Description

Artificial white marble as building material
The present invention relates to a composition ofartificial stone containing an organic binder.
Natural white marble belongs to metamorphic rocks of marine sedimentary from the viewpoint of mineral petrology. The main chemical component of the fertilizer is carbonic acidCalcium (CaCO)3Pure white). The calcium carbonate deposited in the sea phase is primarily changed into limestone; medium grade metamorphism is marble; deeply deteriorating to obtain the white marble. Because the calcium carbonate is recrystallized in the process of deterioration, the white marble material is full of fine grains, so the surface and the section of the natural white marble are very glittering and translucent and elegant due to the reflection of the grains. The density of the natural white marble is 2.6-2.9 g/cm3From the viewpoint of material mechanics and structural mechanics, the natural white marble has the strength and hardness required by building materials. Therefore, the natural white marble has been used as a high-grade building material in palace, palace hall, sculpture and other famous buildings because of its white, sparkling and hard quality.
The natural white marble is hidden in the mountain rock, and the resource is less. The building can be finally installed on a building through the processes of ore searching, mining, carrying, material making, carving by tradesmen and the like. In these links, the consumed manpower and financial resources are large, the technical requirements on craftsmen are high, and the yield is low. Therefore, the natural white marble building material is rare and expensive and cannot be used in large quantities. The natural white marble is a non-renewable resource, and the resource is less and less along with the exploitation and utilization of the natural white marble; at the same time, the environment is also seriously damaged. In the actual mining, manufacturing and carving of white marble, a large amount of crushed stone is generated and cannot be used as a useful material. Therefore, the valuable white marble resource is wasted.
Therefore, an artificial white marble building material which has the elegant quality and the impression of white marble, does not cause the exhaustion of natural resources and the damage to the environment, and is cheap and easy to obtain is expected and sought.
Such compensation tests have been made in "a highly smooth white marble-imitated handrail and a method for manufacturing the same" disclosed in CN1163870, "an white marble-imitated handrail and a method for manufacturing the same" disclosed in CN1163871, and "a light white marble-imitated handrail and a method for manufacturing the same" disclosed in CN 1176947. However, their composition was analyzed: CN1163870 is composed of magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride, water-soluble resin, water, white sawdust, quartz sand, pebbles, fly ash, ceramsite, vermiculite, glass fiber hollow glass and micro-beads; CN1163871 is a composition composed of cement, water-soluble resin, granular filling agent and water, and the materials of said composition can be used as a building material after stirring and solidifying, but it has no white marble, crystal-clear and fine homogeneous quality and appearance. CN1176947 is changed, but the improvement of the binder and the corresponding auxiliary materials is emphasized, and the breakthrough on the quality of the material is still not realized.
In CN1176947, it is not clear what is used as a curing agent for the unsaturated polyester resin as a binder, and the mentioned peroxide accelerator can be understood in two ways, one to promote the action of the peroxide and the accelerator itself to be a peroxide. The results of both understandings are diametrically opposed. Those skilled in the art will be unable to successfully use the above formulations without creative efforts. In terms of the formulation ratio of the binder to the curing agent, the document gives, in all the examples, example 1: the content of the unsaturated polyester resin is 2, and the content of the curing agent is 0.01; example 2: the content of the unsaturated polyester resin is 1, the curing agent is 0.02, and the curing agent accounts for 0.5 percent and 2 percent of the weight of the resin respectively. Such a ratio is far from sufficient. Because the strength of the product can be ensured only when the proportion is more than or equal to 4 percent. In addition, the role of the epoxy resin and cyclohexanone mentioned in the "other components of the invention" in the present document is not disclosed.
The invention aims to provide an artificial white marble building material which achieves the effects of pure white, sparkling and crystal-clear, fine and homogeneous appearance of natural white marble and has the hardness and strength of the natural white marble.
In view of the above, the present invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme: the waste white marble or white marble crushed aggregates with obvious crystal grains close to the white marble are used as raw materials, the mixture of different granularities is adopted, unsaturated polyester resin is used as a binder, organic peroxide is used as a curing agent, organic cobalt is used as an accelerator of the curing agent, and the white marble crushed aggregates are subjected to injection molding so as to be reduced into white marble materials.
According to the invention, the concrete components and the contents (weight percentage) thereof are as follows:
A. powder of natural white marble and/or white marble with particle size of 350-500 meshes
20-26%;
B. natural white marble with particle size of 60-100 meshes and/or cleanser with obvious grains
20-26% of white marble powder;
C. natural white marble with grain size of 10-15 mm and/or cleanser with obvious grains
40-45% of crushed white marble;
D. 13-15% of unsaturated polyester resin;
E. 0.6-1% of organic peroxide;
F. the content of organic cobalt is 0.07-0.28%.
According to the invention, the preparation method comprises the following steps:
weighing raw materials in certain weight according to the components and the content thereof, adding the curing agent and the accelerator into the binder, uniformly stirring, adding stone powder with the granularity of 60-100 meshes and the granularity of 350-500 meshes, uniformly stirring, finally adding broken stone with the granularity of 10-15 mm, fully stirring uniformly, injecting into a mold, fully oscillating by using a vibrator to ensure that slurry is fully and uniformly poured in the mold, and completely removing bubbles. And (4) fully curing the slurry at normal temperature, demoulding and finishing to obtain the product.
In the invention, the selected powder of the natural white marble and/or the white marble with the granularity of 350-500 meshes plays a role in whitening in the material, so that the white marble has a white effect similar to that of the natural white marble, and also can play a good filling role.
The selected natural white marble powder with the granularity of 60-100 meshes and/or the white marble powder with obvious crystal grains can keep the original crystal grains, so that the material can obtain a crystal effect and can also play a good filling role.
The selected natural white marble with the granularity of 10-15 mm and/or the crushed white marble with obvious crystal grains play a role of a skeleton in the material, so that the fine powder has sufficient space to realize filling, the material has a white, sparkling and translucent and homogeneous appearance, the density of the material is enhanced, and the hardness and the strength of the material are ensured.
Because the ultraviolet ray in the sunlight has larger energy, the high molecules in the adhesive compound can be damaged, and the product can turn yellow after a long time. The invention is solved by adding 0.03-0.08% of ultraviolet absorbent into the mixture, thus ensuring the stability of product quality.
The ultraviolet absorbent is dimethyl ketone such as 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone and α -hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone, or salicylic acid ester such as salicyl tert-butyl benzene ester and p-octyl salicylic acid benzene ester.
The artificial white marble is prepared from the natural white marble and/or crushed materials of marble close to the natural white marble (with crystal grains and white) serving as raw materials (accounting for 85-87%), and more importantly, the natural white marble and the crushed materials are combined according to a proper selected particle size, so that the artificial white marble has a material extremely similar to the natural white marble, and has a white, glittering and translucent, fine and uniform appearance effect which is equivalent to that of the natural white marble on both the section and the surface. The method realizes the reduction of the white marble crushed aggregates into white marble materials.
The main chemical component of natural white marble and marble is calcium carbonate (CaCO)3) The building decorations made of the material are exposed in the air and are affected by acid airand acid rain ( ) Calcium bicarbonate (CaHCO) is formed3) It is easily dissolved in water, so it can cause the leaching of natural white marble. The invention uses the unsaturated polyester resin of high molecular polymer with strong acid resistance to wrap the stone powder to play the role of a protective layer, thereby greatly reducing the corrosion. The use of the high molecular weight polymer in the present invention also allows the "sticking" of the blocks to occur under physical conditions such as high temperature and high pressure during the alteration of the crustHowever, the strength of the white marble and the marble is greatly increased.
The natural white marble is limited by difficult mining, hard stone, high-tech craftsman to carve and cut and the like, and products with large size and complex shape are not easy to obtain. The invention adopts slurry injection molding, and any size and shape are ensured by a mold, so the slurry injection molding method is simple and easy to obtain, can form industrialized mass production, and meets the requirement of beautifying the environment in large area and large space in society. Since the raw material is obtained from waste scraps, the amount of resin used is small, the production efficiency is high, and therefore, the production cost is low overall. Therefore, the artificial white marble building material has the advantages of unreal white marble material, impression and performance superior to natural white marble, and also has good manufacturability and economy.
The invention is further illustrated below by means of 3 examples.
Example 1: making 100 kg of artificial white marble products
Weighing 14 kg of market-brand 103 type unsaturated polyester resin as a binder in a stainless steel container; adding 0.8 kg of curing agent cyclohexanone peroxide, and uniformly stirring; adding 0.15 kg of accelerant cobalt naphthenate, and stirring uniformly; adding 0.05 kg of ultraviolet absorbent 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone, and uniformly stirring; then 22 kg of white natural marble powder with 80 meshes, 22 kg of white natural marble powder with 350 meshes and 41 kg of white natural marble rubble with 15 mm, which are obviously crystallized, are added and fully and uniformly stirred. Pouring into a mould quickly, solidifying the material in the mould for 1 hour at normal temperature, and demoulding to obtain the product.
Example 2: making 100 kg of artificial white marble products
Weighing 15 kg of 191 type unsaturated polyester resin as a binder in a stainless steel container, adding 0.85 kg of curing agent methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, and uniformly stirring; adding 0.15 kg of promoter cobalt naphthoate, and uniformly stirring; adding 10 kg of 70-mesh pure white natural white marble powder with obvious crystal grains and 12 kg of 70-mesh pure white natural marble powder, and uniformly stirring; adding 12 kg of 450-mesh white natural marble powder and 10 kg of 450-mesh natural marble powder, and uniformly stirring; adding 18 kg of 12 mm natural marble broken stone and 22 kg of 12 mm natural marble broken stone with obvious crystal grains and pure white, fully stirring uniformly, injecting into a mold, fully vibrating on a vibrator, curing the material in the mold for 1 hour at normal temperature, and demolding to obtain the product.
And (3) effect comparison:
the artificial white marble of the invention is compared with natural white marble
As observed by people, the two have very similar pure white, sparkling and crystal-clear, fine and homogeneous appearances, and as for hand feeling, the hand feeling is hard and has approximate specific gravity. According to the determination, the specific gravity of the natural white marble is 2.6-2.9 g/cm3The artificial white marble of the present invention is about 2.7 g/cm3The hardness and the strength are both higher than those of the natural white marble and are consistent with the hand feeling. Unless otherwise specified, it is difficult for the observer to distinguish between the two.
In fact, the natural white marble has different color, lustre, glittering and translucent degree and fine and uniform quality due to the difference of the deterioration degree of calcium carbonate and the difference of the production place of the white marble.
