Abstract
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其是一种组合式椎板固定板装置。该固定板包括过渡板、开门钢板前端、开门钢板后端和辅助元件,所述过渡板的左右两端设有连接口,通过辅助元件将分别穿过过渡板两端连接口的开门钢板前端和开门钢板后端与过渡板连接固定。该发明采用过渡板固定住开门钢板的前端和后端,调节过渡板可灵活选择开门钢板的长度规格,使用方式简单便捷,同时选取TA2工业纯钛作为过渡板等辅件的加工材料,安全卫生。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其是一种组合式椎板固定板装置。
背景技术
在颈椎病、后纵韧带骨化和其他类似疾病导致的多节段脊髓受压或神经受压,开门钢板作为颈后路椎板成型内固定系统手术的一部分,与其他种类椎板协作,能够有效起到修补椎骨缺陷,缓解椎管压力等作用。不但可以帮助患者进行术后早期的康复训练,还可以使椎管再狭小的机率最小化。常规椎板成型内固定系统手术会使用1到3件开门钢板。在手术过程中,由于患者体格及病因的差异性,所需钢板的规格不一致,提高了手术的难度,使用不对应规格的开门钢板不易起到内固定作用,降低了手术痊愈的效果。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种组合式椎板固定板装置,解决了手术中不能自由调节开门钢板尺寸的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种组合式椎板固定板装置,包括过渡板、开门钢板前端、开门钢板后端和辅助元件,所述过渡板上设有通槽,通过辅助元件将分别从过渡板两端穿入通槽的开门钢板前端和开门钢板后端与过渡板连接固定。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述辅助元件为铆钉头和钉体,过渡板前后两侧设置有通孔,开门钢板前端和开门钢板后端上设置有与过渡板上通孔相对应的同轴通孔。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述辅助元件为螺钉,过渡板顶端设有螺纹孔,开门钢板前端和开门钢板后端的顶部设置有与过渡板上螺纹孔直径大小一致的凹槽。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述辅助元件为内套、压块、按键、单臂弯曲扭转弹簧和弹性圆柱销,内套前后两侧设有安装孔,内套底端表面设有圆形凸台,压块顶端设有开口槽,压块前后两侧设有安装孔,按键底端两侧设有连接块,连接块上设有安装孔,过渡板前后两侧表面设有滑槽,过渡板的顶端两侧边缘上设有等距排布的凹槽,过渡板的底端表面设有圆形凸台,开门钢板前端和开门钢板后端上设有与圆形凸台大小一致的通孔。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述过渡板底部表面设置有圆形凸台,过渡板前后两侧为镂空结构,过渡板顶部设有凹槽,开门钢板前端设有与过渡板底端圆形凸台大小一致的通孔,开门钢板后端表面上设有与过渡板顶部凹槽直径相同的凸块,开门钢板后端两侧设有等同间距的方形凹槽。
本发明的有益效果是,该发明采用过渡板固定住开门钢板的前端和后端,调节过渡板可灵活选择开门钢板的长度规格,使用方式简单便捷,同时选取TA2工业纯钛作为过渡板等辅件的加工材料,安全卫生。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明组合式椎板固定板方案一的结构示意图,一种组合式椎板固定板装置,包括过渡板1、开门钢板前端2、开门钢板后端3和辅助元件4,所述过渡板1上设有通槽5,通过辅助元件4将分别从过渡板1两端穿入通槽5的开门钢板前端2和开门钢板后端3与过渡板1连接固定,辅助元件4为铆钉头6和钉体7,过渡板1前后两侧设置有通孔8,开门钢板前端2和开门钢板后端3上设置有与过渡板1上通孔8相对应的同轴通孔8。
如图2是本发明组合式椎板固定板方案二的结构示意图,辅助元件4为螺钉9,过渡板1顶端设有螺纹孔10,开门钢板前端2和开门钢板后端3的顶部设置有与过渡板1上螺纹孔10直径大小一致的凹槽11。
如图3是本发明组合式椎板固定板方案三的结构示意图,辅助元件4为内套12、压块13、按键14、单臂弯曲扭转弹簧15和弹性圆柱销16,内套12前后两侧设有安装孔17,内套12底端表面设有圆形凸台18,压块13顶端设有开口槽19,压块13前后两侧设有安装孔17,按键14底端两侧设有连接块20,连接块20上设有安装孔17,过渡板1前后两侧表面设有滑槽21,过渡板1的顶端两侧边缘上设有等距排布的凹槽11,过渡板1的底端表面设有圆形凸台18,开门钢板前端2和开门钢板后端3上设有与圆形凸台18大小一致的通孔8。
如图4是本发明组合式椎板固定板方案四的结构示意图,过渡板1底部表面设置有圆形凸台18,过渡板1前后两侧为镂空结构,过渡板1顶部设有凹槽11,开门钢板前端2设有与过渡板1底端圆形凸台18大小一致的通孔8,开门钢板后端3表面上设有与过渡板1顶部凹槽11直径相同的凸块22,开门钢板后端3两侧设有等同间距的方形凹槽23。
本发明的工作原理:方案一,使用模板或模棒测得患者椎骨上具体尺寸,将开门钢板前端2从一端穿入过渡板1的通槽5使开门钢板前端2上的通孔8对准过渡板1上通孔8,再将开门钢板后端3从另一端穿入过渡板1的通槽5,保证开门钢板前端2和开门钢板后端3上的通孔8与过渡板1上通孔8同轴,由于开门钢板后端3上设有若干通孔8,通过选择开门钢板后端3上的通孔8进行安装,使其总长度与所需规格长度相近,然后将铆钉头6插入通孔8,并在另一端插入钉体7,使用敲击或拉伸的方式铆定,剪去钉体7多余长度,实现固定连接。
方案二,使用模板或模棒测得患者椎骨上具体尺寸,将开门钢板前端2从一端穿入过渡板1的通槽5使开门钢板前端2上的凹槽11位于过渡板1的螺纹孔10正下方,再将开门钢板后端3从另一端穿入过渡板1的通槽5,保证开门钢板前端2和开门钢板后端3上凹槽11的中心线与过渡板1上螺纹孔10轴线同轴,由于开门钢板后端3上设有若干凹槽11,通过选择开门钢板后端3上的凹槽11进行安装,使其总长度与所需规格长度相近,然后将螺钉9插入螺纹孔10,将开门钢板前端2、开门钢板后端3和过渡板1固定连接。
方案三,将开门钢板前端2上的通孔8按压进过渡板1底端的圆形凸台18,使开门钢板前端2固定在过渡板1上,将内套12朝上放置在已安装好的开门钢板前端2的上方,开门钢板后端3上的通孔8按压进内套12底端的圆形凸台18将开门钢板后端3固定在内套12上,在开门钢板后端3上放置压块13,将按键14底端两侧的连接块20放置在压块13上端开口槽19内,按键14侧边的通孔8与单臂弯曲扭转弹簧15同轴心,单臂弯曲扭转弹簧15的一侧抵在开门钢板后端3上面,另一端抵在按键14上。使用弹性圆柱销16穿过内套12、压块13和连接块20上的通孔8以及过渡板1侧端滑槽21使部件实现配合,弹性圆柱销16的两端能在过渡板1侧面的滑槽21内自由移动,且弹性圆柱销16端面与过渡板1侧面齐平。使用模板或模棒测得患者椎骨上具体尺寸,按压按键14推动开门钢板后端3,根据过渡板1侧面的刻度线快速移动到合适的尺寸,松开按键14,按键14末端的弯钩嵌入过渡板1的排列凹槽11内进行位置固定。本方案无需医疗工作者现场装配,方便快捷,能够有效的提高手术效率。
方案四,使用模板或模棒测得患者椎骨上具体尺寸,将开门钢板前端2上通孔8按压进过渡板1的底部圆形凸台18,使开门钢板前端2固定在过渡板1上,再将开门钢板后端3插入过渡板1,使开门钢板后端3的凸块22通过塑性挤开过渡板1顶部凹槽11,调整开门钢板后端3使其移动到合适的位置,用尖嘴复位钳等器械使过渡板1两侧的镂空结构与开门钢板后端3对应的方形凹槽23相嵌,限制开门钢板后端3轴向移动。本方案结构简单,加工便捷,安全性能好。

1.一种组合式椎板固定板装置,其特征是,包括过渡板(1)、开门钢板前端(2)、开门钢板后端(3)和辅助元件(4),所述过渡板(1)上设有通槽(5),通过辅助元件(4)将分别从过渡板(1)两端穿入通槽(5)的开门钢板前端(2)和开门钢板后端(3)与过渡板(1)连接固定,所述辅助元件(4)为内套(12)、压块(13)、按键(14)、单臂弯曲扭转弹簧(15)和弹性圆柱销(16),内套(12)前后两侧设有安装孔(17),内套(12)底端表面设有圆形凸台(18),压块(13)顶端设有开口槽(19),压块(13)前后两侧设有安装孔(17),按键(14)底端两侧设有连接块(20),连接块(20)上设有安装孔(17),过渡板(1)前后两侧表面设有滑槽(21),过渡板(1)的顶端两侧边缘上设有等距排布的凹槽(11),过渡板(1)的底端表面设有圆形凸台(18),开门钢板前端(2)和开门钢板后端(3)上设有与圆形凸台(18)大小一致的通孔(8)。
