Description

Device and method for detecting bone density of calcaneus
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bone density detection equipment, in particular to a device and a method for detecting bone density of a leg calcaneus.
Background
The skeleton of the human body consists of a plurality of skeletons, and the functions of the skeletons are different, so whether the hardness degree of each skeleton, namely the bone density, is influenced; the normality or normality of the bone density can also be a sign of whether the skeleton is healthy, so the measurement of the bone density is very important. Osteoporosis is a disease of bone metabolism, and when bone loss is too fast or synthesis is abnormal, osteoporosis occurs, and fracture is easy to occur. The bone density detection is used for knowing the bone density condition of a patient and checking whether the patient suffers from osteoporosis, the bone densitometer is a main tool for the bone density detection, and because the physique of each person is different, detection rays cannot well penetrate through the bodies of detection personnel due to the special physique of the detection personnel sometimes, the obtained detection result is fuzzy, clear analysis cannot be performed on the result, and the treatment of the disease of the patient by a doctor is not facilitated.
Secondly, at present, many departments of medical and health have listed bone density detection as a routine examination item, and most hospitals use a dual-energy X-ray bone densitometer to examine the bone density value; the dual-energy X-ray bone densitometer obtains two energies, namely a low-energy photon peak and a high-energy photon peak, through a certain device by an X-ray tube ball, after the photon peaks penetrate through a body, a scanning system sends received signals to a computer for data processing, and the bone mineral content is obtained. The instrument can measure the bone mass of any part of the whole body, has high accuracy and small harm to the human body, detects the radiation dose of one part equal to one chest sheet 1/30 and 1 percent of QCT, does not have the problem of radioactive source decay, and is developed gradually in various major cities in China at present. However, in the process of examination, the dual-energy X-ray bone densitometer generates a large amount of X-rays, which are necessary for bone density detection, but in the process of examination, many useless X-rays also cause radiation damage to workers at all positions and the rest parts of the patient to be examined.
