本发明属于一种石英砂粉碎加工设备，尤其是涉及到一种用于生产石英砂水洗粉碎机。
背景技术：
市面上的雷蒙粉碎机是将物料经震动给料机均匀定量，连续的进入主机磨室内，物料磨混滚动到碾压作用下达到粉碎的目的，粉碎后的粉体被风机气流带动，经分析机分级，成为成品粉料，不符合尺寸规格的物料回到磨室再加工，整个气流系统是密封循环的，并且是在负压状态下循环流动。虽然具有良好的粉碎效果，但不能满足石英砂的超细粉碎需求。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是为市场提供一种结构合理、制作简单、使用安全、工作效率高的用于生产石英砂水洗粉碎机。
本发明的技术方案是：它是由机架、半球台形壳体、梅花形磨环装置和驱动轴传动装置等构成，在半球台形壳体内梅花形磨环装置的外周增设了弧形筛网，并在弧形筛网一侧设置了进料口，在半球台形壳体一侧底壁设置了出砂口。所述梅花形磨环装置是由设置在驱动轴顶部的梅花架和安装在梅花架上由磨坨轴、偏心拐、中套轴和磨坨组成的磨环构成，所述驱动轴传动装置是由设置在机架上的电机、设置在驱动轴下部的皮带轮和传动皮带组成。所述弧形筛网为不锈钢丝编织的三层过滤网，里层挡网为2目，中层为14～18目筛网，外层为18～22目筛网，每层筛网间距为4.5～5.5cm。
本发明的有益效果是：不仅结构合理、制作简单，而且使用安全、工作效率高，可适用于石英石等各类脆性物料的超细粉碎。

如图1、图2所示，用于生产石英砂水洗粉碎机是由机架1、半球台形壳体2、梅花形磨环装置和驱动轴传动装置等构成，在半球台形壳体2内梅花形磨环装置的外周增设了弧形筛网12，并在弧形筛网12一侧设置了进料口13，在半球台形壳体2一侧底壁设置了出砂口14。所述梅花形磨环装置是由设置在驱动轴4顶部的梅花架8和由安装在梅花架8上的由磨坨轴7、偏心拐9、中套轴10和磨坨11等组成的磨环构成，所述驱动轴传动装置是由设置在机架1上的电机2、设置在驱动轴4下部的皮带轮6和传动皮带5组成。所述弧形筛网12为不锈钢丝编织的三层过滤网，里层挡网为2目，中层为14～18目筛网，外层为18～22目筛网，每层筛网间距为4.5～5.5cm。生产过程中可根据加工石英砂的目数需要选择合适目数的筛网。实施本发明时，可将经过粉碎清洗后的碎石块通过进料口13送入机体内弧形筛网12内，打开电机3电源开关，通过皮带5驱动设置在驱动轴4下端的皮带轮6，使驱动轴4转动，带动设置在驱动轴顶部的梅花架8旋转，设置在梅花架8上的由磨坨轴7、偏心拐9、中套轴10和磨坨11等组成的磨环随之高速转动，从而将进入弧形筛网12内的石英石碎石块撞击粉碎，同时通过水泵不断向半球台形壳体2内加入自来水，被磨环不断撞碎的石英砂在水流的冲击下，达到要求目数的细小石英砂自弧形过滤网12内流出，杂志代粉及较轻质沉浮物自排水口排出，符合要求的石英砂则通过出砂口14通过输送管道进入下道工序进行后期加工及提纯处理。
