技术领域
本发明涉及生活用纸领域，特别涉及一种防侧漏男女通用成人纸尿裤。
背景技术
当前成人尿片由于相对尿裤成本较低，已经在尿失禁人群广泛使用，同时由于吸收性好于普通卫生巾，也广泛作为高吸收卫生巾或产妇卫生巾被妇女使用。但是由于尿片设计相对设计简单，使用中无法固定，必须先固定在其他产品上使用。当前的产品有：(1)尿裤：成本高、护理中穿脱不方便、臃肿只适合卧床失禁患者；(2)床垫：简单并只为防止尿液污染床单使用，基本没有吸收功能；(3)尿片：吸收性好但由于不好固定，只能配合尿裤或市场上的尿片罩使用，使用不方便，尿裤和尿片罩不透气，患者不舒适，但由于患者大部分丧失语言表达能力，不被多数家属重视。
现有的可参考申请号为201020280608.1的中国专利，其公开了一种成人纸尿裤，裤体包括非透水性外层、吸收体和透水性内层、左右贴、防漏侧翼和腿部弯曲弹性带；裤体中间处设置可容纳吸收物的容纳池。该成人纸尿裤具有结构新颖，舒适性好，使用成本低的优点。
由于男女的生理结构不同，不同的患者会用到不同型号的成人纸尿裤，生产、购买和使用都不是很方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防侧漏男女通用成人纸尿裤，具有男女通用，使用方便而又不影响舒适性的技术效果。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的：
一种防侧漏男女通用成人纸尿裤，包括防水层以及与防水层相互粘合的具有延展性的主体层，所述主体层包括依次叠加的面层、吸水层以及导流层，所述防水层包括沿其宽度方向折叠的折叠层以及折叠层的周边与折叠层复合固定的裤体，所述折叠层长度方向两端的边缘处复合固定。
通过采用上述方案，在正常的使用过程中，防水层包括沿其宽度方向进行折叠的折叠层，在女士使用时，折叠层不需要展开，使得纸尿裤能够适用于女性病人，而在男士病人使用过程中，将折叠层展开，使得折叠层凹陷形成一个兜体，同时由于主体层具有延展性，通过延展主体层使得主体层形成一个与折叠层相同的兜体，方便男士病人使用，该成人纸尿裤使用简单方便，同时不影响使用的舒适性信息效果，增加了设备的实用性效果。
较佳的，所述主体层为沿其宽度方向折叠形成的伸展层。
通过采用上述方案，具体的，主体层为折叠形成的伸展层，使得在使用时能够通过打开伸展层使得主体层能够饭方便形成兜体，使得成人纸尿裤使用更加简单方便，增加了设备的实用性效果。
较佳的，所述伸展层包括相互叠加的第一折叠部和第二折叠部，所述第一折叠部和第二折叠部之间设有将两者相互固定的连接组件。

实施例1：一种防侧漏男女通用成人纸尿裤，如图1所示，包括防水层1以及粘合在防水层1上并且具有延展性的主体层2，结合图1和图3，主体层2包括依次叠加的面层21、吸水层22以及导流层23。
结合图1和图2，防水层1包括沿其宽度方向折叠的折叠层11（参考图3）以及折叠层11的周边与折叠层11复合固定的裤体12，在折叠层11长度方向的两端贴合有舒适棉111，防水层1宽度方向两侧的裤体12上设有防漏侧翼121，主体层2宽度方向的两端均位于防漏侧翼121与防水层1之间并且三者相互抵接，其中与裤体12相对应的防漏侧翼121的边缘与裤体12复合固定，在与主体层2相对应的防漏侧翼121的边缘上设有防侧漏作用的橡胶筋1211。
在裤体12宽度方向的两端分别开有腿部开口122并且在腿部开口122处设有弯曲弹性带1221，在裤体12的一端设有弹性腰圈123并且在弹性腰圈123上设有扣子1231，在裤体12另一端的边缘位置处设有同样的弹性腰圈123并且在弹性腰圈123上开有与扣子1231相互配合的扣眼1232。
实施例2：与实施例1的不同之处在于，结合图1和图5，主体层2沿其宽度方向折叠形成方便伸展的伸展层24，伸展层24包括相互叠加的第一折叠部241和第二折叠部242，在第一折叠部241和第二折叠部242相贴的侧壁上均固设有相互粘合的魔术贴243。
实施例3：与实施例1、2的不同之处在于，结合图1和图6，主体层2包括沿其宽度方向分割的多个棉层25，相邻两个棉层25之间留有间隙251，其中折叠层11位于相邻两个棉层25之间的间隙251内。

2.根据权利要求1所述的防侧漏男女通用成人纸尿裤，其特征在于：所述主体层(2)为沿其宽度方向折叠形成的伸展层(24)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防侧漏男女通用成人纸尿裤，其特征在于：所述伸展层(24)包括相互叠加的第一折叠部(241)和第二折叠部(242)，所述第一折叠部(241)和第二折叠部(242)之间设有将两者相互固定的连接组件。
