本发明公开一种结构简单、便于操作的正交式标尺脚架,是在开口环状基座与开口的相对面上均布有与开口环状基座转动相接且轴线在水平面上正交的两个横向螺丝,在横向螺丝上面设有轴线与横向螺丝共面且平行的导轨,在导轨上套接有与横向螺丝螺纹连接的滑块,滑块上有滑动锁紧装置,滑块上设有轴线与横向螺丝在水平面上垂直的连接件,支脚与连接件径向转动相接,在支脚上设有伸缩装置,在支脚底部设有横向踏板,在开口环状基座上还固定有与横向螺丝轴线平行且正交的两个管水准器。

正交式标尺脚架
技术领域
本发明涉及一种测量辅助装置,尤其是一种结构简单、便于操作的正交式标尺脚架。
背景技术
在大地测量及工程测量时,需要将测量标尺(水准测量标尺、全站仪反射棱镜对中杆、卫星定位测量对中杆等)直立在测量标志点上保持垂直且面对水准仪等测量装置,才可进行测量,即测量标尺的垂直状态及面对水准仪的偏转角度直接影响到测量精度。以往的测量脚架(三脚架)的外基座是平板状,无法应用于测量标尺,故需要测量人员手扶操作,即测量人员通过观察水准器的气泡是否居中来调整测量标尺,并通过手扶使测量标尺处于垂直状态,不仅费时费力,而且也难以保证精确整平,从而降低了测量的精确度。为了解决上述问题,专利号为201220373858.9的中国实用新型专利,公开了一种“套夹式测量脚架”,其主要贡献是将传统脚架的外基座由平板状(云台式结构)更改为环状(套夹式结构),首次为测量标尺提供了专用的测量脚架,提高了测量标尺直立垂直的精确度。专利号为201310022381.9的中国发明专利,公开了一种“抱夹式测量脚架”,进一步采用正交分解调整原理对“套夹式测量脚架”做了改进,加快了标尺直立状态的调整速度。具体操作过程是先将测量标尺置于基座内,通过固定连接装置使测量标尺与基座固定连接,将测量标尺底部放在测量标志点上,大致面向水准仪,再调整支脚的外张角和长度,架设测量标尺能够稳定并大致垂直,然后通过微调顶丝可精确使测量标尺处于垂直状态。专利号为201610159164.8的中国发明专利,公开了一种“可精确调节标尺角度的测量脚架”,进一步解决了标尺调直后的水平转动、瞄准面向问题。然而,上述测量脚架在实际应用中还存在以下不足:(1)目前使用的正交脚架,其支脚位于矩形标尺的纵向和横向,使用时会使测量员产生偏心站立、侧身操作,不利于长时间测量工作;(2)标尺水准器与标尺固定而未与脚架固定,当标尺转动后调整标尺直立状态时,会出现L型水准器的气泡方向与脚架(或支脚)调节螺旋的方向不一致,影响了标尺的快速调直。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述技术问题,提供一种结构简单、便于操作的正交式标尺脚架。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种正交式标尺脚架,有开口环状基座,在开口环状基座内侧通过竖轴转动连接有矩形开口标尺座具,在开口环状基座与矩形开口标尺座具之间有弹簧,在开口环状基座上设有横向顶丝,所述横向顶丝前端与矩形开口标尺座具右侧面前端相抵,在所述开口环状基座与开口的相对面上均布有与开口环状基座转动相接且轴线在水平面上正交的两个横向螺丝,在横向螺丝上面设有轴线与横向螺丝共面且平行的导轨,在导轨上套接有与横向螺丝螺纹连接的滑块,滑块上有滑动锁紧装置,滑块上设有轴线与横向螺丝在水平面上垂直的连接件,支脚与连接件径向转动相接,在支脚上设有伸缩装置,在支脚底部设有横向踏板,在开口环状基座上还固定有与横向螺丝轴线平行且正交的两个管水准器。
本发明结构简单,脚架的调节螺丝及支脚均布于开口环状基座的开口相对面上且呈正交式分布,既保证了标尺的快速调直,又有效避免了测量员偏心站立、侧身操作问题,便于操作;同时将水准器直接与脚架固定,避免了L型水准器的气泡方向与脚架(或支脚)调节螺旋的方向不一致的难题,使测量员的操作更为容易,提高了水准测量的工作效率。

如图1、2、3所示:与现有技术相同,有开口环状基座1,在开口环状基座1内侧通过竖轴8转动连接有矩形开口标尺座具6,在开口环状基座1与矩形开口标尺座具6之间有弹簧10,在开口环状基座1上设有横向顶丝9,横向顶丝9前端与矩形开口标尺座具6右侧面前端相抵,与现有技术所不同的是在所述开口环状基座1与开口的相对面上均布有与开口环状基座1转动相接且轴线在水平面上正交的两个横向螺丝2,在横向螺丝2上面设有轴线与横向螺丝2共面且平行的导轨3,在导轨3上套接有与横向螺丝2螺纹连接的滑块4,滑块4上有滑动锁紧装置4-1,滑块4上设有轴线与横向螺丝2在水平面上垂直的连接件4-2,支脚5与连接件4-2径向转动相接,在支脚5上设有伸缩装置5-1,在支脚5底部设有横向踏板5-2,在开口环状基座1上还固定有与横向螺丝2轴线平行且正交的两个管水准器7。
