In the prior art, a workpiece is mainly connected with a negative electrode of a power supply to be used as a cathode; the plating pen is connected with the positive electrode of the power supply to be used as an anode; the brush bundles of the plating pen are soaked with the coating liquid, and when the plating is carried out, the workpiece and the brush bundles of the plating pen move relatively to each other to finish the plating. The hair bundles on the anode of the plating pen can not cover all workpieces and can not automatically extend or shorten; therefore, the brush plating of the curved surface can not be completed, and the defects of uneven brush plating on the workpiece and the like are easily caused.
Some technical schemes of the electric brush plating device also appear in the prior art, for example, a chinese patent with application number 2017103142756 discloses an electric brush plating device, which comprises a brushing groove, a workpiece fixing device, a brushing device, a driving device, a brushing liquid conveying device and an infrared distance measuring sensor, wherein a first liquid discharging port is arranged at the bottom of the brushing groove, and the first liquid discharging port is connected with a brushing liquid storage box through a hose; the workpiece fixing device is positioned above the painting groove and used for fixing the workpiece; the brushing device is arranged on the driving device and is used for brushing the workpiece; the driving device is used for driving the brushing device to brush and electroplate the workpiece back and forth; the brushing liquid conveying device is used for conveying brushing liquid to the brushing device; the infrared ranging sensor is used for detecting the thickness of a coating of a workpiece.
According to the technical scheme, the surface brush plating treatment of the curved surface workpiece can be realized, but the hair bundle connected to the anode of the plating pen in the device cannot be bent according to the bending degree of the curved surface on the workpiece, so that the uniformity of the plated layer after brush plating of the hair bundle is influenced, and the quality of the workpiece is influenced; and in the scheme, the electroplating solution cannot be uniformly sprayed at the upper ends of the hair bundles, and the uniformity of the coating on the surface of the workpiece can be influenced.

The driving device comprises two guide rods, a lead screw, a sliding block and a servo motor, the two guide rods and the lead screw are transversely arranged in the brushing groove, the sliding block is arranged on the guide rods and the lead screw, and the brushing device is fixedly connected with the sliding block; the servo motor is connected with the controller and used for driving the screw rod to rotate.
The brushing liquid conveying device comprises a liquid supply pump and a brushing liquid storage box; the brushing liquid storage box is connected with the liquid supply pump through a hose. And the liquid supply pump conveys the brushing liquid from the brushing liquid storage box to the brushing device, and the brushing liquid flows back into the brushing liquid storage box through a pipeline by the brushing device in the electroplating process to recycle the brushing liquid.

The blowing unit 23 comprises a fan 231, a pipe seat 232, an air outlet pipe 233 and an electric push rod 234, wherein the fan 231 is arranged outside the painting groove 1; the tube seats 232 are uniformly and symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the brushing groove 1; the air outlet pipes 233 are mounted at the top of the pipe seat 232 and can swing relative to the pipe seat 232, each air outlet pipe 233 is connected with the fan 231 through a pipeline, the air outlet pipes 233 are in a vertical state when working, when the air outlet pipes 233 rotate, the air outlet pipes 233 stop blowing air, when the brushing device 3 brushes the workpiece 7, the air outlet pipes 233 at corresponding positions can rotate around the pipe seat 232 under the action of external force given by the brushing device 3, at the moment, the air outlet pipes 233 stop blowing air, and the influence of wind power on the brushing work of the workpiece 7 is reduced; after the external force applied to the air outlet pipe 233 by the brushing device 3 disappears, the air outlet pipe 233 can restore to the vertical state to continue to blow air to fix the workpiece 7; the number of the electric push rods 234 is four, the four electric push rods 234 are arranged in the brushing groove 1 in a rectangular shape, the electric push rods 234 are used for temporarily supporting the workpiece 7 when the workpiece 7 is put in and taken out, the electric push rods 234 are provided with pressure sensors, the pressure sensors are used for measuring the weight of the workpiece 7, the air outlet pipe 233 blows out wind with different strengths to fix the workpiece 7 according to different weights of the workpiece 7, and the wind power is reduced on the basis that the workpiece 7 is fixed, so that the energy consumption is reduced. During operation, an experimenter places the workpiece 7 on the top of the lifted electric push rod 234, the electric push rod 234 temporarily supports the workpiece 7, the pressure sensor measures the weight of the workpiece 7 and transmits the result to the controller, and the sensor calculates the minimum wind power required for fixing the workpiece 7 according to the weight of the workpiece 7; meanwhile, the telescopic rod 221 extends downwards, when the silicone pad 223 touches the workpiece 7, the pressure sensor detects pressure increase, the telescopic rod 221 stops moving at the moment, then the fan 231 works, the air outlet pipe 233 blows air to jack the workpiece 7, the workpiece 7 extrudes the silicone pad 223 at the moment, the silicone pad 223 deforms, the deformed silicone pad 223 positions the workpiece 7, and then the painting device 3 can perform electroplating brush work on the workpiece 7. After the brush plating is completed, the expansion link 221 extends upward and contacts the workpiece 7, then the blower 231 stops working, the expansion link 221 retracts upward, and then the experimenter can take out the workpiece 7. In the working process of fixing the workpiece 7 by the blowing unit 23, the air blown out from the air outlet pipe 233 can fix the workpiece 7 and dry the surface of the workpiece 7, thereby shortening the drying process of the workpiece 7.
As an embodiment of the invention, the painting device 3 comprises a collection tank 31 and a painting unit 32; the collecting tank 31 is mounted on the sliding block 43, a second liquid discharge port 311 is formed in the bottom of the collecting tank 31, the second liquid discharge port 311 is connected with the brushing liquid storage box 52 through a hose, and the brushing liquid flows back into the brushing liquid storage box 52 through the second liquid discharge port 311, so that the cyclic utilization of the brushing liquid is realized; the number of the brushing units 32 is multiple, the brushing units 32 are arranged in the collecting tank 31 side by side, and the brushing units 32 comprise a micro telescopic rod 321, a plating pen anode 322 and a hair bundle 323; the micro telescopic rod 321 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the collecting tank 31, the plating pen anode 322 is installed at the top of the micro telescopic rod 321, and the plating pen anode 322 is provided with a hair bundle 323; the plating pen anode 322 is connected with the liquid supply pump 51 through a hose, and the liquid supply pump 51 can convey the brushing liquid in the brushing liquid storage tank to the plating pen anode 322 for the brush plating of the workpiece 7 by the hair bundle 323; a pressure sensor and an insulating pad are arranged between the micro telescopic rod 321 and the plating pen anode 322, the pressure sensor is used for detecting the pressure of the hair bundle 323 to the workpiece 7, and when the brush plating is carried out on the curved surface of the workpiece 7, the pressure of the hair bundle 323 to the workpiece 7 is ensured to be unchanged through the telescopic adjustment of the micro telescopic rod 321, so that the uniformity of the brush plating of the curved surface of the workpiece 7 is realized. When the micro telescopic rod 321 works, the micro telescopic rod 321 extends upwards, when the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor reaches a preset pressure value, the telescopic rod 221 stops moving, then the brushing liquid flows out from the hair bundle 323, then the plating pen anode 322 and the workpiece 7 are electrified to form a loop, and then the driving device 4 works to drive the brushing device 3 to reciprocate left and right. In the process, the hair bundle 323 moves up and down along with the curved surface of the workpiece 7 under the action of the micro telescopic rod 321, and meanwhile, the pressure of the hair bundle 323 on the workpiece 7 is kept unchanged, so that the uniformity of the curved surface electroplating brush on the workpiece 7 is ensured.
As an embodiment of the invention, the plating pen anode 322 comprises a base 81, a supporting column 811, an installation plate 82, a liquid storage tank 812, a protection straight pipe 813, an adjusting module 9, a supporting vertical plate 83, a transverse supporting block 831, a cam 832, a friction wheel 84, an extrusion plate 85, an air bag 86, a first check valve 861, a second check valve 862 and a water spray disk 87, wherein the base 81 is fixedly connected to the top of a micro telescopic rod 321, a pressure sensor and an insulating pad are installed between the base 81 and the micro telescopic rod 321, and the upper end surface of the base 81 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the liquid storage tank 812; the liquid storage tank 812 is connected with the liquid supply pump 51 through a hose; the lower end of the protection straight pipe 813 penetrates through the top plate of the liquid storage tank 812, and the upper end of the protection straight pipe 813 penetrates through the mounting plate 82; the mounting plate 82 is fixedly connected with the base 81 through a group of supporting columns 811, the upper end face of the mounting plate 82 is fixedly connected with the lower ends of the two supporting vertical plates 83, and the left side and the right side above the mounting plate 82 are symmetrically provided with the adjusting modules 9; the adjusting module 9 is provided with a hair bundle 323; the upper end of the supporting vertical plate 83 is provided with a friction wheel 84; the friction wheel 84 is rotatably connected between the two supporting vertical plates 83 through a rotating shaft, and a cam 832 is arranged in a central hole of the friction wheel 84; two ends of the cam 832 are fixedly connected between the two supporting vertical plates 83; two sliding grooves are formed in the inner wall of a central hole of the friction wheel 84, the sliding grooves in the two friction wheels 84 are arranged on the same straight line, an extrusion plate 85 is installed in the sliding grooves of the friction wheels 84 in a sliding mode, and two air bags 86 are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side below the friction wheels 84; the arc surface at the lower end of the air bag 86 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the transverse supporting block 831; the transverse supporting block 831 is fixedly connected between the two supporting vertical plates 83; a first check valve 861 is connected below the air bag 86 through an air pipe; the lower end of the first check valve 861 extends into the liquid storage tank 812 through an air pipe; the lower end of the air bag 86 is connected with a second one-way valve 862 through an air pipe; the second one-way valve 862 is communicated with the water spray disc 87 through an air pipe; the water spraying discs 87 are fixedly connected to the middle parts of the wool bundles 323, a group of water spraying holes are formed in the upper surfaces of the water spraying discs 87, and the two adjacent water spraying discs 87 are connected through a hose. When the coating device 3 is used for carrying out electroplating brush on a workpiece 7, the friction wheel 84 is in contact with the lower surface of the workpiece 7, the plating pen anode 322 moves in the horizontal direction to drive the friction wheel 84 to roll, the friction wheel 84 rotates relative to the cam 832, when the friction wheel 84 drives the extrusion plate 85 to rotate to the lower half part of the cam 832, the cam 832 ejects the extrusion plate 85 on the friction wheel 84, the friction wheel 84 drives the extrusion plate 85 to extrude the air bag 86 below, the electroplating solution in the air bag 86 is extruded into an air pipe, the electroplating solution passes through the second one-way valve 862 to further pass through the water spray disc 87 in the middle of the hair bundle 323, and the electroplating solution is uniformly sprayed on the upper end of the hair bundle 323, so that the uniformity of the surface coating of the workpiece 7 is ensured; when the friction wheel 84 drives the extrusion plate 85 to rotate to the upper half part of the cam 832, the extrusion plate 85 is contracted into the friction wheel 84 under the action of spring force, so that the contact between the friction wheel 84 and the surface of the workpiece 7 is not influenced, the air bag 86 rebounds under the action of the spring force, negative pressure is formed in the air bag 86, the electroplating solution in the liquid storage tank 812 is further sucked into the air bag 86 through the air pipe and the one-way valve 861, and the electroplating solution in the air bag 86 is supplied for the next liquid supply for the hair bundle 323.
As an embodiment of the present invention, two swing plates 863 are symmetrically disposed at both ends of the air bag 86; the section of the swinging plate 863 is wedge-shaped, and the large end of the swinging plate 863 is hinged to one end of the air bag 86 through a hinge seat; the small end of the swinging plate 863 is fixedly connected with a suction cup 864 on the surface of one side close to the air bag 86; a pulley 865 is arranged below the swinging plate 863; the pulley 865 is fixedly connected to the hinge seat of the swinging plate 863 through a support seat; the swinging plates 863 on the two sides of the air bag 86 are connected through a first steel wire rope 866; the first wire rope 866 is sequentially connected with a side face of the swinging plate 863 on the right side of the air bag 86, a pulley 865 on the left side of the air bag 86 and the swinging plate 863 on the left side of the air bag 86 from left to right, wherein the side face is opposite to the air bag 86. When the device works, the friction wheel 84 drives the extrusion plate 85 to extrude the swinging plate 863 firstly, the swinging plate 863 drives the sucking disc 864 at the upper end to swing, the swinging plate 863 extrudes the air bag 86, so that the electroplating liquid in the air bag 86 is supplied to the upper end of the hair bundle 323, meanwhile, the swinging plate 863 at the right side of the air bag 86 swings to drive the swinging plate 863 at the left side of the air bag 86 to swing together through a steel wire rope 866, so that the swinging plates 863 at the two sides of the air bag 86 extrude the air bag 86 at the same time, the stress area of the surface of the air bag 86 is larger, and the air bag 86 is prevented from; meanwhile, the suction cups 864 at the ends of the swinging plates 863 are adsorbed on the surface of the air bag 86, so as to ensure that the pressing plates 85 can conveniently get over the swinging plates 863 on the left side of the air bag 86 after pressing the air bag 86, and when the air bag 86 rebounds under the action of the spring force, the suction cups 864 are separated from the air bag 86 under the action of the spring force.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting module 9 includes a hollow shaft motor 91, a first gear 92, a second steel wire rope 93, a first spring 94, and a brush plate 95, the bottom of the hollow shaft motor 91 is fixedly connected to a top plate of the liquid storage tank 812, gear teeth are disposed at an end of a rotating shaft of the hollow shaft motor 91, the gear teeth at the end of the rotating shaft of the hollow shaft motor 91 are engaged with the first gear 92, and four first gears 92 are symmetrically disposed at two sides of the hollow shaft motor 91; the first gears 92 are rotatably connected in mounting holes in the mounting plate 82, two adjacent first gears 92 are meshed with each other, and a first spring 94 is arranged above each first gear 92; the lower end of the first spring 94 is fixedly connected to the upper end face of the mounting plate 82, and the upper end of the first spring 94 is fixedly connected with a brush plate 95; the upper end of the brush plate 95 is provided with a hair bundle 323, and the lower end face of the brush plate 95 is fixedly connected with one end of a second steel wire rope 93; the other end of the second steel wire rope 93 is fixedly connected to the first gear 92; the middle part of the tooth surface of the first gear 92 is provided with an annular rectangular groove; the middle part of the second steel wire rope 93 passes through the threading hole in the first gear 92 and then is wound in the annular rectangular groove. During operation, hollow shaft motor 91 drives a gear 92 to rotate, the annular rectangular groove of a gear 92 winds the steel wire rope, and then brush plate 95 is pulled downwards through the steel wire rope, and because two adjacent gears 92 are meshed, the annular rectangular groove of the adjacent gear 92 loosens the steel wire rope, under the action of spring force, brush plate 95 above the gear 92 moves upwards, and then any bending of the hair bundle 323 can be realized through the forward and reverse rotation of hollow shaft motor 91, and then electroplating of workpiece 7 adapting to different curved surfaces is realized, and the uniform thickness of the plating layer can be ensured.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the collecting tank 31 is provided with recovery tanks 312 at left and right sides, the outer edge of the recovery tank 312 is provided with a backflow flange 313, and the backflow flange 313 guides the brushing liquid flowing down from the recovery brush 316 into the recovery tank 312 without leaking; the bottom of the recovery tank 312 is provided with a drain hole 314 communicated with the collecting tank 31, the brushing liquid collected in the recovery tank 312 flows into the collecting tank 31 through the drain hole 314, and the brushing liquid flows back to the brushing liquid storage tank through the second liquid outlet 311, so that the purpose of recycling the brushing liquid is realized; the recovery groove 312 is internally provided with a vertically arranged spring 315, the top of the spring 315 is fixed with a recovery brush 316, the spring 315 can support the recovery brush 316 in a self-adjusting manner according to the specific shape of the workpiece 7, the recovery brush 316 can scrape the brushing liquid on the surface of the workpiece 7, and the waste of the brushing liquid is avoided.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the recycling brush 316 is made of a silica gel material, the silica gel has a certain elasticity, and does not scratch the workpiece 7, the silica gel contacts with the surface of the workpiece 7 to separate the air flow, so as to prevent the air blown from the air outlet pipe 233 from interfering with the painting work surface.
During operation, an experimenter places the workpiece 7 on the top of the lifted electric push rod 234, the electric push rod 234 temporarily supports the workpiece 7, the pressure sensor measures the weight of the workpiece 7 and transmits the result to the controller, and the sensor calculates the minimum wind power required for fixing the workpiece 7 according to the weight of the workpiece 7; meanwhile, the telescopic rod 221 extends downwards, when the silicone pad 223 touches the workpiece 7, the pressure sensor detects that the pressure is increased, the telescopic rod 221 stops moving, then the fan 231 works, the air outlet pipe 233 blows air to jack up the workpiece 7, at the same time, the workpiece 7 extrudes the silicone pad 223, the silicone pad 223 deforms, the deformed silicone pad 223 positions the workpiece 7, then the micro telescopic rod 321 extends upwards, the hollow shaft motor 91 drives the first gear 92 to rotate, the annular rectangular groove of the first gear 92 winds the steel wire rope, the brush plate 95 is pulled downwards through the steel wire rope, because two adjacent first gears 92 are meshed, the annular rectangular groove of the adjacent first gear 92 loosens the steel wire rope, the brush plate 95 above the first gear 92 moves upwards under the action of the spring force, and further, the random bending of the hair bundle 323 can be realized through the forward and reverse rotation of the hollow shaft motor 91, the electroplating of the workpiece 7 which is suitable for different curved surfaces is further realized, the uniform thickness of a plating layer can be ensured, when the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor reaches a preset pressure value, the telescopic rod 221 stops moving, and the hollow shaft motor 91 stops rotating; the friction wheel 84 is in contact with the lower surface of the workpiece 7, the plating pen anode 322 moves in the horizontal direction to further drive the friction wheel 84 to roll, the friction wheel 84 rotates relative to the cam 832, when the friction wheel 84 drives the extrusion plate 85 to rotate to the lower half part of the cam 832, the cam 832 ejects the extrusion plate 85 on the friction wheel 84, the friction wheel 84 drives the extrusion plate 85 to extrude the air bag 86 below, the electroplating solution in the air bag 86 is further extruded into an air pipe, the electroplating solution passes through the second one-way valve 862 and further passes through the water spray disc 87 in the middle of the hair bundle 323, and further the electroplating solution is uniformly sprayed on the upper end of the hair bundle 323, so that the uniformity of the surface coating of the workpiece 7 is ensured; when the friction wheel 84 drives the extrusion plate 85 to rotate to the upper half part of the cam 832, the extrusion plate 85 contracts into the friction wheel 84 under the action of spring force, so that the contact between the friction wheel 84 and the surface of the workpiece 7 is not influenced, the air bag 86 rebounds under the action of the spring force, negative pressure is formed in the air bag 86, electroplating liquid in the liquid storage tank 812 is further sucked into the air bag 86 through the air pipe and the one-way valve 861, the electroplating liquid in the air bag 86 is used for supplying liquid for the hair bundle 323 next time, then the plating pen anode 322 and the workpiece 7 are electrified to form a loop, then the driving device 4 works to drive the brushing device 3 to reciprocate left and right, in the process of the electroplating brush, the infrared distance measuring sensor 6 detects the plating thickness of the workpiece 7 all the time, when the plating thickness reaches a set value, the electroplating is finished, then the telescopic rod 221 extends upwards and contacts the workpiece 7, and then the fan 231 stops working, the extension rod 221 is retracted upward, and then the experimenter can take out the workpiece 7.
