本发明属于陶瓷技术领域,具体涉及青白调合成锆增白材料及其制备方法。青白调合成锆增白材料,由以下原料制成:钴蓝土5~6%,锆英砂80~85%,硅微粉9~15%,总量100%。本发明提供的青白调合成锆增白材料及其制备方法,通过配方中钴蓝土的引入,利用其中微量的氧化钴的发色力,中和掉氧化铁引起的黄调,并使最终合成的合成锆具有青白色调,白度也就相应的高。

技术领域
本发明属于陶瓷技术领域,具体涉及青白调合成锆增白材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前合成锆的生产,普遍采用锆英砂、硅微粉及铝微粉为原材料,按一定的比例配合,经过湿法球磨,再对浆料除铁、压滤、闪蒸干燥,最后包装。该配方体系生产的合成锆,容易出现色调偏黄的缺陷,是因为尽管生产工艺中有除铁工序,但除铁设备去除的仅仅是加工过程中带入的机械铁,而原材料锆英砂中所含有的氧化铁是此物理方法除不掉的,所以一旦锆英砂中氧化铁含量偏高时(氧化铁含量高于0.1%时),就会造成合成的合成锆偏黄调,白度也就不够高。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种青白调合成锆增白材料及其制备方法。
具体技术方案为:
青白调合成锆增白材料,由以下原料制成:钴蓝土5~6%,锆英砂 80~85% ,硅微粉 9~15%,总量100%。
青白调合成锆增白材料的制备方法,包括以下过程:按上述配比混合均匀,进行湿法球磨,然后浆料除铁,压滤机压滤,闪蒸干燥即为产品。
本发明提供的青白调合成锆增白材料及其制备方法,通过配方中钴蓝土的引入,利用其中微量的氧化钴的发色力,中和掉氧化铁引起的黄调,并使最终合成的合成锆具有青白色调,白度也就相应的高。
具体实施方式
结合实施例说明本发明的具体技术方案。
本发明中使用的原材料及相应组分含量:
配方组成:钴蓝土5%,锆英砂 82%,硅微粉 13%。
生产工艺:配料→湿法球磨→浆料除铁→压滤机压滤→闪蒸干燥→包装入库。
将本发明生产的青白调合成锆产品与原配方体系生产的黄调合成锆产品,分别在陶瓷坯料与釉料中进行同步对比实验,使用康光WSD-3C全自动白度计对试样进行白度测量,结果见下表:

本发明通过新的配方体系,合成具有青白色调的合成锆。相比泛黄调的合成锆,青白色调的合成锆具有白度更高的优点。

1. 青白调合成锆增白材料,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:钴蓝土5~6%,锆英砂 80~85% ,硅微粉 9~15%,总量100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的青白调合成锆增白材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下过程:按上述配比混合均匀,进行湿法球磨,然后浆料除铁,压滤机压滤,闪蒸干燥即为产品。
