本实施例公开了一种具有保护颈椎作用的围巾，包括围巾上层和围巾下层，所述围巾上层和围巾下层之间设有20个厚度为0.4cm的纱布袋，所述纱布袋内装有中药填充物，按重量计包括晚蚕砂16份，艾绒15份，苦荞皮4份，淡竹叶13份，鸡血藤2份，乌药4份，川草乌3份，决明子9份，千年健10份，广地龙12份，藁本13份，五灵脂9份，海桐皮9份，泽兰叶10份，伸筋草4份，巴戟天14份，泽泻3份，地骨皮13份，防己1份，宣木瓜5份，忍冬花10份，松果菊2份，苦苣根13份。将上述中药填充物冲洗干净，晒干，碎为粗屑并拌匀，装入纱布袋中，再将纱布袋均匀分布并缝制到围巾上层与下层之间。
实施例3
本实施例公开了一种具有保护颈椎作用的围巾，包括围巾上层和围巾下层，所述围巾上层和围巾下层之间设有16个厚度为0.6cm的纱布袋，所述纱布袋内装有中药填充物，按重量计包括晚蚕砂23份，艾绒11份，苦荞皮8份，淡竹叶8份，鸡血藤6份，乌药1份，川草乌7份，决明子5份，千年健14份，广地龙7份，藁本19份，五灵脂3份，海桐皮16份，泽兰叶5份，伸筋草11份，巴戟天8份，泽泻8份，地骨皮7份，防己4份，宣木瓜2份，忍冬花16份，松果菊2份，苦苣根13份。将上述中药填充物冲洗干净，晒干，碎为粗屑并拌匀，装入纱布袋中，再将纱布袋均匀分布并缝制到围巾上层与下层之间。

本实施例公开了一种具有保护颈椎作用的围巾，包括围巾上层和围巾下层，所述围巾上层和围巾下层之间设有22个厚度为0.3cm的纱布袋，所述纱布袋内装有中药填充物，按重量计包括晚蚕砂18份，艾绒12份，苦荞皮7份，淡竹叶12份，鸡血藤3份，乌药3份，川草乌5份，决明子7份，千年健13份，广地龙11份，藁本17份，五灵脂5份，海桐皮10份，泽兰叶6份，伸筋草9份，巴戟天9份，泽泻6份，地骨皮9份，防己3份，宣木瓜4份，忍冬花12份，松果菊3份，苦苣根12份。将上述中药填充物冲洗干净，晒干，碎为粗屑并拌匀，装入纱布袋中，再将纱布袋均匀分布并缝制到围巾上层与下层之间。
实验例1
李某，女，25岁，浙江湖州人，由于工作原因久坐电脑前，导致颈部酸痛，使用本发明的围巾7天后，酸痛症状消失。
实验例2
胡某，男，57岁，浙江湖州人，颈椎病患者，颈椎疼痛持续3年，口服药物治疗后效果不佳，使用本发明的围巾6个月后，疼痛得到明显缓解。
实验例3
戴某，男，17岁，浙江湖州人，由于打羽毛球不慎扭伤颈部，导致颈部僵硬疼痛，活动受限，伤药外敷后症状有所缓解，但长期持续敷药对于美观影响较大，且洗漱不便，使用本发明的围巾1个月，颈部疼痛症状消失，活动自如。

Claims (5)

1.一种具有保护颈椎作用的围巾，其特征在于，包括围巾上层和围巾下层，所述围巾上层和围巾下层之间设有纱布袋，所述纱布袋内装有中药填充物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有保护颈椎作用的围巾，其特征在于，所述围巾上层和围巾下层之间设有至少10个纱布袋，所述纱布袋均匀分布在围巾上层和围巾下层之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有保护颈椎作用的围巾，其特征在于，所述纱布袋厚度小于1厘米。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的具有保护颈椎作用的围巾，其特征在于，所述中药填充物包括晚蚕砂16～23份，艾绒11～15份，苦荞皮4～8份，淡竹叶8～13份，鸡血藤2～6份，乌药1～4份，川草乌3～7份，决明子5～9份，千年健10～14份，广地龙7～12份，藁本13～19份，五灵脂3～9份，海桐皮9～16份，泽兰叶5～10份，伸筋草4～11份，巴戟天8～14份，泽泻3～8份，地骨皮7～13份，防己1～4份，宣木瓜2～5份，忍冬花10～16份，松果菊2～7份，苦苣根8～13份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有保护颈椎作用的围巾，其特征在于，所述中药填充物包括晚蚕砂20份，艾绒13份，苦荞皮6份，淡竹叶10份，鸡血藤5份，乌药2份，川草乌4份，决明子6份，千年健12份，广地龙9份，藁本15份，五灵脂7份，海桐皮13份，泽兰叶8份，伸筋草6份，巴戟天11份，泽泻4份，地骨皮12份，防己2份，宣木瓜3份，忍冬花15份，松果菊4份，苦苣根10份。
