有效的刮进精矿槽,从而造成精矿回收率下降,导致精矿回收不充分,造成煤炭资源的极大浪费和企业经济效益的损失。因此,泡沫层厚度是浮选过程中非常重要的参数,在浮选中该泡沫层厚度的监测非常重要。

本发明提出一种浮选泡沫层厚度测量装置,解决了现有技术中浮选泡沫层厚度监测的问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种浮选泡沫层厚度测量装置,包括:球体、配重块、两个定滑轮、一根细线、测量机构和支架,支架设置在浮选机外;两个定滑轮等高的设置在支架上,且一个定滑轮位于浮选机内侧的上方,另一个定滑轮位于浮选机外侧的上方;一根细线的两端分别绕过两个定滑轮;球体设置在一个定滑轮侧的细线上,配重块设置在另一个定滑轮侧的细线上,球体的密度小于水的密度,配重块的重量略小于球体的质量;
浮选机关闭时,球体处于浮选机内精矿溢流位置,此时配重块对应的高度为H1,实际浮选过程中,球体始终位于在矿浆与泡沫层的交界面处,此时配重块对应的高度为H2,浮选泡沫层的厚度为H2- H1。
优选的是,所述一个定滑轮设置在浮选机的内侧部上方,以使所述球体刚好沿着浮选机的内侧部;
位于浮选泡沫层的顶部和底部上的浮选机的内侧部上分别设置有接近开关,两个接近开关分别连接设置在浮选机外侧的声光报警器,当所述球体离开浮选泡沫层即会触动接近开关,声光报警器发声报警。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的浮选泡沫层厚度测量装置,测量浮选过程中的实际浮选泡沫层厚度,能够随时监测浮选泡沫层厚度,能够很好的指导浮选机操作员的操作,提高了浮选效率,具有广泛的应用范围和技术推广前景。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示的一种浮选泡沫层厚度测量装置,包括:球体1、配重块2、两个定滑轮3、一根细线4、测量机构5和支架6,支架6设置在浮选机7外;两个定滑轮3等高的设置在支架6上,且一个定滑轮3位于浮选机内侧的上方,另一个定滑轮3位于浮选机外侧的上方;一根细线4的两端分别绕过两个定滑轮;球体1设置在一个定滑轮3侧的细线上,配重块2设置在另一个定滑轮侧的细线上,球体的密度小于水的密度,配重块的重量略小于球体的质量。
浮选机7中,71为浮选区,72为分离区,73为充气搅拌区。浮选机关闭时,球体处于浮选机内精矿溢流位置S1,此时配重块对应的高度为H1,实际浮选过程中,球体始终位于在矿浆与泡沫层的交界面处S2,此时配重块对应的高度为H2,浮选泡沫层的厚度为H2- H1。
如图2所示,一个定滑轮设置在浮选机的内侧部上方,以使球体1刚好沿着浮选机的内侧部;位于浮选泡沫层的顶部和底部上的浮选机的内侧部上分别设置有接近开关8,两个接近开关分别连接设置在浮选机外侧的声光报警器9,当球体1离开浮选泡沫层即会触动接近开关,声光报警器发声报警,提醒操作员及时采取相应的操作和措施进行稳定浮选泡沫层厚度和浮选效果,能够起到较好的节约浮选药剂和提高浮选效率的作用。

Claims (2)
1.一种浮选泡沫层厚度测量装置,其特征在于,包括:球体、配重块、两个定滑轮、一根细线、测量机构和支架,支架设置在浮选机外;两个定滑轮等高的设置在支架上,且一个定滑轮位于浮选机内侧的上方,另一个定滑轮位于浮选机外侧的上方;一根细线的两端分别绕过两个定滑轮;球体设置在一个定滑轮侧的细线上,配重块设置在另一个定滑轮侧的细线上,球体的密度小于水的密度,配重块的重量略小于球体的质量;
浮选机关闭时,球体处于浮选机内精矿溢流位置,此时配重块对应的高度为H1,实际浮选过程中,球体始终位于在矿浆与泡沫层的交界面处,此时配重块对应的高度为H2,浮选泡沫层的厚度为H2- H1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的浮选泡沫层厚度测量装置,其特征在于,所述一个定滑轮设置在浮选机的内侧部上方,以使所述球体刚好沿着浮选机的内侧部;
位于浮选泡沫层的顶部和底部上的浮选机的内侧部上分别设置有接近开关,两个接近开关分别连接设置在浮选机外侧的声光报警器,当所述球体离开浮选泡沫层即会触动接近开关,声光报警器发声报警。
