The pneumatic traction therapeutic device for the knee joint or the elbow joint is characterized in that: the device comprises a closed limb segment fixing part, an open limb segment supporting part, and a connecting part for connecting the closed limb segment fixing part and the open limb segment supporting part, wherein the connecting part comprises an open limb segment pushing rod, one end of the open limb segment pushing rod is connected with the open limb segment supporting part, the other end of the open limb segment pushing rod is rotationally connected with the closed limb segment fixing part and is provided with a first locking mechanism, the first locking mechanism comprises a static fluted disc fixedly arranged on the closed limb segment fixing part and a movable fluted disc fixedly arranged on the open limb segment pushing rod, the static fluted disc and the movable fluted disc are mutually aligned and are provided with a central shaft in a penetrating way, the static fluted disc is fixedly connected with the central shaft, the movable fluted disc is in sliding connection with the central shaft, and the end part of the central shaft is also provided with an indexing control lock for pushing the movable fluted disc to be meshed with or separated from the static fluted disc; the supporting surface of the supporting part of the open limb segment is provided with an air bag which is communicated with an inflation control mechanism.
