Claims (22)

1. A connection device, comprising:
the base of the plug is connected with a contact pin and a first connecting part; and
the socket is provided with a slot corresponding to the contact pin and a second connecting part;
wherein,
the first connecting part is arranged at the lower part of the base, and the second connecting part is arranged at the upper part of the socket;
the first connecting part and the second connecting part are connected in a matching manner;
if the first connecting part and the second connecting part are not matched with each other, the plug cannot be installed on the socket;
in a state where the plug is mounted on the socket, the pin and the socket have electrical and mechanical connections therebetween.
2. The connecting device of claim 1 wherein said first connecting portion is a cylindrical body located at a central location of said base.
3. The connecting device of claim 2 wherein said second connecting portion is a cylindrical recess corresponding in position to said cylinder.
4. A coupling device according to claim 3, wherein the positions of the cylindrical body and the cylindrical recess are relatively stable in a state where the cylindrical body is completely fitted into the cylindrical recess, and the cylindrical body and the cylindrical recess are engaged.
5. A connector as claimed in claim 3, wherein said pins are provided on the periphery of said cylindrical body.
6. The connecting device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the socket is provided with a slot matching with the pin.
7. The connecting device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the fixing of the pin and the socket is relatively stable in a state where the pin is completely inserted into the socket.
8. A connecting device as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the pins are arranged on the same circular arc.
9. The connector of claim 8, wherein the pin is L-shaped, the L-shaped pin having a head portion and a tail portion, the head portion of the L-shaped pin having a flat block configuration and the tail portion of the L-shaped pin having a cambered surface configuration.
10. The connecting device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the entrance of the socket is a circular arc entrance, and the L-shaped pin is inserted into the bottom of the socket and then screwed into the socket.
11. The connection device of claim 5 wherein the pin and the base are injection molded or interference extruded.
12. The connecting device as claimed in claim 10, wherein the number N of the pins is 3, and the size of one of the pins is larger than the size of the other two pins.
13. The coupling device of claim 12, wherein the diameter D of the cylindrical body satisfies: d is more than or equal to 6mm and less than or equal to 10 mm;
the height H of the cylinder satisfies: h is less than or equal to 10 mm.
14. The coupling device of claim 13, wherein the diameter of the cylindrical recess is not less than the diameter of the cylindrical body, and the depth of the cylindrical recess is not less than the height of the cylindrical body.
15. The connector of claim 14, wherein the arcuate surface structure defines a snap-fit aperture.
16. The connecting device as claimed in claim 15, wherein the slot is provided with a conductive insertion spring set therein, the conductive insertion spring set includes a first insertion spring and a second insertion spring, and the curved structure is clamped between the first insertion spring and the second insertion spring.
17. The connector of claim 16, wherein the first spring has a snap-fit protrusion on a side thereof; under the rotatory state of screwing up of plug, joint bump card in the card hole, the contact pin with first plug spring passes through the joint bump with the mechanical connection is realized to the card hole.
18. The connector of claim 17, wherein said snap bumps are received in said snap holes to assist in release.
19. The connecting device as claimed in claim 18, wherein when the plug is inserted into the cylindrical recess of the socket, the distance between the pin and the conductive springs of the socket is 2mm or more, and the surface of the socket limits the top surface of the cylindrical body to prevent the pin from contacting the conductive springs of the socket, which may cause electrical damage.
20. The connecting device as claimed in claim 19, wherein said L-shaped pin is inserted into said slot, and through a small angle of rotation, said L-shaped pin hooks a top surface of said socket on which said set of conductive pins are mounted, and an entrance of said top surface has a rounded corner for facilitating the insertion of said L-shaped pin, thereby achieving a secure mechanical connection between said pin and said socket.
21. The connector of claim 16, wherein the first and second springs are brass springs.
22. The connecting device of claim 1 wherein said base and said socket are made of an insulating material.
