Abstract

本发明公开了一种隐藏式太阳能路灯,包括路灯本体、顶板,在路灯本体上设有灯头、蓄电池、灯头收拢槽、太阳能电板、蓄电池安装槽、电机、激光灯、防护玻璃罩、灯槽、电池顶出开关、顶板、灯柱、电机连接槽,路灯本体整体看起来就是一个长方形的立柱,在路灯本体靠近顶部的四个面均设有灯头收拢槽,每一个灯头收拢槽的内部都安装有灯头,在使用路灯本体的时候灯头打开,在不使用路灯的时候,灯头都收到灯头收拢槽的内部,本发明设计合理,结构简单,外观简洁,使用太阳能作为供电电源,采用环保能源,降低环境污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及路灯技术领域,具体涉及一种隐藏式太阳能路灯。
背景技术
太阳能路灯是采用晶体硅太阳能电池供电,免维护阀控式密封蓄电池储存电能,超高亮LED灯具作为光源,并由智能化充放电控制器控制,用于代替传统公用电力照明的路灯。
太阳能是取之不尽,用之不竭,清洁无污染并可再生的绿色环保能源。利用太阳能发电,无可比拟的清洁性、高度的安全性、能源的相对广泛性和充足性、长寿命以及免维护性等其他常规能源所不具备的优点,光伏能源被认为是二十一世纪最重要的新能源。
但是,目前的太阳能的供电电板都是固定不可变的,这样在一些恶劣天气的时候,容易导致太阳能电板的损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供结构简单,外观简洁,使用太阳能作为供电电源,采用环保能源,降低环境污染的一种隐藏式太阳能路灯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种隐藏式太阳能路灯,包括路灯本体、顶板,所述路灯本体上设有灯柱,灯柱为长方体立柱,所述灯柱靠近顶部的四个侧面均设有灯头收拢槽,灯头收拢槽的顶部设有电机安装槽,所述灯头收拢槽的内部设有灯头,所述灯头的一端安装在电机安装槽的内部。
优选的,所述灯头的内部设有灯槽,灯槽的四周设有卡槽,所述灯槽的内部设有激光灯,所述灯槽的外部设有防护玻璃罩,防护玻璃罩安装在灯槽四周的卡槽内,所述灯头的一端设有电机,所述电机通过固定螺丝固定在灯头的一端,电机采用双头电机,所述灯头的上表面设有太阳能电板,所述太阳能电板通过导线与蓄电池连接,蓄电池通过导线与激光灯连接。
优选的,所述立柱的顶端内部设有蓄电池安装槽,蓄电池安装槽的内部设有蓄电池,所述立柱的顶端设有太阳能电板。
优选的,所述蓄电池安装槽的底部设有顶板,所述顶板的中间向上突起,顶板的一端设有电池顶出开关,电池顶出开关安装在灯头收拢槽的内侧底部中央,所述顶板的另一端与蓄电池安装槽的底部固定连接。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明设计合理,结构简单,外观简洁,使用太阳能作为供电电源,采用环保能源,降低环境污染。

请参阅图1、图2、图3或图4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种隐藏式太阳能路灯,包括路灯本体1、顶板12,路灯本体1上设有灯柱13,灯柱13为长方体立柱,灯柱13靠近顶部的四个侧面均设有灯头收拢槽4,灯头收拢槽4的顶部设有电机安装槽14,灯头收拢槽4的内部设有灯头2,灯头2的一端安装在电机安装槽14的内部。
灯头2的内部设有灯槽10,灯槽10的四周设有卡槽,灯槽10的内部设有激光灯8,灯槽10的外部设有防护玻璃罩9,防护玻璃罩9安装在灯槽10四周的卡槽内,避免外部灰尘以及雨水进入灯槽10的内部,灯头2的一端设有电机7,电机7通过固定螺丝固定在灯头2的一端,电机7采用双头电机,灯头2的上表面设有太阳能电板5,太阳能电板5通过导线与蓄电池3连接,蓄电池3通过导线与激光灯8连接,电机7通过导线与蓄电池3连接,灯头2在电机7的驱动下可以张开,也可以闭合,在具有大风天气或者一些恶劣的天气情况下电机7将灯头2收拢到灯头收拢槽4内部。
立柱13的顶端内部设有蓄电池安装槽6,蓄电池安装槽6的内部设有蓄电池3,立柱13的顶端设有太阳能电板5,蓄电池安装槽6的底部设有顶板12,顶板12的中间向上突起,顶板12的一端设有电池顶出开关11,电池顶出开关11安装在灯头收拢槽4的内侧底部中央,顶板12的另一端与蓄电池安装槽6的底部固定连接,当需要更换蓄电池3的时候,用手推动电池顶出开关11,将蓄电池3顶出方便更换电池。
路灯本体整体1看起来就是一个长方形的立柱,在路灯本体1靠近顶部的四个面均设有灯头收拢槽4,每一个灯头收拢槽4的内部都安装有灯头2,在使用路灯本体1的时候灯头2打开,在不使用路灯的时候,灯头都收到灯头收拢槽的内部,本发明设计合理,结构简单,外观简洁,使用太阳能作为供电电源,采用环保能源,降低环境污染。

1.一种隐藏式太阳能路灯,包括路灯本体(1)、顶板(12),其特征在于:所述路灯本体(1)上设有灯柱(13),灯柱(13)为长方体立柱,所述灯柱(13)靠近顶部的四个侧面均设有灯头收拢槽(4),灯头收拢槽(4)的顶部设有电机安装槽(14),所述灯头收拢槽(4)的内部设有灯头(2),所述灯头(2)的一端安装在电机安装槽(14)的内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐藏式太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述灯头(2)的内部设有灯槽(10),灯槽(10)的四周设有卡槽,所述灯槽(10)的内部设有激光灯(8),所述灯槽(10)的外部设有防护玻璃罩(9),防护玻璃罩(9)安装在灯槽(10)四周的卡槽内,所述灯头(2)的一端设有电机(7),所述电机(7)通过固定螺丝固定在灯头(2)的一端,电机(7)采用双头电机,所述灯头(2)的上表面设有太阳能电板(5),所述太阳能电板(5)通过导线与蓄电池(3)连接,蓄电池(3)通过导线与激光灯(8)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐藏式太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述立柱(13)的顶端内部设有蓄电池安装槽(6),蓄电池安装槽(6)的内部设有蓄电池(3),所述立柱(13)的顶端设有太阳能电板(5)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐藏式太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述蓄电池安装槽(6)的底部设有顶板(12),所述顶板(12)的中间向上突起,顶板(12)的一端设有电池顶出开关(11),电池顶出开关(11)安装在灯头收拢槽(4)的内侧底部中央,所述顶板(12)的另一端与蓄电池安装槽(6)的底部固定连接。
