S102: and if the sound wave data meet the first preset threshold range, acquiring first temperature data of the equipment to be tested and the current indoor temperature.
In this embodiment, the sound wave data of the device in the normal operation and the fault operation are greatly different, so that the sound wave data of the device in the complete operation state can be collected first, a first preset threshold range is set according to the sound wave data value of the device in the complete operation state, and if the measured sound wave data meets the first preset threshold range, the first temperature data of the device to be measured and the current indoor temperature are collected to further judge the operation state of the device to be measured; and if the measured sound wave data is not within the first preset threshold range, directly determining that the equipment to be measured has a fault in operation.
S103: and inquiring a preset temperature corresponding table to obtain a standard temperature range corresponding to the current indoor temperature.
In this embodiment, the preset temperature mapping table mainly includes two types of data: an indoor temperature and a standard temperature range corresponding to the indoor temperature. The corresponding standard temperature range can be inquired according to the measured current indoor temperature, whether the measured first temperature data is in the standard temperature range or not is judged, and the running state of the equipment to be measured is determined according to the judgment result.
S104: and if the first temperature data is within the standard temperature range, determining that the running state of the equipment to be tested is normal.
In this embodiment, the operation temperature of the device to be tested is used as one of the indexes for judging the operation of the device, and if the first temperature data is within the standard temperature range, it indicates that the operation of the device to be tested is not abnormal, that is, the device operates normally.
S105: and if the first temperature data is out of the standard temperature range, determining that the equipment to be tested has a fault in operation.
In this embodiment, if the first temperature data is not within the standard temperature range, it is determined that the device under test has a fault and marked for subsequent maintenance.
As can be seen from the above description, the device spot inspection method and apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present invention first determine the operation state of the device by using the acoustic wave data, so as to avoid unnecessary detection, and then determine whether the current temperature of the device to be tested meets the standard temperature range through the standard temperature range corresponding to the current indoor temperature.
