Background
With the development of society, ecological construction becomes more and more important. China has wide range of members and numerous rivers, the siltation phenomenon of medium and small riverways in China is common, and the original flood regulating and storing water and disaster preventing and reducing capacity of the riverways are weakened. In recent years, the governance of medium and small river channels and rural river channels is strengthened by the nation, wherein the dredging project is widely implemented as a main measure, a large amount of sludge is often generated in the dredging process, the sludge often contains a large amount of impurities and the like, the impurities and the sludge are gathered together to easily cause pipeline blockage, and the problem to be solved by the invention is how to intensively transport the generated sludge and simultaneously avoid the sludge from being blocked in a conveying pipeline.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a sludge centralized collecting and conveying device, which is used for intensively recovering generated sludge and cleaning the sludge through a cleaning plate, so that the problem that the pipeline is blocked when the sludge is conveyed by the pipeline is solved.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention relates to a sludge centralized collection and conveying device which comprises a plurality of groove plates which are mutually matched and connected, and a first sealing element and a second sealing element which are respectively in sealing fit connection with two ends of the groove plates;
the groove plate is an arc plate; two sides of the groove plate are respectively provided with a connecting plate; a first sealing plate is arranged on the end face of one end of the groove plate, and a first sealing clamping plate is arranged on the end face of the first sealing plate; a first sealing groove matched with the first sealing plate and a first sealing clamping groove matched with the first sealing clamping plate are arranged on the end face of the other end of the groove plate;
two ends of the upper surface of the connecting plate are symmetrically provided with two first through holes, two ends of one side surface of the connecting plate are provided with a first notch, and the first through holes are communicated with the first notches;
the first sealing element comprises a first substrate, and a sealing groove plate matched with the groove plate is arranged on one surface of the first substrate; the sealing groove plate is provided with a second sealing groove matched with the first sealing plate and a second sealing clamping groove matched with the first sealing clamping plate; a first limiting connecting plate is fixed on each of two sides of the first substrate, a second notch matched with the first notch is formed in one end, close to the sealing groove plate, of the first limiting connecting plate, a second through hole is formed in the upper surface of the first limiting connecting plate, and the second through hole is communicated with the second notch;
the second sealing element comprises a second substrate, a second sealing plate matched with the first sealing groove is arranged on one surface of the second substrate, and a second sealing clamping plate matched with the first sealing clamping groove is arranged on one end surface of the second sealing plate; two sides of the second substrate are respectively fixed with a second limit connecting plate; a third notch matched with the first notch is formed in one side face of the second limiting connecting plate, a third through hole is formed in the upper surface of the second limiting connecting plate, and the third through hole is communicated with the third notch;
the bottom side surfaces of the first substrate and the first substrate are arc surfaces matched with the groove plate.
Furthermore, the cross sections of the first sealing plate, the first sealing clamping plate, the first sealing groove, the first sealing clamping groove, the second sealing clamping groove, the second sealing plate and the second sealing clamping plate are all arc-shaped structures; simultaneously, through the matching of the sealing clamping groove and the sealing clamping plate, the sealing plate and the sealing groove, the sealing effect of the connection between the groove plate and the groove plate, between the groove plate and the second sealing element and between the groove plate and the first sealing element is improved.
Furthermore, the upper surface of connecting plate still is equipped with a spout, the cooperation form is equipped with a slider on the spout, two the cooperation is equipped with a cleaning board between the slider.
Furthermore, the cross section of the sliding groove is in a convex shape or a dovetail shape.
Furthermore, the slider includes a ship type base that matches with the spout, a surface of ship type base is equipped with a fixed plate, two mounting holes have been seted up along the vertical direction parallel on the fixed plate.
Furthermore, the cleaning plate is an arc-shaped plate, and the bottom side surface of the cleaning plate is an arc-shaped surface matched with the groove plate; two ends of the cleaning plate are respectively provided with two mounting columns matched with the two mounting holes, the cleaning plate is mounted in the trough plate through the matching of the mounting columns and the mounting holes, and the trough plate is prevented from swinging front and back and is convenient to push the trough plate to clean sludge collected in the plurality of trough plates.
The fixing piece comprises a first U-shaped plate which is in clamping fit with the first notch, a fourth through hole which is matched with the first through hole is formed in the groove wall of one side of the first U-shaped plate, and a screw rod is in threaded connection with the fourth through hole; the first U-shaped plate is provided with a second U-shaped plate, and the second U-shaped plate is connected to the collecting frame in a clamping mode.
Furthermore, the fourth through holes correspond to the first through holes, the second through holes and the third through holes one to one respectively.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the device of the invention can be used for intensively recycling the generated sludge and cleaning the sludge by the cleaning plate, thereby solving the problem that the pipeline is easy to block when the sludge is conveyed by the pipeline.
2. The device has simple structure, is convenient to install and disassemble and convenient to use, only needs to remove the first sealing element or the second sealing element when in use, pushes the cleaning plate along the chute to clean sludge collected in the trough plate out of one end of the trough plate, and is convenient to use.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

Referring to fig. 1, a sludge centralized collecting and conveying device includes a plurality of trough plates 1 which are mutually matched and connected, and a first sealing element and a second sealing element which are respectively in sealing matching connection with two ends of the trough plates 1;
referring to fig. 3-4, the trough plate 1 is an arc-shaped plate; two sides of the groove plate 1 are respectively provided with a connecting plate 11; a first sealing plate 12 is arranged on the end face of one end of the trough plate 1, and a first sealing clamping plate 121 is arranged on the end face of the first sealing plate 12; a first sealing groove 13 matched with the first sealing plate 12 and a first sealing clamping groove 131 matched with the first sealing clamping plate 121 are arranged on the end face of the other end of the groove plate 1;
referring to fig. 3-4, two first through holes 15 are symmetrically formed at two ends of the upper surface of the connecting plate 11, a first notch 14 is formed at two ends of one side surface of the connecting plate 11, and the first through holes 15 are communicated with the first notch 14;
referring to fig. 5, the first sealing member includes a first substrate 2, and a sealing groove plate 21 is disposed on a surface of the first substrate 2 and is matched with the groove plate 1; the sealing groove plate 21 is provided with a second sealing groove 22 matched with the first sealing plate 12 and a second sealing clamping groove 23 matched with the first sealing clamping plate 121; a first limiting connecting plate 24 is fixed on each of two sides of the first substrate 2, a second notch 25 matched with the first notch 14 is formed in one end, close to the sealing groove plate 21, of the first limiting connecting plate 24, a second through hole 26 is formed in the upper surface of the first limiting connecting plate 24, and the second through hole 26 is communicated with the second notch 25;
referring to fig. 6, the second sealing member includes a second substrate 3, a second sealing plate 31 disposed on a surface of the second substrate 3 and engaged with the first sealing groove 13, and a second sealing plate 32 disposed on an end surface of the second sealing plate 31 and engaged with the first sealing slot 131; two sides of the second substrate 3 are respectively fixed with a second limit connecting plate 33; a third notch 34 matched with the first notch 14 is formed in one side face of the second limiting connecting plate 33, a third through hole 35 is formed in the upper surface of the second limiting connecting plate 33, and the third through hole 35 is communicated with the third notch 34;
the bottom side surfaces of the first base plate 2 and the second base plate 3 are arc surfaces matched with the groove plate 1.
Further, the cross sections of the first sealing plate 12, the first sealing clamping plate 121, the first sealing groove 13, the first sealing clamping groove 131, the second sealing groove 22, the second sealing clamping groove 23, the second sealing plate 31 and the second sealing clamping plate 32 are all arc-shaped structures; simultaneously, through the matching of the sealing clamping groove and the sealing clamping plate, the sealing plate and the sealing groove, the sealing effect of the connection between the groove plate 1 and the groove plate 1, between the groove plate 1 and the second sealing element and between the groove plate 1 and the first sealing element is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, a sliding groove 16 is further disposed on the upper surface of the connecting plate 11, a sliding block is disposed on the sliding groove 16, and a cleaning plate 5 is disposed between the two sliding blocks.
Further, the cross section of the sliding groove 16 is a convex shape or a dovetail shape.
Referring to fig. 8, further, the sliding block includes a boat-shaped base 6 engaged with the sliding slot 16, a fixing plate 61 is disposed on a surface of the boat-shaped base 6, and two mounting holes 62 are disposed on the fixing plate 61 in parallel along a vertical direction.
Referring to fig. 7, further, the sweeping plate 5 is an arc-shaped plate, and the bottom side surface of the sweeping plate 5 is an arc-shaped surface matched with the slot plate 1; two ends of the cleaning plate 5 are respectively provided with two mounting columns 51 matched with the two mounting holes 62, the cleaning plate 5 is mounted in the groove plates 1 through the matching of the mounting columns 51 and the mounting holes 62, and the groove plates 1 are prevented from swinging front and back and are convenient to push the groove plates to clean sludge collected in the groove plates 1.
Referring to fig. 9, further, the fixing member 4 is further included, the fixing member 4 includes a first U-shaped plate 41 engaged with the first notch 14, a fourth through hole 43 engaged with the first through hole 15 is disposed on a side wall of the first U-shaped plate 41, and a screw 44 is threadedly connected to the fourth through hole 43; the first U-shaped plate 41 is provided with a second U-shaped plate 42, and the second U-shaped plate 42 is clamped on the collecting frame.
Further, the fourth through-holes 43 correspond to the first through-holes 15, the second through-holes 26, and the third through-holes 35, respectively, one to one.
