Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to solve at least the above problems and to provide at least the advantages described later.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a municipal sewage treatment system based on classification of drainage, which reduces the burden of sewage treatment by controlling classification of drainage at the drainage source, and improves the efficiency of municipal sewage purification by collecting and removing impurities in sewage through rotary filtration of a sewage treatment unit capable of continuous operation.
To achieve these objects and other advantages in accordance with the purpose of the invention, there is provided a municipal sewage treatment system based on classification of drainage, comprising:
the drainage pipeline shunting system comprises a primary drainage pipeline, a secondary drainage pipeline and a tertiary drainage pipeline, wherein the primary drainage pipeline is connected to a primary kitchen cleaning pool drainage port, a laundry drainage port, a wash basin drainage port and a bathing area drainage port; the secondary drainage pipeline is connected to a drainage port of the secondary cleaning pool; the three-stage drainage pipeline is connected to a toilet drainage port; the primary cleaning tank is used for cleaning oil-free parts; and the secondary cleaning tank is used for cleaning oil stain parts.
The sewage treatment system comprises a primary sewage treatment device, a secondary sewage treatment device and a septic tank; the primary sewage treatment device is connected to the water outlet of the primary drainage pipeline, and the secondary sewage treatment device is connected to the water outlet of the secondary drainage pipeline; the septic tank is connected to the third-stage drainage pipeline.
Wherein, the primary sewage treatment device and the secondary sewage treatment device both comprise a cylindrical tank body and a sewage treatment unit; the sewage treatment unit is rotatably arranged in the cylindrical tank body; the sewage treatment unit comprises a support rod, a filtering device and a conveying device; the supporting rod is rotatably erected at the top end of the cylindrical tank body, the supporting rod is of a hollow structure, the filtering device is arranged on the supporting rod and is positioned in the cylindrical tank body, a first opening is formed in the position, corresponding to the filtering device, of the supporting rod, and a rotatable cover body is arranged at the first opening; the filtering device comprises a rectangular shell, a gear pump and baffles 223, wherein the rectangular shell is longitudinally arranged, the gear pump is arranged in the rectangular shell, the baffles 223 are arranged at the top end of the first side surface of the rectangular shell and at two sides of the first side surface of the rectangular shell, a plurality of first holes are formed in the part, which is 10-20 cm away from the top end of the rectangular shell, of the first side surface of the rectangular shell, and second holes corresponding to the first holes are formed in the second side surface of the rectangular shell; the conveying device comprises a spiral conveying rod and a movable push plate, one end of the supporting rod is closed, the other end of the supporting rod is provided with a second opening, and the spiral conveying rod is transversely arranged in the supporting rod; the movable push plate is arranged at the bottom end of the first side face of the rectangular shell, and a first pushing mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the movable push plate, so that the movable push plate can move up and down along the first side face of the rectangular shell.
Preferably, the device further comprises a control device connected to the first pushing mechanism to control the up-and-down movement of the movable push plate.
Preferably, the rotatable specific setting mode of the supporting rod is as follows: pulleys positioned at the bottom end of the support rod are respectively arranged at two ends of the support rod, and a sliding groove matched with the pulleys is arranged on the outer edge of the top end of the cylindrical tank body; the pulley is connected with a driving motor, and the driving motor is connected to the control device, so that the supporting rod rotates around the cylindrical tank body under the control of the control device.

the drainage pipeline shunting system comprises a primary drainage pipeline, a secondary drainage pipeline and a tertiary drainage pipeline, wherein the primary drainage pipeline is connected to a primary kitchen cleaning pool drainage port, a laundry drainage port, a wash basin drainage port and a bathing area drainage port; the secondary drainage pipeline is connected to a drainage port of the secondary cleaning pool; the three-stage drainage pipeline is connected to a toilet drainage port; the primary cleaning tank is used for cleaning oil-free parts; and the secondary cleaning tank is used for cleaning oil stain parts.
The sewage treatment system comprises a primary sewage treatment device, a secondary sewage treatment device and a septic tank; the primary sewage treatment device is connected to the water outlet of the primary drainage pipeline, and the secondary sewage treatment device is connected to the water outlet of the secondary drainage pipeline; the septic tank is connected to the third-stage drainage pipeline.
Wherein, the primary sewage treatment device and the secondary sewage treatment device both comprise a cylindrical tank body 1 and a sewage treatment unit 2; the sewage treatment unit 2 is rotatably arranged in the cylindrical tank body 1; the sewage treatment unit 2 comprises a support rod 21, a filtering device 22 and a conveying device 23; the support rod 21 is rotatably erected at the top end of the cylindrical tank body 1, the support rod 21 is of a hollow structure, the filtering device 22 is arranged on the support rod 21 and is positioned in the cylindrical tank body 1, a first opening is formed in the position, corresponding to the filtering device 22, of the support rod 21, and a rotatable cover body 211 is arranged at the first opening; the filtering device 22 comprises a rectangular shell 221 which is longitudinally arranged, a gear pump 222 which is arranged in the rectangular shell 221 and baffles 223 which are arranged at the top end of a first side surface of the rectangular shell 221 and at two sides of the rectangular shell 221, wherein a plurality of first holes 224 are formed in the part, which is 10-20 cm away from the top end of the rectangular shell 221, of the first side surface of the rectangular shell 221, and second holes 225 which correspond to the first holes 224 are formed in the second side surface of the rectangular shell 221; the conveying device 23 comprises a spiral conveying rod 231 and a movable push plate 232, one end of the supporting rod 21 is closed, the other end of the supporting rod is provided with a second opening, and the spiral conveying rod 231 is transversely arranged in the supporting rod 21; the movable push plate 232 is arranged at the bottom end of the first side surface of the rectangular shell 221, and a first pushing mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the movable push plate 232, so that the movable push plate 232 can move up and down along the first side surface of the rectangular shell 221.
