背景技术
在冶金行业工业退火炉耐材安装工程中,炉子内衬的耐材安装方法及其辅助零件是影响内衬质量和施工进度的关键。工业炉内衬安装过程中需要涉及轻型、复合结构内衬如层铺的硅钙板、纤维板、纤维毯、纤维毡等耐材的安装,由于耐材板块变形、弹性变量和设计尺寸等因素导致安装困难,一种方式是采用塑料绳或细铁丝,以螺柱为连接点织网压缩并固定,这种方法费时费工,而且安装效果不理想,后续还必须不断修缮;另一种方式是引进的方形安装夹,又称“快速卡”,尽管可以提升安装进度和质量,但由于安装夹承受安装板块耐材整形的应力、纤维压缩回弹力和炉顶耐材重力与螺杆之间摩擦力疲劳,前面干而后面安装夹受其它区域牵扯又慢慢滑移至内衬对安装夹作用力最小的位置才停止,炉顶耐材有时受重力对安装夹影响从螺杆上脱落,作业人员不得不对前面工作返工修理,安装夹的设计缺陷一直影响着工业炉内衬安装质量和进度。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种结构简单、使用方便、安装可靠、作业效率高、使用寿命长的炉窑施工辅助设备,本发明公开了一种卡牙型耐材安装夹及其使用方法。
本发明通过如下技术方案达到发明目的:
一种卡牙型耐材安装夹,包括圆形的底板,其特征是:还包括支撑板和卡牙,底板的中心处设有和底板同心的圆孔,底板上冲去至少三块扇形块形成至少三个扇形孔,扇形孔的圆心都和底板的圆心重合,扇形孔围绕底板均匀分布;相邻两个扇形孔之间的三角块成为支撑板,各块支撑板都向同一方向倾斜,使各块支撑板外侧面的包络形成一个圆台形,支撑板的内端设有卡牙,各个卡牙内端的包络形成一个和底板同心的小圆孔,从而构成耐材安装夹。
所述的卡牙型耐材安装夹,其特征是:底板的厚度为0.5mm~0.7mm,底板选用碳素钢或不锈钢制成;支撑板和底板的夹角在30°~60°;扇形孔的半径边和弧边通过半径不大于6mm的圆弧光滑过渡连接,卡牙的横截面为三角形;设小圆孔的半径为a,则扇形孔的半径为5a~8a,底板的半径为10a~15a。
所述的卡牙型耐材安装夹的使用方法,其特征是:按如下步骤依次实施:
a. 贴覆耐材:在退火炉的炉顶和侧墙上分别逐层贴覆用纤维毯构成的耐材以形成耐材层,贴覆于炉顶的耐材逐层水平贴覆并用垂直设置的螺柱连接,贴覆于侧墙的耐材逐层垂直贴覆并用水平设置的螺柱连接;
b. 安装内部安装夹:每贴覆若干层耐材后,在位于最外侧的耐材上安装耐材安装夹,将底板通过小圆孔旋入螺柱,使底板的内侧面贴覆在耐材上,使支撑板朝向退火炉的内腔,并使卡牙卡住螺柱的外侧面,随后在底板的外侧面继续贴覆耐材,直至完成耐材层的贴覆;
c. 安装外部安装夹:在耐材层的外侧贴覆衬板,衬板上开有通孔以套入各根螺柱,将底板通过小圆孔旋入螺柱,使底板的内侧面贴覆在耐材上,使支撑板朝向退火炉的内腔,并使卡牙卡住螺柱的外侧面,随后在底板的外侧面套上垫片并旋上螺母紧固。
所述的卡牙型耐材安装夹的使用方法,其特征是:
步骤b时,耐材层内部的耐材安装夹,沿每一根螺柱每贴覆3~5层耐材安装一个;
步骤b和c时,耐材安装夹旋入螺柱后,若螺柱为光杆,则卡牙卡住螺柱的外侧面;若螺柱为螺杆,则卡牙卡住螺柱的螺纹。
本发明制造时,根据退火炉耐材层螺柱的粗细、使用功能和尺寸等参数在工厂预先开设所需的模刀,并把模刀安装在机床上排版,将成型板材送入机床冲剪、冲压,最终获得一枚枚耐材安装夹。
本发明使用时,耐材安装夹的凸起面是设定的工作面,也是耐材对耐材安装夹的作用面,耐材内应力对耐材安装夹的作用面越大,卡牙嵌入螺柱越深,耐材安装夹对螺柱的摩擦力就越大,固定也就越可靠。
扇形孔的半径边和弧边采用圆弧光滑过渡连接,有效地消除了耐材安装夹长时间在高温内应力作用下产生裂口的现象,降低耐材安装夹的扇形孔对螺柱的作用。
耐材安装夹的卡牙使得耐材安装夹在受到耐材的作用力时卡牙能够死死咬住螺柱(或钉住光杆面或嵌入螺杆的螺纹),阻止内衬板块耐材整形后的内应力、纤维毯压缩反弹力和炉顶耐材重力对耐材安装夹的作用;耐材安装夹在作业人员顺向推力下更灵活打开卡牙,直至停止施加作用力,作业人员还能旋转嵌入螺杆螺纹的耐材安装夹对其微调,来调整耐材层的厚度。
本发明彻底解决了安装夹对螺杆摩擦力的问题,无论是在光杆还是螺杆上,本发明都能牢牢的卡死在预想的位置,从根本上解决了安装时重复劳动和安装质量,从而提高工业退火炉内衬安装质量和作业人员的劳动效率。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1. 提高了工作效率,降低作业人员的劳动强度,减少了作业人员高粉尘环境作业时间;
2. 满足了设计要求,有效地控制住纤维毯的压缩率(可控制在15%左右),质量完全得到了保证。
注:常用耐火纤维毯松散厚度一般有25mm和50mm两种规格,规范和设计一般要求这两种规格的安装厚度分别压缩至20mm或40mm,即压缩率达到20%。采用本发明可将压缩率控制在15%左右,这个压缩率是耐火纤维毯的最佳使用状态。如果压缩率过大,会造成耐火纤维毯中的纤维折断,破坏了耐火纤维毯的自身强度,进而被安装夹压缩的耐火纤维毯处产生一个坑,不利于下层耐火纤维毯的铺砌;如果压缩率过小,耐火纤维毯铺砌完毕后仍旧处于半松散状态,耐材层结构强度不够。如果耐火纤维毯的压缩率不能完全被控制在一定的范围内,其隔热性能降低,最终将增大生产能耗和影响内衬结构强度。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例进一步说明本发明。
实施例1
一种卡牙型耐材安装夹,包括圆形的底板1、支撑板2和卡牙3,如图1和图2所示,具体结构是:
底板1的中心处设有和底板1同心的圆孔11,底板1上冲去至少三块扇形块形成至少三个扇形孔12,扇形孔12的圆心都和底板1的圆心重合,扇形孔12围绕底板1均匀分布;相邻两个扇形孔12之间的三角块成为支撑板2,各块支撑板2都向同一方向倾斜,使各块支撑板2外侧面的包络形成一个圆台形,支撑板2的内端设有卡牙3,各个卡牙3内端的包络形成一个和底板1同心的小圆孔13,从而构成耐材安装夹4。
底板1的厚度为0.5mm~0.7mm,本实施例取0.5mm,底板1可以选用牌号为Q235B的碳素钢或牌号为SUS301、SUS304的不锈钢制成;支撑板2和底板1的夹角在30°~60°,本实施例取45°±5°;扇形孔12的半径边和弧边通过半径不大于6mm的圆弧光滑过渡连接,卡牙3的横截面为三角形;设小圆孔13的半径为a,则扇形孔12的半径为5a~8a,底板1的半径为10a~15a,本实施例小圆孔13的直径为21mm,扇形孔12的直径为144mm,底板1的直径为228mm。
本实施例使用时,如图3~图7所示,按如下步骤依次实施:
a. 贴覆耐材:如图3所示:在退火炉5的炉顶51和侧墙52上分别逐层贴覆用纤维毯构成的耐材53以形成耐材层54,贴覆于炉顶51的耐材53逐层水平贴覆并用垂直设置的螺柱55连接,贴覆于侧墙52的耐材53逐层垂直贴覆并用水平设置的螺柱55连接;
b. 安装内部安装夹:沿每一根螺柱(55)每贴覆3~5层耐材53后,如图4和图5所示:在位于最外侧的耐材53上安装耐材安装夹4,将底板1通过小圆孔13旋入螺柱55,若螺柱55为光杆,则卡牙3卡住螺柱55的外侧面;若螺柱55为螺杆,则卡牙3卡住螺柱55的螺纹,使底板1的内侧面贴覆在耐材53上,使支撑板2朝向退火炉5的内腔,并使卡牙3卡住螺柱55的外侧面,随后在底板1的外侧面继续贴覆耐材53,直至完成耐材层54的贴覆;
c. 安装外部安装夹:如图6和图7所示:在耐材层54的外侧贴覆衬板56,衬板56上开有通孔以套入各根螺柱55,将底板1通过小圆孔13旋入螺柱55,若螺柱55为光杆,则卡牙3卡住螺柱55的外侧面;若螺柱55为螺杆,则卡牙3卡住螺柱55的螺纹,使底板1的内侧面贴覆在耐材53上,使支撑板2朝向退火炉5的内腔,并使卡牙3卡住螺柱55的外侧面,随后在底板1的外侧面套上垫片57并旋上螺母58紧固。
本实施例制造时,根据退火炉5耐材层54螺柱55的粗细、使用功能和尺寸等参数在工厂预先开设所需的模刀,并把模刀安装在机床上排版,将成型板材送入机床冲剪、冲压,最终获得一枚枚耐材安装夹4。
本实施例使用时,耐材安装夹4的凸起面是设定的工作面,也是耐材53对耐材安装夹4的作用面,耐材53内应力对耐材安装夹4的作用面越大,卡牙3嵌入螺柱55越深,耐材安装夹4对螺柱55的摩擦力就越大,固定也就越可靠。
扇形孔12的半径边和弧边采用圆弧光滑过渡连接,有效地消除了耐材安装夹4长时间在高温内应力作用下产生裂口的现象,降低耐材安装夹4的扇形孔12对螺柱55的作用。
耐材安装夹4的卡牙3使得耐材安装夹4在受到耐材53的作用力时卡牙3能够死死咬住螺柱55(或钉住光杆面或嵌入螺杆的螺纹),阻止内衬板块耐材整形后的内应力、纤维毯压缩反弹力和炉顶耐材重力对耐材安装夹4的作用;耐材安装夹4在作业人员顺向推力下更灵活打开卡牙,直至停止施加作用力,作业人员还能旋转嵌入螺杆螺纹的耐材安装夹4对其微调,来调整耐材层54的厚度。
Claims (4)
1.一种卡牙型耐材安装夹,包括圆形的底板(1),其特征是:还包括支撑板(2)和卡牙(3),底板(1)的中心处设有和底板(1)同心的圆孔(11),底板(1)上冲去至少三块扇形块形成至少三个扇形孔(12),扇形孔(12)的圆心都和底板(1)的圆心重合,扇形孔(12)围绕底板(1)均匀分布;相邻两个扇形孔(12)之间的三角块成为支撑板(2),各块支撑板(2)都向同一方向倾斜,使各块支撑板(2)外侧面的包络形成一个圆台形,支撑板(2)的内端设有卡牙(3),各个卡牙(3)内端的包络形成一个和底板(1)同心的小圆孔(13),从而构成耐材安装夹(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡牙型耐材安装夹,其特征是:底板(1)的厚度为0.5mm~0.7mm,底板(1)选用碳素钢或不锈钢制成;支撑板(2)和底板(1)的夹角在30°~60°;扇形孔(12)的半径边和弧边通过半径不大于6mm的圆弧光滑过渡连接,卡牙(3)的横截面为三角形;设小圆孔(13)的半径为a,则扇形孔(12)的半径为5a~8a,底板(1)的半径为10a~15a。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的卡牙型耐材安装夹的使用方法,其特征是:按如下步骤依次实施:
a. 贴覆耐材:在退火炉(5)的炉顶(51)和侧墙(52)上分别逐层贴覆耐材(53)以形成耐材层(54),贴覆于炉顶(51)的耐材(53)逐层水平贴覆并用垂直设置的螺柱(55)连接,贴覆于侧墙(52)的耐材(53)逐层垂直贴覆并用水平设置的螺柱(55)连接;
b. 安装内部安装夹:每贴覆若干层耐材(53)后,在位于最外侧的耐材(53)上安装耐材安装夹(4),将底板(1)通过小圆孔(13)旋入螺柱(55),使底板(1)的内侧面贴覆在耐材(53)上,使支撑板(2)朝向退火炉(5)的内腔,并使卡牙(3)卡住螺柱(55)的外侧面,随后在底板(1)的外侧面继续贴覆耐材(53),直至完成耐材层(54)的贴覆;
c. 安装外部安装夹:在耐材层(54)的外侧贴覆衬板(56),衬板(56)上开有通孔以套入各根螺柱(55),将底板(1)通过小圆孔(13)旋入螺柱(55),使底板(1)的内侧面贴覆在耐材(53)上,使支撑板(2)朝向退火炉(5)的内腔,并使卡牙(3)卡住螺柱(55)的外侧面,随后在底板(1)的外侧面套上垫片(57)并旋上螺母(58)紧固。
4.如权利要求3所述的卡牙型耐材安装夹的使用方法,其特征是:
步骤b时,耐材层(54)内部的耐材安装夹(4),沿每一根螺柱(55)每贴覆3~5层耐材(53)安装一个;
步骤b和c时,耐材安装夹(4)旋入螺柱(55)后,若螺柱(55)为光杆,则卡牙(3)卡住螺柱(55)的外侧面;若螺柱(55)为螺杆,则卡牙(3)卡住螺柱(55)的螺纹。
