The grinding mechanism 16 comprises a motor 161, a rotating shaft 162 and a grinding block 163, the motor 161 is bolted at the left end of the guide rod 6, the rotating shaft 162 is connected to the output shaft of the motor 161, and the grinding block 163 for grinding the steel wire is fixedly connected at the left end of the rotating shaft 162.

After the steel wire is ground, the worker loosens the pull rod 11, the guide sleeve 7 and the clip block 8 reset rightwards under the action of the first spring 9 and the second spring 10, the guide rod 6 is driven to reset rightwards, the non-slip mat 15 and the grinding mechanism 16 reset rightwards along with the reset, and the worker closes the grinding mechanism 16.

When the staff loosens the pull rod 11 and drives the guide rod 6 to reset rightwards, the connecting rod 175 resets rightwards, the collection frame 177 resets rightwards, the third spring 174 restores to the original state, then the collection frame 177 is pulled forwards, the clamping groove 178 is separated from the clamping block 176, the collection frame 177 is taken down, and the scraps in the collection frame 177 are cleaned. After cleaning, the worker replaces the collection frame 177 and engages the notches 178 with the catches 176.
When the staff pulls the pull rod 11 rightwards to drive the motor 161 to move leftwards, the annular baffle 21 is driven to move leftwards through the slide rail 18 and the slide block 19, so that the sponge ring 23 is driven to move leftwards, and when the sponge ring 23 moves leftwards to be in contact with a wall body, the fourth spring 20 is compressed, so that the sponge ring 23 can be in contact with the wall body all the time. The annular baffle 21 can trap the flying debris and then allow the debris to fall through the opening 22 into the collection frame 177 for better collection. When the worker releases the pull rod 11 to reset the motor 161 to the right, the ring-shaped baffle 21 is reset to the right, and the fourth spring 20 is restored.
When the grinding block 163 grinds the steel wire, the annular plate 25 and the annular sleeve 24 may block the flying chips, prevent the chips from flying onto the motor 161 and the annular baffle 21, so as to cause the motor 161 and the annular baffle 21 to become dirty, and then allow the chips to fall into the collecting frame 177 through the material dropping opening 27 and the opening 22. After the steel wire is abraded, the worker takes the annular sleeve 24 and the annular plate 25 out of the annular baffle 21, cleans the annular sleeve 24 and the annular plate 25, puts the annular sleeve 24 and the annular plate 25 back in place, and attracts the magnet 26 and the annular baffle 21 to fix the annular sleeve 24 and the annular plate 25.
