And the rear suction manifold 163 is communicated into the lower cavity inside the rear dusting roller 3. The purpose of the above setting is then: in the air suction process, the rear air suction branch pipe 163 cannot suck dust on paper because the rear air suction holes 31 in the upper half part of the rear dust removing roller 3 suck air upwards; and through being equipped with a back division board 33 that sets up horizontally all the time to separate into upper and lower space with back dusting roller 3 inside, then back branch pipe 163 of breathing in can act on the back suction opening 31 of back dusting roller 3 lower half all the time, thereby reduces the energy consumption, improves the efficiency of breathing in.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, a rear sealing strip 331 is interposed between the rear partition plate 33 and the inner wall of the rear dusting roller 3, and the rear sealing strip 331 is used for improving the sealing performance between the upper cavity and the lower cavity of the rear dusting roller 3 so as to reduce energy consumption.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, a rear connecting strip 37 is fixed on the roller frame 11, and the rear connecting strip 37 is positioned on the side of the rear dusting roller 3 conveyed towards the conveying belt 13. The rear connecting bar 37 is provided with a rear air duct 38 axially disposed therein, and a rear air branch pipe 164 (see fig. 4) is connected to one end of the rear air duct 38, and the rear air branch pipe 164 is communicated with the rear air suction branch pipe 163 (see fig. 4). The rear connecting strip 37 is provided with a plurality of rear suction heads 39 (see fig. 4) aligned with the corresponding rear pressing rings 32, and the rear suction heads 39 are communicated with the rear air duct 38. Part of the dust adhering to the periphery of the rear abutment ring 32 can be sucked into the rear air duct 38 by the rear suction head 39 and finally conducted into the dust box 17 (see fig. 4).
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, a rear scraping piece 371 is fixed on the rear connecting strip 37, one side of the rear scraping piece 371 contacts with the peripheral walls of the rear pressing rings 32, and the rear scraping piece 371 is located below the rear suction head 39. Then, in the process of rotating the rear dust removing roller 3, dust adhered to the periphery of the rear pressing ring 32 can be scraped by the rear scraping sheet 371, and accumulated on the upper side of the rear scraping sheet 371, and then can be sucked by the rear suction head 39.
The specific implementation principle is as follows: in the process that the paper passes below the front dust removing roller 2 and the rear dust removing roller 3 in sequence, the front pressing ring 22 and the rear pressing ring 32 can be used for pressing the paper tightly on the conveying belt 13. The arrangement enables the paper to stably move on the conveyer belt 13 when the paper is used for dust collection. Meanwhile, the dust on the paper is sucked into the front and rear dust removing rollers 2 and 3 through the front and rear suction holes 21 and 31, respectively, and finally delivered into the dust box 17.
