本发明公开了一种省胶防盗易拆装快递箱。本发明快递箱包括依次折叠连接的内盖板、前板、底板、后板、外盖板。内盖板上设置插缝。前板上下两侧与防尘襟片连接。底板上下两侧分别与端板和盖防尘襟片连接。左、右端板右侧与防尘襟片连接，左、右盖防尘襟片上及其与左、右端板的折叠连接处设置插缝。左、右盖防尘襟片左侧与插片折叠连接。外盖板上设置撕拉线，右侧设置粘贴条，上侧、下侧和右侧设置插锁。本发明的快递箱一纸成型，成型简单快速；通过拼插成型，由于插锁两侧设置插缝，因此具有防盗放开启功能；仅使用少量的胶封合，用胶省；快递箱拆装时由于无胶带缠绕，使得拆装迅速快捷；外盖板上撕拉线的设计，使得开箱方便迅速。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装技术领域，特别是涉及一种省胶防盗易拆装快递箱。
背景技术
目前，快递箱包装主要是0201箱型，运输过程中使用大量胶带缠绕，成本高，回收困难，且不环保，用胶量大。同时，拆装时由于胶带缠绕，使得拆装比较困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的技术缺陷，而提供一种省胶防盗易拆装快递箱，快递箱一纸成型，通过拼插成型，快递箱盖板上设置撕裂线，容易开启。
为实现本发明的目的所采用的技术方案是：
一种省胶防盗易拆装快递箱，其特征在于，所述快递箱一纸成型，包括依次折叠连接的内盖板7、前板5、底板3、后板16、外盖板19。所述内盖板7上设置第一插缝6和第二插缝8。所述前板5的上侧与第一防尘襟片9折叠连接，下侧与第二防尘襟片4折叠连接。所述底板3的上侧依次与左端板10和左盖防尘襟片13折叠连接，下侧依次与右端板2和右盖防尘襟片26折叠连接。所述左端板10的右侧第三防尘襟片15折叠连接，所述左盖防尘襟片13上设置第三插缝12，所述左盖防尘襟片13和左端板10的折叠连接处设置第四插缝14。所述左盖防尘襟片13的左侧与第一插片11折叠连接。所述右端板2的右侧与第四防尘襟片24折叠连接，所述右盖防尘襟片26上设置第五插缝27，所述右盖防尘襟片26和右端板2的折叠连接处设置第六插缝25。所述右盖防尘襟片26的左侧与第二插片1折叠连接。所述外盖板19上设置撕拉线18，右侧设置粘贴条21，上侧设置第一插锁17，下侧设置第二插锁23，右端设置第三插锁20和第四插锁22。
所述包装材料为纸材料。
1、本发明的快递箱一纸成型，成型简单快速。
2、本发明的快递箱通过拼插成型，由于插锁两侧设置插缝，因此具有防盗放开启功能。
3、本发明的快递箱仅使用少量的胶封合，用胶省。
4、本发明的快递箱拆装时由于无胶带缠绕，使得拆装迅速快捷。
5、本发明的快递箱外盖板上撕拉线的设计，使得开箱方便迅速。

以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本发明的快递箱的示意图如图1-图3所示。快递箱一纸成型，包括依次折叠连接的内盖板7、前板5、底板3、后板16、外盖板19。内盖板7上设置第一插缝6和第二插缝8。前板5的上侧与第一防尘襟片9折叠连接，下侧与第二防尘襟片4折叠连接。底板3的上侧依次与左端板10和左盖防尘襟片13折叠连接，下侧依次与右端板2和右盖防尘襟片26折叠连接。左端板10的右侧与第三防尘襟片15折叠连接，左盖防尘襟片13上设置第三插缝12，左盖防尘襟片13和左端板10的折叠连接处设置第四插缝14。左盖防尘襟片13的左侧与第一插片11折叠连接。右端板2的右侧与第四防尘襟片24折叠连接，右盖防尘襟片26上设置第五插缝27，右盖防尘襟片26和右端板2的折叠连接处设置第六插缝25。右盖防尘襟片26的左侧与第二插片1折叠连接。外盖板19上设置撕拉线18，右侧设置粘贴条21，上侧设置第一插锁17，下侧设置第二插锁23，右端设置第三插锁20和第四插锁22。包装材料为纸材料。
成型时，将底板3两侧的左端板10和右端板2内折并垂直于底板3。将前板5内折并垂直于底板3，将第一防尘襟片9和第二防尘襟片4内折，使得第一防尘襟片9紧贴于左端板10的内壁，第二防尘襟片4紧贴于右端板2的内壁。将左盖防尘襟片13和右盖防尘襟片26内折并平行于底板3，将第一插片11和第二插片1分别内折并紧贴于前板5的内壁。将第三防尘襟片15和第四防尘襟片24内折并垂直于底板3，将后板16内折并垂直于底板3，并使得第三防尘襟片15和第四防尘襟片24紧贴于后板16的内壁。将商品放入快递盒，将内盖板7和外盖板19内折并平行于底板3。将第一插锁17插入第四插缝14，第二插锁23插入第六插缝25，将第三插锁20插入第二插缝8和第三插缝12，将第四插锁22插入第一插缝6和第五插缝27，此时，外盖板19通过粘贴条21与内盖板7粘合，完成包装。
本发明的快递箱一纸成型，成型简单快速；快递箱通过拼插成型，由于插锁两侧设置插缝，因此具有防盗放开启功能；快递箱仅使用少量的胶封合，用胶省；快递箱拆装时由于无胶带缠绕，使得拆装迅速快捷；外盖板上撕拉线的设计，使得开箱方便迅速。
