The perforated film pressing material belt manufactured by the equipment is convenient to discharge, and the satisfaction degree of users can be improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plastic film cutting processing, in particular to a die cutting device for attaching a porous film.
Background
The film product is used for covering in the electronic product so as to achieve the purposes of dust prevention, insulation and the like. Many perforations also appear in the film to match the structures on the electronic product, which are die cut in a complete strip of material, and after die cutting there is a potential for scrap to be attached to the film. It is very inconvenient for customers to use the waste materials by completely discharging the waste materials.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the die-cutting equipment for attaching the porous film comprises an unreeling part, a die-cutting part and a reeling part which are sequentially arranged, wherein the unreeling part comprises two film unreeling rollers 11, a film unreeling roller 12 and a back adhesive paper unreeling roller 13 which are all arranged in parallel, the two film unreeling rollers 11 are coaxially arranged below the film unreeling roller 12, and the back adhesive paper unreeling roller 13 is arranged below the film unreeling roller 12. The adhesive film 41 containing the adhesive tape 411 is unreeled by the adhesive film unreeling roller 11, the film 42 needing punching is unreeled by the film unreeling roller 12, the adhesive back paper 43 is arranged above the unreeled film of the back paper unreeled roller 13, the adhesive film 41, the film 42 and the back paper 43 are synchronously conveyed and pressed when entering the die-cutting part, the adhesive film 41 is attached to two sides of the film 42 from above, and the back paper 43 is attached together with the film 42 and the adhesive film 41 exposed at the edge of the film 42; the die cut will cut the film 42 and keep the backing paper 43 continuous, and the cut waste 421 from the film 42 will adhere to the backing paper 43 and the finished die cut will be wound up in the winding section. When a user uses the adhesive tape 411 of the adhesive film 41, the adhesive tape 411 is left on two sides of the film 42, then the back adhesive paper 43 is removed, and the scattered waste 421 can be stuck on the back adhesive paper 43 to be removed together, so that the waste discharging operation of the user is simplified, and the satisfaction of the user is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, the die cutting part includes a pair of front nip rolls 21 located near the unreeling part, a pair of rear nip rolls 22 located near the reeling part, and a pallet 23 and a cutter die 24 located between the front nip rolls and the rear nip rolls, the cutter die 24 being located above the pallet 23. The front and rear nip rolls 21, 22 compress the entire strip as it passes under the knife die 24, and the pallet 23 provides bottom support for the strip, cutting off the scrap 421 as the knife die 24 descends.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the supporting stand 23 is provided with a positioning protrusion 231 for limiting the positioning hole 44 on the material belt. The positioning protrusion 231 can position the pressing material belt so as to prevent the product from being scrapped due to inaccurate cutting-off position.
As shown in fig. 1, the winding portion includes a winding roller 31. The wind-up roller 31 can wind up and store the pressed material belt after die cutting.

The application method of the porous film attaching die-cutting equipment comprises an unreeling part, a die-cutting part and a reeling part which are sequentially arranged, wherein the unreeling part comprises two film unreeling rollers, a film unreeling roller and a back adhesive paper unreeling roller which are all arranged in parallel, the two film unreeling rollers are coaxially arranged below the film unreeling roller, and the back adhesive paper unreeling roller is arranged below the film unreeling roller, and the application method is characterized by comprising the following steps: the adhesive film, the film and the back adhesive paper are synchronously conveyed and pressed when entering the die-cutting part, the adhesive film is attached to two sides of the film from above, and the back adhesive paper is attached together with the film and the adhesive film exposed at the edge of the film; the die cutting part cuts the film to keep the back adhesive paper continuous, the cut waste on the film is adhered to the back adhesive paper, and the finished products after die cutting are rolled in the rolling part.

The method of use according to claim 1, wherein: the die cutting part comprises a pair of front material pressing rollers close to the unreeling part, a pair of rear material pressing rollers close to the reeling part, a supporting table and a cutting die, wherein the supporting table and the cutting die are positioned between the front material pressing rollers and the rear material pressing rollers, and the cutting die is positioned above the supporting table.
