黑枣养颜桃凝保健品及其制备工艺,由黑枣、桃胶、银耳、蔓越莓、无花果、玫瑰花、益母草、百合、蜂蜜、蜂蜡、木糖醇和矿泉水组成。将黑枣和桃胶进行浸泡、清洗、熬制和蒸至软糯入味。本发明通过把黑枣、桃胶与多种天然药食两用的组分混合,进行泡发、熬制和蒸制,同时加入天然食品乳化防腐剂蜂蜡和天然甜味剂木糖醇,有效促进膳食纤维、植物性胶原蛋白与其他有机保健组分以及水的混合,具有组分搭配新颖,工艺科学严谨、营养丰富和天然无副作用的优点。

本发明涉及养生保健食品技术领域,具体涉及一种黑枣养颜桃凝保健品及其制备工艺。
背景技术
桃胶,为蔷薇科植物桃或山桃等树皮中分泌出来的树脂,富含大量植物性胶原蛋白,桃胶具有清热、止渴、止痛镇痛、养颜、抗衰老的功效。黑枣,学名君迁子,广泛分布于中国北方地区,富含大量的膳食纤维,具有止消渴去烦热和补气养血的作用。膳食纤维可清理人体肠道,排毒养颜;植物性胶原蛋白可增强皮肤弹性,促进新陈代谢。目前还没有将黑枣和桃胶结合在一起之称的保健产品。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种黑枣养颜桃凝保健品及其制备工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种黑枣养颜桃凝保健品,由黑枣、桃胶、银耳、蔓越莓、无花果、玫瑰花、益母草、百合、蜂蜜、蜂蜡、木糖醇和矿泉水组成,其中各组分所占质量份数为:黑枣4~6份、桃胶4~6份、银耳2~3份、蔓越莓1~3份、无花果1~3份、玫瑰花1~3份、益母草1~3份、百合1~3份、蜂蜜1~3份、蜂蜡1~2份、木糖醇1~2份和矿泉水水60~150份。
上述黑枣为河北涉县产野生黑枣。
上述桃胶采用贵州原生态桃胶。
上述银耳为福建古田县产银耳,无花果为山东蓬莱无花果,百合选自甘肃兰州,蔓越莓选自智利。
上述黑枣养颜桃凝保健品的制备工艺是将黑枣和桃胶进行浸泡、清洗、熬制和蒸制成软糯,具体工艺步骤如下:
(1)将桃胶、黑枣和其他各组分干料加清水浸泡至发透;
(2)将桃胶、黑枣和其他组分转至大容器加清水淘洗,去除杂质;
(3)将清洗好的银耳、蔓越莓、无花果、玫瑰花、益母草、百合和蜂蜜加入至矿泉水中,长时间熬至汁液浓稠;
(4)将步骤(3)的汁液过滤,然后向滤液中加入黑枣、桃胶、蜂蜡和木糖醇,搅拌均匀后隔水蒸至软糯入味,即可。
本发明中的食药两用组分中:蔓越莓含有特殊化合物——浓缩单宁酸,除了普通被认为具有防止泌尿道感染功能外,蔓越莓还可以有效抑制幽门螺旋杆菌附着于肠胃内。无花果一般人群均可食用,具有润肠通便,健胃消食,防癌抗癌的作用。益母草性味辛苦凉,具有活血、祛瘀、调经、消水的功效。蜂蜡是一种天然的食品乳化防腐剂,具有良好的塑型性、脱离性、成膜和防水、防潮湿、防氧化变质等特性。木糖醇是一种具有医药生理功能的天然甜味物质,人体吸收迅速,既是健康人群日常糖的代用品,又是糖尿病人的营养剂和治疗剂,此外对护齿和瘦身也功效显著。根据试验验证,木糖醇进入体内的80%通过肝脏代谢,除一部分产生能量外,还有一部分变成肝糖元储存于肝脏,使肝脏得到营养,增强细胞解毒功能,从而使肝功能获得改善。
本发明通过把黑枣、桃胶与多种天然药食两用的组分混合,进行泡发、熬制和蒸制,同时加入天然食品乳化防腐剂蜂蜡和天然甜味剂木糖醇,有效促进膳食纤维、植物性胶原蛋白与其他有机保健组分以及水的混合,使营养物质更高程度利于人体吸收,并将这种养颜保健食品的口味提升到最佳状态,具有组分搭配新颖,工艺科学严谨、营养丰富和天然无副作用的优点。
