本发明的目的是克服现有纸箱生产的边角料粉碎装置存在的工作效率低、不能对纸箱边角料进行多次粉碎、粉碎质量不高的问题,提供一种结构设计合理、工作效率高、能对纸箱边角料进行多次粉碎、粉碎质量高、粉碎难度小的纸箱生产用边角料粉碎装置。

1.一种纸箱生产用边角料粉碎装置,包括粉碎室、进料仓、电机一、旋转辊、电机二、粉碎杆、电机三、旋转轴一、电机四和旋转轴二,其特征在于:所述的粉碎室设置在支架上,在粉碎室底部设置有出料仓,并在粉碎室内壁上设置有轴承,所述的进料仓设置在粉碎室顶部,在进料仓底部两侧设置有落料管,并在进料仓内壁上设置有轴承,所述的电机一设置在进料仓外壁上,在电机一上设置有电源线、传动轴一,将传动轴一设置在进料仓内,并在传动轴一的一端设置在轴承内,所述的旋转辊设置在传动轴一上,并在旋转辊上设置有切割轮,所述的电机二设置在落料管与落料管之间的粉碎室顶部,在电机二上设置有电源线、传动轴二,并将传动轴二设置在粉碎室内,所述的粉碎杆设置在传动轴二上,所述的电机三设置在粉碎室外壁上,并在电机三上设置有电源线,所述的旋转轴一设置在粉碎室内,将旋转轴一一端与电机三连接,另一端设置在轴承内,并在旋转轴一上设置有粉碎盘一,所述的电机四设置在粉碎室外壁上,并在电机四上设置有电源线,所述的旋转轴二设置在旋转轴一下方的粉碎室内,将旋转轴二一端与电机四连接,另一端设置在轴承内,并在旋转轴二上设置有粉碎盘二。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸箱生产用边角料粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述的电机一,其数量为2个,将两个传动轴一反向旋转,并将两个旋转辊上的切割轮错位设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纸箱生产用边角料粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述的粉碎杆与传动轴二之间设置有加强块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纸箱生产用边角料粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述的粉碎盘一底部与粉碎盘二顶部连接,并将粉碎盘一与粉碎盘二交替设置。
