本发明公开了一种高强度耐撕裂经编面料生产工艺,包括以下步骤:1、面料选用A纱选用100S/2涤纶,B纱选用30D/12F锦纶,C纱选用40D氨纶,D纱选用280D氨纶,织造工序为A、经编面料坯布的织造;B、经编面料坯布的真空定型、染色、柔软处理,先分别加入分散染料和阳离子染料和匀染剂,在染色过程中控制染色温度和染色时间,染色温度为130‑135℃。本发明通过采用腈纶纤维、双氨纶纤维、涤纶纤维混纺经编进行织造,使得面料在具有高弹性、高强度、耐撕裂的优点的同时,具有优异的阻燃抗菌,透气性良好,具有相当的韧性,悬垂性佳,手感舒适,真空定型处理使纱内外层都能受到均热处理,显著改善面料的整体性能,且起毛球性大大降低,大大提高了面料质感。

本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种高强度耐撕裂经编面料生产工艺,采用腈纶纤维、双氨纶纤维、涤纶纤维混纺经编进行织造,使得面料在具有高弹性、高强度、耐撕裂的优点的同时,具有优异的阻燃抗菌,悬垂性佳,手感舒适,真空定型处理显著改善面料的整体性能,起毛球性大大降低。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种高强度耐撕裂经编面料生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)面料选用:A纱选用100S/2涤纶,B纱选用30D/12F锦纶,C纱选用40D氨纶,D纱选用280D氨纶;
(2)机型选择:K4;机号:28针/25.4mm;门幅:330.2mm;
(3)织物组织:
GB1:2-0/0-2/2-0/2-4/4-2/2-4//;
GB2:2-0/4-4/2-2/4-6/2-2/4-4//;
GB3:0-0/4-4/2-2/6-6/2-2/4-4//;
GB4:2-2/0-0/0-0/0-0/2-2/2-2//;
(4)穿纱方式:
GB1:600根纱*6个盘头,满穿;
GB2:597根纱*6个盘头,满穿;
GB3:600根纱*6个盘头,满穿;
GB4:594根纱*6个盘头,满穿;
(5)送纱量:
GB1:1400mm/rack;
GB4:240mm/rack;
(6)织物规格:
机上织物:
纵密77.4横列/cm;
横密28纵行/cm;
幅宽330.2cm;

(7)织造工序:
A、经编面料坯布的织造;
B、经编面料坯布的真空定型、染色、柔软处理;
C、经编面料的水洗、定型。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述步骤(1)的纱线密度为:
GB1:3.3tex/12F(30D/12F锦纶);
GB2:4.4tex(40D氨纶);
GB3:31.1tex(280D氨纶);
GB4:6tex*2(100S/2涤纶)。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述工序A经编面料胚布的真空定型具体步骤为:
A.将面料推入蒸丝箱内并向箱内注水,注水量控制为没过面料高度的三分之一,预热蒸丝箱使其内部温度达到20-35℃;
B.利用水环真空泵对箱体内进行第一次抽真空,并对箱体内部进行加热,使得将低温饱和蒸汽渗透到面料中,加热0.6-0.8h,保持箱体内温度达到80-90℃后静置45-50min;
C.对静置后的箱体进行第二次抽真空,并再次加热箱体内部,加热时间30-45min,保持箱体内温度为86-95℃;
D.加热结束后保温并静25-30min,即完成面料的真空定型。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述工序A经编面料胚布的染色染色具体步骤为:先分别加入分散染料和阳离子染料和匀染剂,在染色过程中控制染色温度和染色时间,所述染色温度为130-135℃,所述染色时间为40-50min,所述分散染料的加入量为坯布重量比的0.6-0.8%,所述阳离子染料的加入量为还布重量的1-5%,所述匀染剂的加入量为坯布重量的0.8-1.2%。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述工序C中,水洗用水量为500-1000m/吨,水洗时间为15-25min;烘干温度为70-90℃,烘干时间为25-35min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过采用腈纶纤维、双氨纶纤维、涤纶纤维混纺经编进行织造,使得面料在具有高弹性、高强度、耐撕裂的优点的同时,具有优异的阻燃抗菌,透气性良好,具有相当的韧性,集三种纤维优点于一身,风格独特,悬垂性佳,手感舒适,真空定型处理是对纤维进行湿热处理,恰当的湿热处理对纤维的物理机械性能有较大的改善作用,纤维吸收水分后,会放出热量,此时,纤维分子热运动减弱,内部结构稳定性增强,此时给予纱线一定程度的热量补偿,保持这一状态的持续和稳定,使纱内外层都能受到均热处理,显著改善面料的整体性能,且起毛球性大大降低,大大提高了面料质感。

实施例1
本发明提供一种高强度耐撕裂经编面料生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1、面料选用:A纱选用100S/2涤纶,B纱选用30D/12F锦纶,C纱选用40D氨纶,D纱选用280D氨纶;
2、机型选择:K4;

经编面料胚布的真空定型具体步骤为:
将面料推入蒸丝箱内并向箱内注水,注水量控制为没过面料高度的三分之一,预热蒸丝箱使其内部温度达到29℃,利用水环真空泵对箱体内进行第一次抽真空,并对箱体内部进行加热,使得将低温饱和蒸汽渗透到面料中,加热0.6-0.8h,此处宜选0.7h,保持箱体内温度达到80-90℃后静置45-50min,此处宜选85℃,静置47min,对静置后的箱体进行第二次抽真空,并再次加热箱体内部,加热时间30-45min,此处宜选35min,保持箱体内温度为86-95℃,此处宜选90℃,加热结束后保温并静25-30min,此处宜选25℃,即完成面料的真空定型;
经编面料胚布的染色具体步骤为:先分别加入分散染料和阳离子染料和匀染剂,在染色过程中控制染色温度和染色时间,染色温度为132℃,染色时间为45min,分散染料的加入量为坯布重量比的0.7%,阳离子染料的加入量为还布重量的3.5%,匀染剂的加入量为坯布重量的1.0%,经编面料的水洗用水量为800m/吨,水洗时间为20min;烘干温度为85℃,烘干时间为32min。
