The pinhole camera comprises a hard disk video recorder, is arranged for monitoring the phenomena of equipment damage and the like caused by improper operation of surrounding personnel, and is a self-protection function of the system.
The background remote control unit comprises APP client software, wherein the main function of the APP client software is to timely issue urban peripheral parking road and road traffic information, provide a parking space inquiry function, and also help a user to complete the functions of advance reservation of a parking space, parking fee payment and provide an electronic bill function. And the APP client software is communicated with the background remote control center through GPRS. The background remote control center is composed of a manager, terminal control and an APP software supporting system. The management staff has the main responsibility of monitoring the normal operation condition of each parking space facility device in the jurisdiction and timely carrying out the maintenance and the service of the device; meanwhile, complaints and feedback information of the user are solved. The background remote control unit is communicated with the lifting lock column unit and the self-service payment control unit through a GPRS or IP port.

Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the lifting gear 11 includes a gear body 11-1 and a gear cover 14 provided on the gear body 11-1, a spring 12 for applying an elastic force to the gear cover 16 away from the screw motor 8 is provided between the gear cover 14 and the gear body 11-1, and a limit screw 17 is further provided on the gear body 11-1, and when the gear cover 14 is pressed and rotated, the gear cover 14 is limited by the limit screw 17. And when the lock cylinder monitoring part (namely the distance sensor) fails, the height of the lock cylinder can be manually reduced, and the storage and the driving-away of the vehicle are ensured.
As shown in fig. 7, the pipe blocking cover 14 has a top and a side extending downwards from the top, the top is sleeved with a sealing ring 13, the sealing ring 13 is also installed on the top of the pipe blocking cover 14, and when the pipe blocking cover descends to the level of the tail end flange cover plate 1, the sealing ring 13 is in close contact with the guide ring 3, which is equivalent to a double-layer water draining structure, and the berth lifting device is effectively protected.
A screw plate 4 is detachably provided on the top of the stopper tube cover 14 at a position corresponding to the screw of the screw motor 8. When the device breaks down, maintenance personnel can dismantle the device through special tools and then use tools to rotate the lead screw of the internal motor, so that the lifting gear tube 11 can be lowered, and the normal passing performance of the vehicle is ensured.
The invention adopts two geomagnetic sensors 19, the working principle is that when a driver stops a vehicle on a parking space, the geomagnetic sensors 19 transmit information to a data acquisition and detection device of a self-service payment control system after automatically sensing the existence of the vehicle, compared with geomagnetic coils used in various large parking places at present, the invention has the advantages of small installation size, high sensitivity, small construction amount and long service life, and as the installation only needs to make a hole with the diameter of about 60 mm and the depth of 100 mm on the inside, the damage to the road surface is relatively small, the vehicle can roll the geomagnetic sensors 19 to normally pass, and the like, so that the invention plays a very key role in the public parking charging system.
The invention relates to a public parking charging system, which has the main functions and characteristics as follows:
1. the berth automatic lifting lock column unit 20 is buried underground, and when no vehicle enters a parking space, the end face of the lifting gear tube 11 is parallel to the ground, so that the vehicle can freely pass through without occupying a road; when a vehicle enters a parking space to prepare for parking, the existence of the vehicle is sensed through the geomagnetic sensing device, information is sent to the self-service payment control unit, timing is started, after waiting for 5min, the self-service payment control unit sends a signal to the parking space automatic lifting lock column system, at the moment, the lifting rod rises after receiving an instruction, and when the sensor senses a certain distance from the chassis of the vehicle, the lifting rod stops rising, so that the action is kept, and the effect of blocking the vehicle from passing is achieved.
2. When a vehicle owner needs to drive away, the number of a parking space is input on the self-help payment control unit, at the moment, the interface displays the amount of parking charge, after the vehicle owner needs to scan the two-dimension code to finish payment, the self-help payment control unit sends a signal to the parking space automatic lifting lock column system, the lifting gear tube 11 is retracted, and when a bill is needed, the vehicle owner can drive away after the interface selects and presses keys to take out the printing charge evidence; or the owner can pay on line by the special APP software, and the system can provide the electronic charging certificate.
3. If the vehicle owner continues to park within the set time frame after the parking fee is paid, the system will execute the lifting gear tube 11 for the second time and recharge.
4. The system can transmit the information of the parking space state and charge managed by the system to a background remote control center through a mobile network in a certain time period, and the background remote control center manages the parking space and issues the information.
The public parking charging system has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the control of parking vehicles is designed and improved from the on-site parking spaces, and the precision and control of equipment are realized by redesigning the equipment structure and adopting the miniature sensor; meanwhile, the equipment provided by the invention is powered by a maintenance-free storage battery, and has long service time and stable performance.
2. In order to facilitate the maintenance of the equipment of the system, the invention reserves a maintenance pipeline for the arrangement of the structure with specific design.
3. By the introduction, the system completely adopts mechanical intelligent management and charging at the parking space charging end without personnel supervision, has the characteristics of convenient use, accurate control and high efficiency, and truly realizes the unattended public parking charging system scheme; simultaneously, the fund investment of the public parking charging system is greatly reduced, and the monitoring and management of the public parking place by the government are enhanced.
The design scheme has the advantages of reasonable structure, small occupied area, shortened parking and taking time, increased convenience in parking and taking, reduced number of parking management staff, and capability of fundamentally solving the problems caused by the management of parking charge by staff, and aiming at leading parking management to rise to an intelligent and technological integrated modern parking management mode.

the self-service payment control unit comprises a timing module for timing the parking of the vehicle and a payment module for payment, and is electrically connected with the lifting lock column unit and used for controlling the lifting gear tube to ascend to limit the movement of the vehicle after the geomagnetic sensor detects the vehicle and controlling the lifting gear tube to descend to enable the vehicle to move after the vehicle is paid through the self-service payment control unit;
the screw rod motor is provided with a shell, and a plurality of guide rods penetrating through the lifting baffle tube are arranged on the shell;
the lifting baffle comprises a baffle body and a baffle cover body arranged on the baffle body, a spring for applying elastic force to the baffle cover body far away from the screw rod motor is arranged between the baffle cover body and the baffle body, and a limit screw is further arranged on the baffle body;
the upper end of the sleeve is provided with an end flange cover plate sleeved outside the lifting baffle pipe, and a flexible guide ring is further arranged between the end flange cover plate and the lifting baffle pipe.

4. The public parking charging system of claim 1, wherein the bulkhead cover has a top portion and a side portion extending downwardly from the top portion, the top portion having a gasket disposed thereon.
5. A public parking charging system according to claim 4, wherein the top is detachably provided with a screw plate at a position corresponding to the screw of the screw motor.
6. A public parking charging system according to claim 1, wherein the geomagnetic sensor is two in number, each being provided at a parking space.
7. The public parking charging system of claim 1, wherein the self-service payment control unit further comprises a two-dimensional code scanning unit and an audio and alarm unit.
8. The public parking charging system of claim 1, further comprising a background remote control unit through which one or more of querying parking space information, parking space reservation, parking fee payment, and providing electronic tickets can be implemented.
