本发明属于沼气工程技术领域,涉及一种以热定产的沼气工程余热综合利用系统及利用方法。
背景技术
大中型沼气工程以畜禽粪污、餐厨垃圾、农业有机废弃物等有机物为原料,使用污水将原料调配到合适浓度,进入厌氧罐中发酵产生沼气,沼气可用于发电或提纯成天然气。沼气工程在运行过程中,为维持厌氧反应器的高效稳定运行,维持温度恒定是关键。
沼气发电工程可产生多种形式余热,但部分余热由于余热利用系统不完善,未能回收或回收不充分、利用效率低;在余热利用过程中,回收侧与利用侧之间余热回收形式、余热量、余热利用方式等不能灵活调整,余热过剩或不足;无热电联产机组的沼气工程需要额外消耗大量的常规能源用于发酵系统增温,增加工程运行成本,并降低工程节能环保性。
如专利201710784391.4,设计了一种厌氧发酵池余热利用及增温系统,由发酵池、热泵/泵机组、沼液沼渣池三部分组成,沼渣沼液余热通过混凝土预埋盘管一体化辐射末端将热量传递给导热介质,导热介质由热泵机组压缩为高温高压气体,再通过混凝土预埋盘管一体化辐射末端将热量释放到发酵池。尽管上述专利公开了余热的利用,但是方式单一,增加了中间导热介质环节,降低了余热利用效率,同时需要依靠消耗大量其它常规能源产生热源,以满足发酵增温需求,不能实现余热外供。
为了解决现有技术的不足,开发一种综合利用沼气工程余热的系统,保障热能资源的高效循环利用,形成环保、节能的新技术体系是具有重要的意义。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供一种沼气工程的以热定产的余热综合利用系统,实现大量低品位热能的充分利用,解决大中型沼气工程热能不足、运行能耗大,排放沼液蕴含的低品位热量不能利用等问题,提高沼气工程的经济效益。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种余热综合利用系统,包括高温烟气余热利用系统1、缸套水与润滑油冷却水余热利用系统2、沼液余热利用系统3、水解系统4、发酵系统5、集中控制系统6;其中,
高温烟气余热利用系统1包括发电机组排烟管道11、余热锅炉12、蒸汽传输管道13、蒸汽控制电磁阀14,发电机组排烟管道11与余热锅炉12相连,蒸汽传输管道13直通水解系统4;
缸套水与润滑油冷却水余热利用系统2包括第一换热器21、第二换热器22热水传输管道23、热水罐24、热水控制电磁阀25、发酵系统增温管道26,第一换热器21和第二换热器22通过热水传输管道23与热水罐24相连,热水控制电磁阀25安装在热水传输管道23的进水管道处;
沼液余热利用系统3包括第三换热器31、沼液输送管道32、污水输送管道33,第三换热器31与沼液输送管道32相连,管道上设置有管道泵34;
水解系统4中设置有蒸汽增温管道41;
集中控制系统6设置发酵系统5增温、水解系统4增温的联锁程控。
进一步,所述高温烟气余热利用系统1还包括汽轮发电机15,与余热锅炉12相连,利用剩余蒸汽余热驱动发电机组产生额外电能。
进一步,所述第一换热器21为板式换热器。
进一步,所述第二换热器22为板式换热器。
进一步,所述余热锅炉12为针形余热锅炉。
进一步,所述第三换热器31为板式换热器;更为优选的,所述板式换热器为螺旋板式换热器。螺旋板式换热器由螺旋形板组成,具有均匀的螺旋通道,壳体上的接管采用切向结构,局部阻力小。
进一步,所述第三换热器31的换热面积为80-90m2。
进一步,所述沼液余热利用系统3还包括酸洗装置35,所述酸洗装置35与第三换热器31相连。
进一步,所述酸洗装置35包括酸洗桶351和酸洗泵352,酸洗桶351内装有酸性物质,所述酸性物质包括但不限于硫酸、盐酸、磷酸、硝酸、铬酸、氢氟酸和混合酸。
优选的,所述酸性物质为盐酸、磷酸。
更为优选的,所述酸性物质为盐酸。
进一步,所述沼液输送管道32与污水输送管道33安装有温度传感器36,温度传感器36用于测量实时温度,实现系统温度的自动化控制。
进一步,温度传感器36设置在沼液、污水的进水与出水端。
进一步,蒸汽增温管道41为交叉排布,环向分段的内增温盘管,增加罐内物料增温保温的接触面积。
进一步,水解系统4内安装温度传感器36,根据温度的实时计量控制热量的供应。

本发明提供了一种以热定产余热综合利用系统的利用方法,包括:
1)高温烟气的利用:发电机组排放的高温烟气,经发电机组排烟管道11进入余热锅炉12,产生蒸汽,蒸汽经蒸汽传输管道14进入水解系统4,直接加热水解物料;
2)缸套水与润滑油热量的利用:发电机组冷却液冷却缸套,然后冷却液与冷却水在换热器21内进行换热,加热冷却水,产生热水,同时缸头内的润滑油与冷却水在换热器22内进行换热,产生热水,热水进入热水传输管道23,热水传输管道23与热水罐24以及发酵系统5相连,热水增温发酵系统5中的厌氧发酵物料,热水增温物料后,再次回到发电机组,用作冷却水;
3)沼液的利用:高温沼液、低温污水分别通过沼液输送管道32、污水输送管道33泵至第三换热器31,污水换热后,经污水输送管道33输出端进入水解系统4内,与鸡粪原料混匀、生物水解;沼液降温后,经沼液输送管道32的输出端,输出到沼液暂存池内,用作液体有机肥料或经沼液浓缩工艺制备高品质沼液浓缩水溶肥料。
4)以热定产:首先,确定总热量:确定热电联产发电机组余热量、沼气工程的沼液余热量;其中发电机组余热包括发电机组高温烟气、发电机组润滑油和缸套水余热;其中沼液余热为沼气工程沼液可利用的余热;
其次,以热定产:根据总热量、沼气工程热量需求,在热平衡原则下,匹配最适沼气工程规模,其中沼气工程规模以沼气工程的日产沼气量计;
最后,结合余热需求季节性不同的特点,建立夏季、冬季不同余热利用途径,提高余热利用率与能源输出品位。
5)余热集中控制系统实时反馈调节:沼气工程余热集中控制系统,包括余热回收侧自控:热电联产机组余热自控、沼液余热自控;余热利用侧自控:水解系统余热自控、发酵系统余热自控。自控系统实现热数据实时收集,并设置厌氧罐与水解物料温度的上限、下限,使系统根据余热利用端的厌氧罐内物料温度、水解物料实时温度,实时自动精准控制热量供给,提高余热利用率。
作为一种可选择的实施方式,步骤1)中的余热锅炉12可进一步连接汽轮发电机15,利用剩余蒸汽余热驱动发电机组产生额外电能。
作为另外一种可选择的实施方式,步骤1)余热锅炉12可进一步连接溴化锂吸收式制冷机,利用剩余蒸汽产生冷能。
作为一种优选的实施方式,热水罐24暂存发电机组热水,起缓冲作用,使持续稳定的供应发酵系统热量。
本发明的优点和有益效果:
本发明的余热综合利用系统无需任何其他电能、化石能源,不需另外燃烧沼气等,即可完全满足工程热量需求,通过“以热定产”,结合余热需求季节性不同的特点,实现沼气的多种形式的高值化利用,提升整体工程经济效益。
本发明的余热综合利用系统结合热电联产机组、沼液不同来源余热能级的分析,分别选择热水、蒸汽、直接换热等最佳的余热回收形式,提高余热利用效率,适用性、节能型、运行持久性方面更具优势;
本发明的余热综合利用系统的余热回收侧和利用侧形成及时有效的反馈调节:可根据厌氧罐与水解系统温度变化、实时自动调整热水、蒸汽供给;本发明优先利用低品位的沼液热源,减少或代替高品位蒸汽热源,使蒸汽进一步高品位利用,实现高品位热源更高价值的利用。

具体的实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,以下实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1余热综合利用系统
一种中温厌氧发酵沼气工程的余热综合利用系统,包括高温烟气余热利用系统1、缸套水与润滑油冷却水余热利用系统2、沼液余热利用系统3、水解系统4、发酵系统5、集中控制系统6;其中,
高温烟气余热利用系统1包括发电机组排烟管道11、余热锅炉12、蒸汽传输管道13、蒸汽控制电磁阀14,汽轮发电机15,利用剩余蒸汽余热驱动发电机组产生额外电能;余热锅炉12为针形余热锅炉,发电机组排烟管道11与余热锅炉12相连,余热锅炉12与汽轮发电机15相连,蒸汽传输管道13直通水解系统4;
发电机组排烟温度480-550℃,经发电机组排烟管道11进入余热锅炉12,产生145-150℃蒸汽,此时烟气温度降至150-160℃;蒸汽经蒸汽传输管道14进入水解系统4,直接加热水解物料,使物料增温至20-30℃。
缸套水与润滑油冷却水余热利用系统2包括第一换热器21、第二换热器22、热水传输管道23、热水罐24、热水控制电磁阀25、发酵系统增温管道26,换热器21和22为板式换热器,通过热水传输管道23与热水罐24相连,热水罐24暂存发电机组90℃热水,起暂存作用,使持续稳定的供应发酵系统5热量;热水控制电磁阀25安装在热水传输管道23的进水管道处,调控热水的输送,进而调控发酵系统5温度;
发电机组冷却液冷却缸套,然后冷却液与60-70℃冷却水在第一换热器内进行换热,加热冷却水,同时冷却水与润滑油在第二换热器22内换热,产生80-90℃热水,热水进入热水传输管道23,热水增温发酵系统5物料至35-38℃。热水增温物料后,降至60-70℃后再次回到发电机组,用作冷却水;
沼液余热利用系统3包括第三换热器31、沼液输送管道32、污水输送管道33,管道泵34,酸洗装置35、温度传感器36;第三换热器31为螺旋板式换热器,换热面积为80-90m2,与沼液输送管道32相连,管道上设置有管道泵34;酸洗装置35包括酸洗桶351和酸洗泵352,酸洗桶351装有盐酸,当第三换热器31堵塞时,开启酸洗泵352进行冲洗,温度传感器36设置在沼液、污水的进水与出水端,用于测量实时温度,实现系统温度的自动化控制;
34-36℃沼液、1-20℃污水分别通过沼液输送管道32、污水输送管道33泵至螺旋板式换热器,污水换热至20-28℃后,经污水输出管道泵至水解系统4内,与鸡粪原料混匀、生物水解;沼液温度降至22-32℃,经沼液输出管道,回到沼液暂存池内,直接用作液体有机肥料或经沼液浓缩工艺制备高品质沼液浓缩水溶肥料;
水解系统4中设置有蒸汽增温管道41和温度传感器36,蒸汽增温管道41为交叉排布,环向分段的内增温盘管,实现水解系统4内物料的增温,温度传感器36对池内温度进行实时监控;
发酵系统5通过热水传输管道23与热水罐24相连;
集中控制系统6设置发酵系统5增温、水解系统4增温的联锁程控,当发酵系统温度低于35.0℃时,热水罐热水进水电磁阀自动开启,热水经发酵系统热水管道运输,自动给发酵系统增温,当发酵温度达到38.0℃时,热水罐热水进水电磁阀关闭,增温停止,发酵系统处于保温阶段;当水解系统温度低于20.0℃,水解系统蒸汽增温管道电磁阀开启,自动为水解系统物料增温,当水解系统温度达到30.0℃,电磁阀关闭,增温停止。
实施例2以热定产的余热综合利用系统的余热调节方式与利用途径
3台1063kW热电联产机组余热量3300-3600kW,35-38℃中温厌氧发酵沼气工程日产10000m3沼气可利用的沼液余热量100-110kW。按照35-38℃中温厌氧发酵沼气工程日产10000m3沼气的热需求量420-450kW,根据“以热定产”,可配套日产100000m3沼气工程,其中30000m3沼气用于沼气发电,70000m3沼气用于提纯生物天然气,实现了沼气多样性、高值化利用。项目建立冬季、夏季不同的余热利用模式,提高余热利用率。同时通过集中控制系统,建立余热反馈调节机制:设置发酵系统增温、水解系统增温的联锁程控,当发酵系统温度低于35.0℃时,热水罐热水进水电磁阀自动开启,热水经发酵系统热水管道运输,自动给发酵系统增温,当发酵温度达到38.0℃时,热水罐热水进水电磁阀关闭,增温停止,发酵系统处于保温阶段;当水解系统温度低于20.0℃,水解系统蒸汽增温管道电磁阀开启,自动为水解系统物料增温,当水解系统温度达到30.0℃,电磁阀关闭,增温停止。其中水解系统优先利用沼液低品位余热,然后利用热电联产机组高温烟气产生的高品位蒸汽余热。
冬季,通过充分利用热电联产机组余热及沼气工程沼液余热,满足日产沼气100000m3规模的35-38℃中温厌氧发酵沼气工程的热量需求,其中30000m3沼气用于发电、70000m3沼气用于提纯生物天然气:3台1063kW热电联产机组全部高温排烟余热1700-1900kW以蒸汽形式供给100000m3沼气工程水解物料增温;机组全部缸套水、润滑油余热1600-1800kW以热水形式供给日产沼气100000m3规模沼气工程的发酵罐物料增温保温。100000m3沼气工程全部沼液余热1000-1100kW以直接换热的方式与进料污水换热,升温后的污水进入水解池内与鸡粪原料混匀,进一步补充沼气工程的水解物料增温热量需求,解决冬季沼气工程蒸汽量不足的问题;
夏季,通过充分利用热电联产机组余热及沼气工程沼液余热,满足日产沼气100000m3规模的35-38℃中温厌氧发酵沼气工程的热量需求,其中30000m3沼气用于发电、70000m3沼气用于提纯生物天然气,并实现额外电能输出:优先使用低品位沼液余热原则,100000m3沼气工程全部沼液余热1000-1100kW以直接换热的方式与进料污水换热,而3台1063kW热电联产机组的5-10%高温排烟余热85-190kW以蒸汽形式补充100000m3沼气工程水解系统热量需求;3台1063kW热电联产机组全部缸套水、润滑油冷却水余热1600-1800kW以热水形式供给100000m3沼气工程的发酵罐物料增温保温。剩余90%-95%高温排烟余热1615-1710kW以蒸汽形式用于250kW汽轮发电机,增加7.8%的高品位电能输出。
该发明“以热定产”,使余热供需平衡,并建立夏季、冬季不同余热利用模式,避免夏季余热过剩或冬季余热不足。该发明可根据用热侧的温度实时反馈调节余热利用,提高余热利用率。同时该发明优先利用低品位的沼液余热,节约的大量高品位蒸汽用于发电,提高沼气工程的能源输出品位。
上述实施例的说明只是用来理解本发明的技术方案。应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也将落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种以热定产余热综合利用系统,其特征在于,包括高温烟气余热利用系统(1)、缸套水与润滑油冷却水余热利用系统(2)、沼液余热利用系统(3)、水解系统(4)、发酵系统(5),集中控制系统(6);其中,
高温烟气余热利用系统(1)包括发电机组排烟管道(11)、余热锅炉(12)、蒸汽传输管道(13)、蒸汽控制电磁阀(14),发电机组排烟管道(11)与余热锅炉(12)相连,蒸汽传输管道(14)直通水解系统(4);
缸套水与润滑油冷却水余热利用系统(2)包括第一换热器(21)、第二换热器(22)、热水传输管道(23)、热水罐(24)、热水控制电磁阀(25)、发酵系统增温管道(26),第一换热器(21)和第二换热器(22)通过热水传输管道(23)与热水罐(24)相连,热水控制电磁阀(25)安装在热水传输管道(23)的进水管道处;
沼液余热利用系统(3)包括第三换热器(31)、沼液输送管道(32)、污水输送管道(33),第三换热器(31)与沼液输送管道(32)相连,管道上设置有管道泵(34);
水解系统(4)中设置有蒸汽增温管道(41);
集中控制系统(6)设置发酵系统(5)增温、水解系统(4)增温的联锁程控。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述高温烟气余热利用系统(1)还包括汽轮发电机(15),与余热锅炉(12)相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,第一换热器(21)或第二换热器(22)为板式换热器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第三换热器(31)为螺旋板式换热器。
5.根据权利要求4所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第三换热器(31)的换热面积为80-90m2。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的系统,其特征在于,所述沼液余热利用系统(3)还包括酸洗装置(35),所述酸洗装置(35)与第三换热器(31)相连。
7.根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述沼液输送管道(32)与污水输送管道(33)安装有温度传感器(36)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,水解系统(4)内安装温度传感器(36)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,发酵系统增温管道(26)为交叉排布,环向分段的内增温盘管。
10.权利要求1-9任一项所述的系统的利用方法,其特征在于,包括:
1)高温烟气的利用:发电机组排放的高温烟气,经发电机组排烟管道11进入余热锅炉12,产生蒸汽,蒸汽经蒸汽传输管道14进入水解系统4,直接加热水解物料;
2)缸套水与润滑油热量的利用:发电机组冷却液冷却缸套,然后冷却液与冷却水在换热器21内进行换热,加热冷却水,产生热水,同时缸头内的润滑油与冷却水在换热器22内进行换热,产生热水,热水进入热水传输管道23,热水传输管道23与热水罐24以及发酵系统5相连,热水增温发酵系统5中的厌氧发酵物料,热水增温物料后,再次回到发电机组,用作冷却水;
3)沼液的利用:高温沼液、低温污水分别通过沼液输送管道32、污水输送管道33泵至第三换热器31,污水换热后,经污水输送管道33输出端进入水解系统4内,与鸡粪原料混匀、生物水解;沼液降温后,经沼液输送管道32的输出端,输出到沼液暂存池内,用作液体有机肥料或经沼液浓缩工艺制备高品质沼液浓缩水溶肥料;
4)以热定产:确定热电联产发电机组余热量、沼气工程的沼液余热量,其中发电机组余热包括发电机组高温烟气、发电机组润滑油和缸套水余热,沼液余热为沼气工程沼液可利用的余热;根据总热量、沼气工程热量需求,在热平衡原则下,匹配最适沼气工程规模,其中沼气工程规模以沼气工程的日产沼气量计;结合余热需求季节性不同的特点,建立夏季、冬季不同余热利用途径,提高余热利用率与能源输出品位;
5)余热集中控制系统实时反馈调节:沼气工程余热集中控制系统,包括余热回收侧自控:热电联产机组余热自控、沼液余热自控;余热利用侧自控:水解系统余热自控、发酵系统余热自控;自控系统实现热数据实时收集,并设置厌氧罐与水解物料温度的上限、下限,使系统根据余热利用端的厌氧罐内物料温度、水解物料实时温度,实时自动精准控制热量供给,提高余热利用率。
