一种吊装夹持装置，它由两个钳片、活动连接销和吊绳组成；两个钳片对称设置，通过活动连接销连接，下端构成下钳口，上端构成上钳口，在一个钳片上端设置有吊绳，吊绳穿过另一个钳片上端的通孔。进行吊装时，先检查吊绳的完好情况，吊装时吊装夹持装置成对使用，吊运时根据需要能吊1‑4个桶，操作灵活、方便、安全，提高生产作业效率、降低了劳动强度。

背景技术
目前钢丝热处理生产线的铅、锌灰都改为用旧油桶储存和转运，在吊运过程中采用钢绳吊装，每次只能吊一桶而且操作麻烦还易吊滑造成安全事故。采用此工具吊运后可根据需要能吊1-4桶并且能有效防止吊滑，提高生产作业效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种吊装夹持装置，解决油桶吊装技术问题。
本发明的吊装夹持装置，它由两个钳片、活动连接销和吊绳组成；两个钳片对称设置，通过活动连接销连接，下端构成下钳口，上端构成上钳口，在一个钳片上端设置有吊绳，吊绳穿过另一个钳片上端的通孔。
本发明的吊装夹持装置进行吊装的方法，使用前先检查吊绳的完好情况，吊装时吊装夹持装置成对使用，吊一个油桶时将两个吊装夹持装置的下钳口张开对称卡在油桶边缘，平稳进行起吊；吊四个油桶时，先将油桶并列排好，以两个为一组然后分别将两个吊装夹持装置的下钳口张开卡在两个油桶边缘，平稳进行起吊。
本发明的有益效果：
1、本发明采用钢板制作，带吊绳，类似剪刀的活动钳口能有效夹牢油桶。
2、吊运数量提升，提高生产作业效率和减少职工劳动强度。
3、操作灵活、方便、安全。

本发明的吊装夹持装置按图1，它由第一钳片1、第二钳片2、活动连接销3和吊绳4组成；第一钳片1和第二钳片2通过活动连接销3连接，第一钳片1和钳片第二2对称设置，下端构成下钳口，上端构成上钳口，在钳片1上端设置有吊绳4，吊绳4穿过第二钳片2上端的通孔。

1.一种吊装夹持装置，其特征是：它由第一钳片（1）、第二钳片（2）、活动连接销（3）和吊绳（4）组成；第一钳片（1）和第二钳片（2）通过活动连接销（3）连接，第一钳片（1）和第二钳片（2）对称设置，下端构成下钳口，上端构成上钳口，在第一钳片（1）上端设置有吊绳（4），吊绳（4）穿过第二钳片（2）上端的通孔。
