The shrimp-cooking apparatus with circulation heating as claimed in claim 1, wherein said third material-sliding plate is hinged in said spraying bin, a vibration-exciting device is provided at the bottom of said third material-sliding plate, said vibration-exciting device comprises a vibration-exciting motor and a cam, said cam is mounted on the output shaft of said vibration-exciting motor and drives said third material-sliding plate to vibrate.
