背景技术
人造革是一种外观、手感似皮革并可代替其使用的塑料制品。我国人造革合成革工业是建国后新兴的工业,于五十年代末起步发展,是塑料工业中发展较早的行业之一。经过近几十年的建设,人造革合成革行业已具有相当的经济规模;随着国内外高科技的发展与先进工艺设备的应用,行业管理、技术水平、产品档次都有了根本性的质的飞跃,人造革合成革已发展成为日常消费制品工业中重要的行业之一,与整个加工工业同步迈入世界大国行列,是世界上的生产大国、消费大国,进出口贸易大国之一。
现有的人造革制造技术的日趋成熟,其手感、强度已基本和天然革相差无几,但是在吸湿透湿性方面与天然革的差别还很大,由于天然革为动物蛋白,动物蛋白质的亲水性和吸水性能都要好于人造革用的胶料,因此天然皮革的吸湿性能要明显优于一般人造革。
发明内容
针对上述不足之处,本发明的目的在于开发一款吸水透气人造革,所述人造革同时具有优异的加工性能、吸湿透气性能、力学性能和耐氧化性能。

一种吸水透气人造革的制备方法,其中,包括如下步骤:
(1)选定基布和离型纸并配制聚氨酯面层浆料;
(2)将配制好的聚氨酯面层浆料均匀涂覆在选定的离型纸上,经120℃烘干后形成聚氨酯面层;
(3)配制发泡浆料,将配制好的发泡浆料均匀涂覆在聚氨酯面层上,经130℃烘干后形成发泡层;
(4)发泡层上贴合选定的基布,然后经130℃烘干;
(5)去除离型纸,得到吸水透气人造革。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的吸水透气人造革包括聚氨酯面层、发泡层和基布层;通过对聚氨酯面层、发泡层和基布层配方进行优化,在微观程度上改进人造革的内部结构,其具有优异的力学性能、挥发性有机物含量低、吸水透气性能和耐氧化的优点。
(2)本发明聚氨酯树脂面层以聚氨酯树脂作为主体,有较好的机械性能,抗撕裂性能和抗冲击强度;聚4-甲基-1-戊烯可以与聚氨酯树脂结合使用,以进一步提高其机械强度;二月桂酸二丁基锡和月桂酸锌可提高其热稳定性能和机械加工性能;油酸聚乙二醇酯可以提高其面层的透气性能;聚异丁烯多丁二酰亚胺改善氧化硼在体系中的分散性,并进一步提高聚氯乙烯的高温稳定性;碳化钛可有效提升聚氨酯树脂面层在高温下的耐候性、耐酸碱性能和透气性能;2-氨基环己羧酸可以阻止人造革在被紫外照射后发硬发黄,以保持较好的结构韧性和保色性能,从而保证人造革的使用寿命;通过加入琥珀酰壳聚糖进一步改善人造革的吸水透气性能。
(3)本发明发泡层马来酸-丙烯酸共聚物可以与聚氨酯树脂结合使用,以进一步提高其机械强度;2-乙基-4-甲基-1-己烯可以改善发泡层的发泡强度和气孔均匀度;乌洛托品可作为热稳定剂和抗氧化剂,提高发泡层的热稳定性能和高温抗氧化性能;对4-氨基偶氮苯作为发泡剂可保证整个发泡体系的发泡稳定性能。
(4)本发明的基布层,以棉纤维作为主体,通过加入聚丙烯纤维提高基布层的强度、弹性、耐磨、耐腐蚀性能;通过加入甲壳素纤维进一步提高吸湿性能,并改善其纺织保温功能;通过加入玉米纤维提高其强度、吸湿透气、光泽及舒适度、悬垂性、耐热性及抗紫外线功能。

聚氨酯树脂作为聚氨酯树脂面层的主体,有较好的机械性能,抗撕裂性能和抗冲击强度。聚4-甲基-1-戊烯可以与聚氨酯树脂结合使用,以进一步提高其机械强度;二月桂酸二丁基锡和月桂酸锌可提高其热稳定性能和机械加工性能;油酸聚乙二醇酯可以提高其面层的透气性能;聚异丁烯多丁二酰亚胺改善氧化硼在体系中的分散性,并进一步提高聚氯乙烯的高温稳定性;碳化钛可有效提升聚氨酯树脂面层在高温下的耐候性、耐酸碱性能和透气性能。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,还包括1~2重量份的2-氨基环己羧酸。2-氨基环己羧酸可以阻止人造革在被紫外照射后发硬发黄,以保持较好的结构韧性和保色性能,从而保证人造革的使用寿命。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,还包括1~2重量份的琥珀酰壳聚糖。通过加入琥珀酰壳聚糖进一步改善人造革的吸水透气性能。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,增塑剂为顺-3-己烯基苯甲酸酯。顺-3-己烯基苯甲酸酯具有协效作用,其与油酸聚乙二醇酯结合后,可协同提高聚氨酯树脂面层的韧性,降低体系内部应力,使得其具有最高的机械强度,且长时间使用,机械强度几乎不变。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,聚4-甲基-1-戊烯的数均分子量为2000~2200g/mol。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,发泡层主要由下述重量份的原料组成:
聚氨酯树脂作为聚氨酯树脂发泡层的主体,有较好的机械性能,抗张强度,冲击强度;马来酸-丙烯酸共聚物可以与聚氨酯树脂结合使用,以进一步提高其机械强度;2-乙基-4-甲基-1-己烯可以改善发泡层的发泡强度和气孔均匀度;乌洛托品可作为热稳定剂和抗氧化剂,提高发泡层的热稳定性能和高温抗氧化性能。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,发泡剂为对4-氨基偶氮苯。对4-氨基偶氮苯作为发泡剂可保证整个发泡体系的发泡稳定性能。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,马来酸-丙烯酸共聚物的数均分子量为3200~3400g/mol。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,基布层下述重量份的原料混纺织造而成:
棉纤维是多孔性物质,且其纤维素大分子上存在许多亲水性基团(-OH),所以其吸湿性较好,一般大气条件下,棉纤维的回潮率可达8.5%左右;通过加入聚丙烯纤维提高基布层的强度、弹性、耐磨、耐腐蚀性能;通过加入甲壳素纤维进一步提高吸湿性能,并改善其纺织保温功能;通过加入玉米纤维提高其强度、吸湿透气、光泽及舒适度、悬垂性、耐热性及抗紫外线功能。
一种吸水透气人造革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选定基布和离型纸并配制聚氨酯面层浆料;
(2)将配制好的聚氨酯面层浆料均匀涂覆在选定的离型纸上,经120℃烘干后形成聚氨酯面层;
(3)配制发泡浆料,将配制好的发泡浆料均匀涂覆在聚氨酯面层上,经130℃烘干后形成发泡层;
(4)发泡层上贴合选定的基布,然后经130℃烘干;
(5)去除离型纸,得到吸水透气人造革。

实施例1:
一种吸水透气人造革,人造革包括聚氨酯面层、发泡层和基布层;所述聚氨酯面层主要由下述重量份的原料组成:

发泡层主要由下述重量份的原料组成:
马来酸-丙烯酸共聚物的数均分子量为3200g/mol。
基布层下述重量份的原料混纺织造而成:
一种吸水透气人造革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选定基布和离型纸并配制聚氨酯面层浆料;
(2)将配制好的聚氨酯面层浆料均匀涂覆在选定的离型纸上,经120℃烘干后形成聚氨酯面层;
(3)配制发泡浆料,将配制好的发泡浆料均匀涂覆在聚氨酯面层上,经130℃烘干后形成发泡层;
(4)发泡层上贴合选定的基布,然后经130℃烘干;
(5)去除离型纸,得到吸水透气人造革。

(5)去除离型纸,得到吸水透气人造革。
