It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the invention described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
The term "person" as used herein is to be understood broadly to include not only humans, but also objects, wherein the objects may include animals, plants, articles, and the like.
The embodiment of the application provides a picture identification method. Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart diagram of one embodiment of a picture identification method according to the present application. It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than presented herein.
The method can comprise the following steps:
s100, picture receiving: receiving a picture sent by a first terminal, wherein the picture comprises at least one person wearing a chest card;
s200, picture analysis: identifying the chest card and the head portrait of the person in the picture;
s300, chest card information identification: and identifying the information of the chest card and determining the identification information of the person.
After obtaining the avatar and identification information of the person, the information may optionally be sent to the first terminal for confirmation by the first terminal. Optionally, the information may also be sent to the second terminal, and the second terminal may perform confirmation. Optionally, the first terminal may send the confirmation to the first terminal, and then send the confirmation to the second terminal.
Therefore, in an alternative embodiment, the method further comprises S400 an identification result sending step of: and sending the head portrait and the identification information of the person to a second terminal based on a second terminal identification corresponding to the identification information of the person.
The method can avoid the technical difficulty of figure identification by aiming at the problem that the identification rate of image figure identification is not high under the current technical condition, and the success rate of face identification is improved by adopting an object class identification and retrieval method to assist face identification. The method can be applied to many occasions, for example, the method is suitable for a student check-in scene of a small class system.
In the S100 picture receiving step, the person includes but is not limited to a human being, and may also be an animal or other object to be identified. The picture may include one person, or may include more than two or even more persons. The chest card can be worn at any position, as long as the chest card and the content in the chest card can be displayed in the picture.
The chest card can be manufactured by adopting a chest card manufacturing device, and the chest card manufacturing device comprises a template manufacturing unit, a template library, an identification information generating unit and a chest card manufacturing unit. The template making unit is used for making a chest card template and storing the made chest card in the template library. The chest card template has obvious characteristic points, which is beneficial to extracting characteristics during picture recognition, thereby improving the recognition rate and speed. The identification information generating unit is used for calling the template from the template library according to the person information to generate identification information or generating identification information in a two-dimensional code form according to the person information. The chest card making unit makes a corresponding chest card according to the output of the identification information generating unit.
The templates stored in the template library have feature points, for example, feature pictures including boxes with specific laces at the edges of the templates. Therefore, the position of the chest card in the picture can be conveniently identified in the picture analysis. When the template is used, characters are arranged in the middle of the template. Text includes, but is not limited to, the following information: name, class, category, etc. The text can be Chinese, English or other language text and various fonts. The text may be visible to the human eye or invisible or visible to the human eye and may be recognized by a specific instrument, such as an infrared or ultraviolet camera or recognition device, to increase security and safety.
Because the two-dimensional code has obvious characteristics and the name information is contained in the two-dimensional code, the two-dimensional code is simple and convenient to manufacture and use, so that the person information such as the name can be directly input to generate the two-dimensional code, the chest card is manufactured based on the two-dimensional code, and the chest card is attached or hung on the body of the person, such as the chest.
It can be understood that two-dimensional codes and characters can be used in one chest card at the same time to improve the recognition effect and provide more intuitive information for people.
In the S100 picture receiving step, a picture sent by the first terminal is received, where the picture may be a picture taken by the first terminal or a picture stored in the first terminal.
Optionally, the S100 picture receiving step includes:
a receiving step: receiving a picture sent by a first terminal;
a judging step: and executing the picture analysis step under the condition that the shooting time of the picture meets a first time threshold value. In an alternative embodiment, the picture analyzing step is performed in case the picture was taken by the first terminal.
This step can improve the confidence level of the recognition result. The step can be performed by a special device, for example, an application program (APP) in the mobile terminal, and the setting cannot be called from an original picture library of the device, but only can be uploaded to a server for recognition and analysis immediately after the photographing. For example, in the case of check-in, which requires taking a picture on site, it is impossible to use an old picture for counterfeiting. The purpose of live filming is to ensure that, in some scene applications, the old picture is not used for counterfeiting. Therefore, the terminal is limited to take pictures only and cannot call the original stored pictures, and authenticity can be better guaranteed through confirmation of the second terminal.
In the picture analysis step S200, the chest card and the avatar of the person in the picture can be obtained by image analysis. If people in the picture are photographed in a row and each person wears a chest card, the face and the chest card photographed in the picture are in one-to-one correspondence from left to right. Therefore, in the face recognition step, the recognized faces are filled into the first array according to the sequence from left to right, in the chest card recognition step, the recognized chest cards are filled into the second array according to the sequence from left to right, and the faces and the chest cards are generally in one-to-one correspondence on the picture coordinate system. For example, the first array is, from left to right: face [0], face [1], face [2], face [3 ]; the second array, from left to right, is: name [0], name [1], name [2], and name [3 ]. Obviously, face 0 and name 0 are the same person, face 1 and name 1 are the same person, face 2 and name 2 are the same person, and face 3 and name 3 are the same person. The method is simple and easy to operate, people can be identified with high efficiency by identifying the mode of wearing the chest card, and particularly the two-dimensional code chest card can be identified with higher efficiency.
Optionally, the S300 chest card information identifying step includes:
identifying the head portrait in the picture to obtain the coordinates of the head portrait;
calling a chest card template based on the coordinates of the head portrait, and identifying a chest card in a picture based on the chest card template to obtain the coordinates of the chest card, wherein the chest card template is a template in a character form or a template in a graphic form;
and recognizing characters or figures in the chest card based on the coordinates of the chest card, and determining the identification information of the character.
In the step, under the condition that the chest card is a template in a character form, screenshot is carried out on characters in the picture based on the coordinates of the chest card, and character recognition is carried out on the screenshot part; in the case where the chest card is a template in the form of a figure, the figure in the picture, for example, a two-dimensional code, is recognized based on the coordinates of the chest card.
Optionally, in the S400 recognition result sending step, the second terminal identifier corresponding to the identification information of the person is obtained by:
receiving the identification information of the person and the identification of the second terminal sent by the second terminal;
establishing a corresponding relation between the identification information of the person and a second terminal identification and storing the corresponding relation;
and sending the result of successful storage to the second terminal.
This step may enable registration of the user. The user can send the name of the user who takes part in the activities such as training, meeting, courses and the like to the server through the application program in the second terminal in advance, and the sent information contains the identification of the second terminal, wherein the identification can be the user ID in the application program or a hardware identifier.
Optionally, before the step of sending the recognition result of S400, the method may further include a first terminal confirmation step of sending the avatar of the person and the identification information to the first terminal and receiving the first confirmation information sent by the first terminal. That is, identification information of a person identified based on all or part of the chest cards in the picture may be transmitted to the first terminal, and after the identification information is confirmed by the first terminal, the first confirmation information transmitted by the first terminal may be received. This may be arranged as desired, for example in a database arranged to send all or part of the person's identification information back to the first terminal that sent the picture.
After receiving the first confirmation information of the first terminal, the recognition result transmitting step of S400 is performed to transmit the avatar of the person and the identification information to the second terminal based on the second terminal identification corresponding to the identification information of the person. That is, the personal identification information of a certain person may be associated with one or more of the first terminal identification, the second terminal identification, and the other terminal identifications in the database. Specifically, to which terminal the information is sent, how the sending order can be set as required.
The first terminal confirmation step is an optional step. For example, a teacher who takes a picture in a practical application scene of signing in firstly receives a processing result of a server by using a first terminal, judges whether the head portrait and the name are correct, sends first confirmation information to the server after the teacher checks that the processing of the server is correct, the server receives the first confirmation information, and then sends the head portrait and the name to a second terminal held by a parent, so that the result received by the parent is correct.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart diagram of another embodiment of a picture identification method according to the present application. Optionally, after the step of sending the identification result, the method may further include:
s500 confirmation information receiving step: and receiving second confirmation information sent by the second terminal under the condition that the second terminal receives the head portrait and the identification information of the person and confirms the correctness.
The step can realize the confirmation of the portrait of the person through the confirmation of the second terminal, so that the aim of identifying the identity of the person can be fulfilled by not directly identifying the image of the portrait.
The method can be operated at a server side, and the server is connected with the first terminal and the second terminal through a network. The first terminal and the second terminal may be any electronic product capable of performing human-computer interaction with a user through a keyboard, a mouse, a touch screen, a voice control device or a handwriting device, for example, a mobile phone, a smart phone, a PDA, a wearable device, a palm pc PPC or a tablet pc. Including, but not limited to, the internet, a wide area network, a metropolitan area network, a local area network, a VPN network, a wireless Ad Hoc network (Ad Hoc network), etc. Be wired connection or wireless connection between two-dimensional code display device and the receipts silver-colored device, wireless connection includes: WIFI, bluetooth, NFC, etc. The application program is a third-party application program which can be installed in the mobile equipment and provides functions of APP downloading, network resource searching, mobile phone data management and the like for a user, and can be accessed to a plurality of other APPs.
Persons participating in an activity may register with the system using a dedicated device, e.g., APP, in a server that receives a picture containing a face sent by a user holding a first terminal through the first terminal, the user may be a host, an organizer, or a teacher, the picture is usually a photo, the server analyzes the picture and combines the head portrait in the picture, a name recognized by a name badge and the picture, and the user of a second terminal may decide if the user clicks himself or herself and may decide if there is no click at a prescribed time by default; and if the participant clicks not the participant, the participant checks the data with the conflict person and then finishes the check-in.
For example, in a class-based teaching application scenario, the efficiency of check-in of a institution can be improved and the confidence level can be improved. Because the class-class teaching charges are expensive, parents are often unwilling or forgetting to sign according to the traditional parent signing mode at present, if the parents sign instead by organizations, the parents are often distrusted when the classes are settled, and the institutions are worried about the distrust. In order to avoid the situation, the method can realize efficient sign-in and class-deduction, and parents are relieved. The second terminal may be a parent's cell phone. Due to the small class system, the students generally can not exceed the number limit, for example, 15 persons, so that clear photos can be shot by a common mobile phone, the photos are taken one by one in class each time, the attendance is immediately realized, and the photos are transmitted to the mobile phone of the parents, and the parents are relieved that the institution is not in a random class-closing period.
