过滤组件，位于所述尘杯内，所述过滤组件包括旋风分离器和过滤器，所述旋风分离器开设有贯通的过滤孔，所述过滤孔允许旋风分离的空气进入所述旋风分离器内部；
主机壳体，与所述尘杯连接，所述主机壳体开设有进气口，所述进气口与所述尘杯连通；
所述杯体与所述旋风分离器间距大于等于20毫米。
在其中一个实施例中，所述旋风分离器内壁与所述过滤器侧面间距大于等于2毫米。
在其中一个实施例中，所述旋风分离器与所述过滤器底面间距大于等于0.5毫米。
在其中一个实施例中，所述过滤器直径大于等于100毫米，高度大于等于70毫米。
在其中一个实施例中，所述过滤器为截锥状或柱状。
在其中一个实施例中，所述旋风分离器将过滤器的至少部分侧面周向包围。
在其中一个实施例中，所述吸尘器还包括电机组件，所述电机组件位于所述进气口与所述尘杯之间。
在其中一个实施例中，所述旋风分离器的底部设置有进气结构，所述进气结构包括多个叶片，相邻的叶片之间具有间隙，所述间隙允许旋风分离的空气进入所述旋风分离器内部，阻挡部分灰尘进入所述筒体内部。
在其中一个实施例中，所述吸尘器为双工作模式吸尘器，所述吸尘器包括外置盒，所述双工作模式包括吸尘器单独工作的手持式及与所述外置盒配接的卧式，所述倒灰盖用于在吸尘器处于卧式时打开，使得所述倒灰口与所述外置盒相连通，在吸尘器处于手持式时闭合，使得所述倒灰口被封闭。
在其中一个实施例中，所述吸尘器处于卧式时，所述倒灰口与所述外置盒相连通从而形成风道，使得气流一部分进入所述外置盒、一部分直接进入所述过滤器。
本发明具有双工作模式，吸尘器单独工作的手持式及与所述外置盒配接的卧式，通过尘杯中各个部件的间距设计，使粉尘快速的滑落至杯体底部或外置盒，过滤组件不容易堵塞，稳定吸尘器的除尘效率，减少清洗次数，提高使用寿命。

为了便于理解本发明，下面将参照相关附图对本发明进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本发明的较佳的实施例。但是，本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现，并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地，提供这些实施例的目的是使对本发明的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。
需要说明的是，当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件，它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件，它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的。
除非另有定义，本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的，不是旨在于限制本发明。本文所使用的术语“和/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
如图1所示，图1为本发明一实施例吸尘器结构示意图。
所述吸尘器包括尘杯40、主机壳体10、电机组件20以及过滤组件30。
所述尘杯40包括杯体420以及与所述杯体420活动连接的倒灰盖410。具体地，所述杯体420开设有倒灰口，所述倒灰盖410用于封闭所述倒灰口。
所述过滤组件30位于所述尘杯420内，包括旋风分离器310和过滤器320，所述旋风分离器310套设于所述过滤器320，收容于所述尘杯40内。
所述主机壳体10与所述尘杯40连接，所述主机壳体10开设有进气口，所述进气口110与所述尘杯40连通。在一个实施例中，如图2所示，所述进气口110通过所述进气通道120与所述尘杯40相连通，气流从所述进气口110经所述进气通道120进入所述尘杯40内。
所述电机组件20位于所述进气口110与所述尘杯40之间，因所述电机组件20与所述进气口110距离变小，在相同功率下，所述进气口110的吸力增大。
可选地，所述尘杯40开设有开口，所述尘杯40的开口一端与所述主机壳体10可拆卸连接。具体地，所述可拆卸连接为卡扣连接、螺纹连接、磁吸附或其他合适的可拆卸连接方式。在一个实施例中，所述尘杯40与所述主机壳体10采用卡扣连接，便于所述尘杯40与所述主机壳体10组装和拆卸，方便用户清洗。
所述手柄60连接与主机壳体10，使所述吸尘器便于用户手持。具体地，手柄组件60包括第一握持区610及第二握持区620，第一握持区610及第二握持区620的握持方向不同。通过设置两个握持区，用户可以在不同的使用场景时考虑不同的用力情况选择使用不同的握持方式，灵活选择使得握持手柄提起机器时，受力合适，使用舒适。第一握持区610靠近电机组件20。第一握持区610位于尘杯40的上方。第二握持区620位于尘杯40远离气流入口5的一侧。电池组件130位于第二握持区620的下方且与第二握持区620相邻安装。
在一个实施例中，第一握持区610及第二握持区620相互分隔不连通。当然，在其他实施例中，第一握持区610及第二握持区620相互连通。
所述吸尘器还包括电池组件130，所述电池组件130与所述电机组件20电连接，用于提供所述电机组件20运行的电能。具体地，所述电池组件130可以为干电池、蓄电池、聚合物电池、锂电池或其他电池。在一个实施例中，所述电池组件130为锂电池。
所述过滤组件30包括旋风分离器310和过滤器320，所述旋风分离器310套设于所述过滤器320，收容于所述尘杯40内。
可选地，所述过滤器320放置于所述旋风分离器310中，所述过滤器320为柱状或截锥状。具体地，所述过滤器320可以为圆柱形、圆台形、锥形或其他可放置于所述旋风分离器310的形状。在一个实施例中，所述过滤器320为圆柱形。
所述旋风分离器310的侧部开设有贯通的过滤孔(图未示)，所述过滤孔允许旋风分离的空气进入所述旋风分离器310内部。所述旋风分离器310的底部设置有网罩(图未示)。在一个实施例中，所述网罩由多个叶片组成，相邻的叶片之间具有间隙，所述间隙允许旋风分离的空气进入所述旋风分离器310内部，阻挡部分灰尘进入所述旋风分离器310内部。所述叶片能够减缓旋风分离后进入所述旋风分离器310的速度，同时能够吸附部分尘粒，防止旋风分离后的空气再度扬起旋风分离后的尘粒而进入所述旋风分离器310。
可选地，所述倒灰盖410一端与所述杯体420活动连接，另一端设置有固定结构，使所述倒灰盖410可相对于所述杯体420活动，实现开合功能。具体地，所述活动连接包括铰链连接、磁吸附或其他连接方式；所述固定结构包括磁吸附、卡扣、螺纹或其他固定结构。在一个实施例中，所述倒灰盖410一端于所述杯体420铰链连接，另一端采用卡扣的固定结构。
所述吸尘器还包括外置盒50，所述杯体420包括倒灰盖410，所述外置盒50与所述主机壳体10可拆卸连接，打开所述倒灰盖410使所述外置盒50与所述尘杯40连通。所述外置盒50收集所述吸尘器吸尘模式下，对粉尘的收集，增大所述吸尘器的粉尘容量。所述外置盒50与地面接触部位设置有滑轮，所述吸尘器连接所述外置盒50后可使用所述滑轮在地面上进行滑动。
所述吸尘器为双工作模式吸尘器，所述双工作模式包括吸尘器单独工作的手持式及与所述外置盒50配接的卧式，所述倒灰盖410用于在吸尘器处于卧式时打开，使得所述倒灰口与所述外置盒50相连通，在吸尘器处于手持式时闭合，使得所述倒灰口被封闭。
请参阅图3，可选地，所述杯体420内壁与所述旋风分离器310外壁设置有一定间距，使粉尘不易堵塞，快速的滑落至杯体40底部或外置盒50内。具体地，所述杯体420内壁与所述旋风分离器310外壁间距A-C大于等于20毫米。在一个实施例中，所述杯体420内壁与所述旋风分离器310外壁间距为23.2毫米。可以理解，所述杯体420内壁与所述旋风分离器310外壁间距也可以为25毫米、27毫米、29毫米或其他数值。
可选地，所述旋风分离器310内壁与所述过滤器320侧面设置有一定间距，使粉尘不易堵塞，快速的滑落至杯体40底部或外置盒50内。具体地，所述旋风分离器310内壁与所述过滤器320侧面间距B-D大于等于2毫米。在一个实施例中，所述旋风分离器310内壁与所述过滤器320侧面间距为5.4毫米。可以理解，所述旋风分离器310内壁与所述过滤器320侧面间距也可以为5毫米、7毫米、9毫米或其他数值。
可选地，所述旋风分离器310与所述过滤器320底面设置有一定间距，使粉尘不易堵塞，快速的滑落至杯体40底部或外置盒50内。具体地，所述旋风分离器310与所述过滤器320底面间距B-C大于等于0.5毫米。在一个实施例中，所述旋风分离器310与所述过滤器320底面间距为1.6毫米。可以理解，所述旋风分离器310与所述过滤器320底面间距也可以为2毫米、3毫米、4毫米或其他数值。
可选地，所述过滤器320收容于所述旋风分离器310中。具体地，所述过滤器320直径大于等于100毫米，高度大于等于70毫米。在一个实施例中，所述过滤器320直径为125毫米，高度为94毫米。
可选地，所述尘杯40与所述外置盒50设置有一定间距。具体地，所述尘杯40与所述外置盒50间距A-D大于等于0.5毫米。在一个实施例中，所述尘杯40与所述外置盒50底面间距为7.2毫米。可以理解，所述尘杯40与所述外置盒50间距也可以为2毫米、3毫米、4毫米或其他数值。
所述吸尘器在卧式工作时，因连通所述外置盒50可提高粉尘的收集量，由于粉尘收集量的增大，容易堵塞所述过滤器320，通过有效的设定所述过滤器320、所述旋风分离器310以及所述杯体420的间距使粉尘更加容易的滑至所述外置盒50。
本发明具有双工作模式，吸尘器单独工作的手持式及与所述外置盒配接的卧式，通过尘杯40中各个部件的间距设计，使粉尘快速的滑落至杯体420底部或外置盒50，过滤组件30不容易堵塞，稳定吸尘器的除尘效率，减少清洗次数，提高使用寿命。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合，为使描述简洁，未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述，然而，只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾，都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式，其描述较为具体和详细，但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进，这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此，本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种吸尘器，所述的吸尘器包括：
尘杯，所述尘杯包括杯体以及与所述杯体活动连接的倒灰盖，所述杯体开设有倒灰口，所述倒灰盖用于封闭所述倒灰口；
过滤组件，位于所述尘杯内，所述过滤组件包括旋风分离器和过滤器，所述旋风分离器开设有贯通的过滤孔，所述过滤孔允许旋风分离的空气进入所述旋风分离器内部；
主机壳体，与所述尘杯连接，所述主机壳体开设有进气口，所述进气口与所述尘杯连通；
其特征在于，所述杯体与所述旋风分离器间距大于等于20毫米。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器，其特征在于，所述旋风分离器内壁与所述过滤器侧面间距大于等于2毫米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器，其特征在于，所述旋风分离器与所述过滤器底面间距大于等于0.5毫米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器，其特征在于，所述过滤器直径大于等于100毫米，高度大于等于70毫米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器，其特征在于，所述过滤器为截锥状或柱状。
6.根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器，其特征在于，所述旋风分离器将过滤器的至少部分侧面周向包围。
7.根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器，其特征在于，所述吸尘器还包括电机组件，所述电机组件位于所述进气口与所述尘杯之间。
8.根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器，其特征在于，所述旋风分离器的底部设置有进气结构，所述进气结构包括多个叶片，相邻的叶片之间具有间隙，所述间隙允许旋风分离的空气进入所述旋风分离器内部，阻挡部分灰尘进入所述筒体内部。
9.根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器，其特征在于，所述吸尘器为双工作模式吸尘器，所述吸尘器包括外置盒，所述双工作模式包括吸尘器单独工作的手持式及与所述外置盒配接的卧式，所述倒灰盖用于在吸尘器处于卧式时打开，使得所述倒灰口与所述外置盒相连通，在吸尘器处于手持式时闭合，使得所述倒灰口被封闭。
10.根据权利要求9所述的吸尘器，其特征在于，所述吸尘器处于卧式时，所述倒灰口与所述外置盒相连通从而形成风道，使得气流一部分进入所述外置盒、一部分直接进入所述过滤器。
