Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车装饰用防破水热熔胶膜及其制备方法,包括PVB基层胶,所述PVB基层胶一侧外壁粘接有TPU胶层,且TPU胶层远离PVB基层胶一侧外壁粘接有光致变色层,所述光致变色层远离TPU胶层一侧外壁粘接有尼龙网布层,且尼龙网布层远离光致变色层一侧外壁粘接有膜面层,包括以下步骤:原料准备,对生产需要用到的PVB胶液、EVA胶液和TPU胶液分别进行混合搅拌,并且进行单独取样检验,涂布机准备,准备三台涂布机,并且将三台涂布机的储胶筒和涂布头进行清理。本发明有助于提升热熔胶膜的表面耐磨性能,同时配合设置的尼龙网布层,可以有利于提升膜面层的沾附效果,提升热熔胶膜的框拉伸性能,有利于提升热熔胶膜的弹性性能。

一种汽车装饰用防破水热熔胶膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车装饰热熔胶膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车装饰用防破水热熔胶膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
车身贴膜是通过高分子聚合材料贴附于车漆表面,达到保护原漆、装饰车身的目的,并可随时轻易揭除,与传统封釉、镀膜、喷漆等漆面化学改变形成鲜明对比。汽车车身贴膜是专为汽车车身贴膜而设计的高性能初低粘度聚氯乙烯薄膜,具有充分贴合车身漆面及内饰各种基材表面的属性,具备更加便于施工,柔韧性、耐久性、抗化学腐蚀性、不透光性更强等诸多优点。可有效保证施工过程中面对曲折车身表面时进行准确、无缝隙、无气泡贴覆,不会对车漆造成损害,相反,会充分保护车辆的原漆,热熔胶膜属于一种常见的汽车贴膜,现有的汽车装饰热熔胶膜容易破损,抗拉伸性能和抗形变性能一般,所以现提出一种汽车装饰用防破水热熔胶膜及其制备方法。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种汽车装饰用防破水热熔胶膜及其制备方法。
本发明提出的一种汽车装饰用防破水热熔胶膜,包括PVB基层胶,所述PVB基层胶一侧外壁粘接有TPU胶层,且TPU胶层远离PVB基层胶一侧外壁粘接有光致变色层,所述光致变色层远离TPU胶层一侧外壁粘接有尼龙网布层,且尼龙网布层远离光致变色层一侧外壁粘接有膜面层。
优选地,所述TPU胶层的厚度为0.03到0.07毫米。
优选地,所述膜面层由EVA材料熔融吹膜成型,且膜面层的厚度为0.08到3.0毫米。
一种汽车装饰用防破水热熔胶膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:原料准备,对生产需要用到的PVB胶液、EVA胶液和TPU胶液分别进行混合搅拌,并且进行单独取样检验;
S2:涂布机准备,准备三台涂布机,并且将三台涂布机的储胶筒和涂布头进行清理;
S3:铺设基层膜,将PVB胶液加入其中一台涂布机的储胶筒中,然后使用该涂布机铺设形成PVB基层胶,构成半成品A;
S4:负压消泡,将PVB基层胶置入真空室中进行负压消泡,并对真空室进行降温处理;
S5:涂抹TPU层,将TPU胶液加入到其中一台涂布机的储胶筒中,然后半成品A放置到该涂布机上,然后使用该涂布机铺设形成TPU胶层,构成半成品B;
S6:涂抹光致变色层,在半成品B上涂抹光致变色材料,然后进行静置凝结,形成半成品C;
S7:丝印拉网,在半成品C靠近光致变色材料一侧通过丝印拉网机进行拉网,形成半成品D;
S8:涂抹表面层,将EVA胶液加入到其中一台涂布机的储胶筒中,然后半成品D放置到该涂布机上,然后使用该涂布机铺设形成膜面层;
S9:负压消泡,将进行涂抹表面层的半成品D放置到真空室中进行负压消泡,同时进行降温,促进膜面层凝结,形成成品E。
优选地,S6中对半成品B的表面进行表面处理,然后通过静电喷涂机进行光致变色材料的喷涂。
优选地,S9中对成品E进行卷绕成辊,然后进行登记入库。
本发明中的有益效果,通过设置的膜面层,有助于提升热熔胶膜的表面耐磨性能,同时配合设置的尼龙网布层,可以有利于提升膜面层的沾附效果,提升热熔胶膜的框拉伸性能,配合设置的TPU胶层,有利于提升热熔胶膜的弹性性能,提升热熔胶膜的抗撞击能力,提升热熔胶膜的形变回复性能,配合负压消泡的生产步骤,有利于提高生产效率,降低热熔胶膜中的气泡含量,提升产品质量。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2,一种汽车装饰用防破水热熔胶膜,包括PVB基层胶1,PVB基层胶1一侧外壁粘接有TPU胶层2,且TPU胶层2远离PVB基层胶1一侧外壁粘接有光致变色层3,光致变色层3远离TPU胶层2一侧外壁粘接有尼龙网布层4,且尼龙网布层4远离光致变色层3一侧外壁粘接有膜面层5,TPU胶层2的厚度为0.03到0.07毫米,膜面层5由EVA材料熔融吹膜成型,且膜面层5的厚度为0.08到3.0毫米。
一种汽车装饰用防破水热熔胶膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:原料准备,对生产需要用到的PVB胶液、EVA胶液和TPU胶液分别进行混合搅拌,并且进行单独取样检验;
S2:涂布机准备,准备三台涂布机,并且将三台涂布机的储胶筒和涂布头进行清理;
S3:铺设基层膜,将PVB胶液加入其中一台涂布机的储胶筒中,然后使用该涂布机铺设形成PVB基层胶1,构成半成品A;
S4:负压消泡,将PVB基层胶1置入真空室中进行负压消泡,并对真空室进行降温处理;
S5:涂抹TPU层,将TPU胶液加入到其中一台涂布机的储胶筒中,然后半成品A放置到该涂布机上,然后使用该涂布机铺设形成TPU胶层2,构成半成品B;
S6:涂抹光致变色层3,在半成品B上涂抹光致变色材料,然后进行静置凝结,形成半成品C;
S7:丝印拉网,在半成品C靠近光致变色材料一侧通过丝印拉网机进行拉网,形成半成品D;
S8:涂抹表面层,将EVA胶液加入到其中一台涂布机的储胶筒中,然后半成品D放置到该涂布机上,然后使用该涂布机铺设形成膜面层5;
S9:负压消泡,将进行涂抹表面层的半成品D放置到真空室中进行负压消泡,同时进行降温,促进膜面层5凝结,形成成品E。
本发明中,S6中对半成品B的表面进行表面处理,然后通过静电喷涂机进行光致变色材料的喷涂,S9中对成品E进行卷绕成辊,然后进行登记入库。

1.一种汽车装饰用防破水热熔胶膜,包括PVB基层胶(1),其特征在于,所述PVB基层胶(1)一侧外壁粘接有TPU胶层(2),且TPU胶层(2)远离PVB基层胶(1)一侧外壁粘接有光致变色层(3),所述光致变色层(3)远离TPU胶层(2)一侧外壁粘接有尼龙网布层(4),且尼龙网布层(4)远离光致变色层(3)一侧外壁粘接有膜面层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车装饰用防破水热熔胶膜,其特征在于,所述TPU胶层(2)的厚度为0.03到0.07毫米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车装饰用防破水热熔胶膜,其特征在于,所述膜面层(5)由EVA材料熔融吹膜成型,且膜面层(5)的厚度为0.08到3.0毫米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车装饰用防破水热熔胶膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:原料准备,对生产需要用到的PVB胶液、EVA胶液和TPU胶液分别进行混合搅拌,并且进行单独取样检验;
S2:涂布机准备,准备三台涂布机,并且将三台涂布机的储胶筒和涂布头进行清理;
S3:铺设基层膜,将PVB胶液加入其中一台涂布机的储胶筒中,然后使用该涂布机铺设形成PVB基层胶(1),构成半成品A;
S4:负压消泡,将PVB基层胶(1)置入真空室中进行负压消泡,并对真空室进行降温处理;
S5:涂抹TPU层,将TPU胶液加入到其中一台涂布机的储胶筒中,然后半成品A放置到该涂布机上,然后使用该涂布机铺设形成TPU胶层(2),构成半成品B;
S6:涂抹光致变色层(3),在半成品B上涂抹光致变色材料,然后进行静置凝结,形成半成品C;
S7:丝印拉网,在半成品C靠近光致变色材料一侧通过丝印拉网机进行拉网,形成半成品D;
S8:涂抹表面层,将EVA胶液加入到其中一台涂布机的储胶筒中,然后半成品D放置到该涂布机上,然后使用该涂布机铺设形成膜面层(5);
S9:负压消泡,将进行涂抹表面层的半成品D放置到真空室中进行负压消泡,同时进行降温,促进膜面层(5)凝结,形成成品E。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车装饰用防破水热熔胶膜的制备方法,其特征在于,S6中对半成品B的表面进行表面处理,然后通过静电喷涂机进行光致变色材料的喷涂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车装饰用防破水热熔胶膜的制备方法,其特征在于,S9中对成品E进行卷绕成辊,然后进行登记入库。
