Specifically, the de-needling device 12, the drum cleaner 1, the cleaning conveyor and the water tank 3 in the above embodiment are all mature juice squeezing devices in the prior art; the puncture removing device 12 may further comprise a roller body and a driving device, wherein the roller body is transversely arranged, and the driving device drives the roller body to roll; the inner side wall of the roller body is provided with a plurality of thorn removing rods which are arranged along the radial direction of the roller body, and the inner side wall of the roller body is provided with a screw feeder which is arranged in a spiral way; the drum washer 1 and the washer conveyor 2 may also be structures in the subsequent embodiments of the present invention; the air outlet device on the air separator 28 is a high-pressure fan in the prior art, and the main structural components of the air separator are an impeller, a shell, an air inlet, a bracket, a motor, a belt pulley, a coupling, a silencer and a transmission piece.
The beneficial effects of this embodiment are: the thorn removing device 12 is used for removing thorns of the thorn pears while rotating, and the thorn removing device has good thorn removing effect without damaging the thorn pears; by arranging the roller cleaning machine 1, the effective separation of the thorn-removed pear and thorn mixture is realized, and thorns can be removed through the through holes on the surface of the roller on the roller cleaning machine 1; cleaning the Rosa roxburghii fruit again by arranging a water tank 3; through the technological processes of lifting, cleaning, selecting, lifting, crushing, conveying, belt squeezing, filtering, temporary storage, degassing and sterilizing, the thorns of the thorns are mechanically removed, cleaning cleanliness is high after cleaning before juicing, rotten individuals mixed in the thorns are effectively removed, juicing materials are fed uniformly, the automation degree of the whole system is high, the thorn juice with good quality and low impurity content can be obtained, and canning and storage of the juice are realized.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in an alternative embodiment, a thorn removing cleaning system for thorns is provided, a fanning machine 28 is disposed at an end of the cleaning conveyor 2 near the hammer crusher 4, and a fanning air outlet 29 with an air outlet direction opposite to a material conveying direction on the cleaning conveyor 2 is disposed on the fanning machine 28. The beneficial effects of the embodiment are that: the Rosa roxburghii after being processed by the roller cleaning machine 1 is conveyed on the cleaning conveyor 2, the thorns mixed in the Rosa roxburghii are further removed in the conveying process, and the winnowing machine 28 is arranged at one end of the cleaning conveyor 2, which is close to the hammer crusher 4, so that the metamorphism in the Rosa roxburghii and the movement of the hollow fruits in the opposite direction of conveying on the cleaning conveyor 2 are realized, the fruits are conveniently removed manually, and meanwhile, lighter impurities mixed in the Rosa roxburghii fruits are blown clean.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in some alternative embodiments, the thorn removing and cleaning system for the rosa roxburghii further comprises a hammer crusher 4, a divider 5, a belt filter press 6, a vibration filter 7, a buffer tank 8, a high-temperature sterilization device 9 and a canning machine 10 which are connected in sequence, wherein the hammer crusher 4 is connected with the water tank 3. The beneficial effects of the embodiment are that: the crushing load of the subsequent belt filter press 6 is reduced through the crushing of the hammer crusher 4, and crushed roxburgh rose can be pressed to the greatest extent; by arranging the equipartition device 5, the uniform feeding of the materials of the belt filter press 6 is realized, and the failure rate of the belt filter press 6 is reduced; the fruit juice is effectively obtained through the treatment of the belt filter press 6, and meanwhile, the obtained fruit residues are drier; vibrating and layering the juice by the vibration of the vibration filter 7 to obtain clear and less-impurity roxburgh rose juice; the distribution in the rosa roxburghii tratt juice is more uniform through the temporary storage of the cache tank 8; bacteria in the Rosa roxburghii fruit juice are effectively killed by the treatment of the high-temperature sterilization device 9; the storage of the roxburgh rose juice is realized and the shelf life is prolonged by the split charging of the canning machine 10.
Specifically, in the above embodiment, the hammer crusher 4, the homogenizer 5, the belt filter press 6, the vibration filter 7, the buffer tank 8, the high-temperature sterilization device 9 and the canning machine 10 are all mature juice squeezing devices in the prior art; preferably, the hammer crusher 4 is a CFMD D10 type, the structure of the hammer crusher mainly comprises a motor, a main shaft, blades, a bearing seat, a machine box and a frame, the crushing principle is that a 4-level motor of 18.5kw is uniformly distributed in the middle of the main shaft, when the main shaft rotates, a hammer blade simultaneously generates great centrifugal force and inertial force, raw fruits entering from a feed inlet are crushed rapidly under the double action of the two forces, and the crushed raw fruits fall into next process equipment from the mesh of the lower half body of the cylinder; the belt filter press 6 can be a DYJ-series belt filter press 6, the system mainly comprises a frame, an upper belt driving roller, a lower belt driving roller, a speed reduction driving machine, a filter pressing belt, a filter belt cleaning system, a filter belt deviation correcting system, a pressure roller device, a safety protection device and an automatic control system, the principle is that two annular net belts are utilized to clamp fruit pulp and then bypass multi-stage squeezing rollers with unequal diameters, and due to the tension of the net belts, the outer filter pressing belt wound on the squeezing rollers generates pressure on the fruit pulp clamped between the two belts, so that fruit juice is discharged through the filter pressing belt, thereby achieving the effect of squeezing juice; the vibration filter 7 mainly comprises a vibration system, a filter screen system, a frame and the like; the high-temperature sterilization device 9 can be a CFMI U10T type tubular sterilizer, the sterilizer mainly comprises a steam system, a material system, a hot water system, a cooling system and the like, and the materials are filled after being preheated, heated, sterilized, cooled and the like in the treatment process.
As shown in fig. 1-6, in some alternative embodiments, a thorn-removing cleaning system for a thorn pear further includes a first lifter 11, a second lifter 13, and a third lifter 19; the discharge port of the first lifting machine 11 is connected with the feed port of the thorn removing device 12; the second lifting machine 13 is arranged between the stinging device 12 and the roller cleaning machine 1, a feed inlet of the second lifting machine 13 is connected with a discharge outlet of the stinging device 12, and a discharge outlet of the second lifting machine 13 is connected with a feed inlet of the roller cleaning machine 1; the feed inlet of the third lifting machine 19 extends into the water tank 3 and is connected with the same, and the discharge outlet of the third lifting machine 19 is connected with the feed inlet of the hammer crusher 4. The beneficial effects of the embodiment are that: by arranging the first lifting machine 11, the material is uniformly fed into the deburring device 12, the stable and continuous operation of the deburring device 12 is realized, and the higher deburring rate of the deburring device 12 is facilitated; by arranging the second lifting machine 13, the mixture subjected to the thorn removing treatment in the thorn removing device 12 is uniformly fed into the drum cleaning machine 1, so that the thorn in the thorn-containing pears can be effectively removed in the cleaning process; by arranging the third lifting machine 19, the thorn-removed and cleaned roxburgh rose conveyed by the cleaning conveyor 2 is effectively and uniformly conveyed into the hammer crusher 4 for crushing.
Specifically, the first lifter 11, the second lifter 13 and the third lifter 19 are all screw conveyors or plate chain conveyors; the spiral conveyor is a conveying device with a spiral auger inside, and the plate chain conveyor is a conveying device with a plate-shaped spacing belt arranged on a conveying chain.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in some alternative embodiments, a thorn removal cleaning system for a thorn pear, the drum cleaning machine 1 further includes: a first pool 15; the cleaning roller 14 is of a circular tube structure, a plurality of water permeable holes are formed in the circumferential side wall of the cleaning roller 14, and an inner auger 20 is spirally arranged on the inner side wall surface of the cleaning roller 14; the first spraying device 21 extends into the cleaning roller 14 and is positioned at the upper part of the axis of the cleaning roller 14; a first water tank 15 is provided at a lower portion of the washing drum 14 for collecting and discharging filtered water of the washing drum 14. The beneficial effects of the embodiment are that: the plurality of water permeable holes are formed in the circumferential side wall of the cleaning roller 14, so that the higher cleaning rate is realized by turning the mixture of the roxburgh rose and the thorn during the rotation of the cleaning roller 14, and the thorn mixed in the roxburgh rose is effectively removed; by arranging the inner auger 20 inside the cleaning roller 14, the roxburgh rose is effectively conveyed forwards; by providing the first spraying device 21, an effective spraying in the Rosa roxburghii tumbled in the washing drum 14 is achieved, which facilitates the washing of the surface of the Rosa roxburghii and the removal of the thorns mixed in the Rosa roxburghii by washing.
Preferably, the water permeable holes in the above embodiment may be formed by circular holes, elliptical holes and polygonal holes, and secondly, the cleaning roller 14 may be formed by interwoven metal mesh, the cleaning roller 14 rotates on the frame, the inner auger 20 is fixed inside the cleaning roller 14 by welding connection or bolts, a through cavity is arranged in the middle of the auger, and the first water tank 15 is a housing with an open upper end and an opening right below the cleaning roller 14.
As shown in fig. 1-6, in some alternative embodiments, a pear thorn-removing cleaning system, a first spraying device 21 includes a water supply pump, an upper water pipe 24, a lower water pipe 25, and a plurality of spray heads 22; the upper water pipe 24 and the lower water pipe 25 extend into the cleaning roller 14 and are positioned above the axis of the cleaning roller 14, and the upper water pipe 24 is positioned above the lower water pipe 25 and is communicated with each other through a plurality of vertical water pipes; the water outlets of the water delivery pumps are respectively connected with one end or two ends of the upper water pipe 24, and the upper water pipe 24 uniformly distributes water into the lower water pipe 25 through the vertical water pipe; the plurality of spray nozzles 22 are provided on the outer side wall of the lower water pipe 25 in the longitudinal direction of the lower water pipe 25. The beneficial effects of the embodiment are that: by arranging the first spraying device 21 in a structure of arranging the upper water pipe 24 and the lower water pipe 25 up and down, uniform flow of water in the upper water pipe 24 and the lower water pipe 25 is realized, good atomization degree is realized when water is sprayed out of the spray head 22, the first spraying device 21 is arranged above the axis of the cleaning roller 14, so that the conveying of the roxburgh rose is not influenced, and the roxburgh rose has high passing rate in the cleaning roller 14; the convenience of maintenance and replacement is improved by the structure mode of the double-layer water pipe provided with the upper water pipe 24 and the lower water pipe 25; by arranging the two layers of water pipes, the water has higher water pressure in the upper water pipe 24 and the lower water pipe 25, and the spraying efficiency is improved.
Specifically, the plurality of spray heads 22 may be detachably fixed on the lower water pipe 25, or may be fixed on the lower water pipe 25 by welding connection.
As shown in fig. 1-6, in some alternative embodiments a Rosa roxburghii thorn removal cleaning system, the cleaning conveyor 2 comprises: a second spraying device 16, a conveying round roller 18 and a second water tank 17; the conveying round roller 18 consists of a plurality of rotary rollers which are arranged at intervals, and the second spraying device 16 is positioned above the conveying round roller 18 and is arranged at one end of the conveying round roller 18 close to the roller cleaner 1; the second water tank 17 is provided at a lower portion of the transfer round 18 for collecting and discharging filtered water of the transfer round 18. The beneficial effects of the embodiment are that: the conveying round rollers 18 formed by a plurality of rotating rollers can realize forward conveying of the roxburgh rose, and simultaneously realize secondary impurity removal of the roxburgh rose in the conveying process by rotating gaps between the rollers; the second spraying device 16 arranged on the conveying round roller 18 sprays the Rosa roxburghii again in the forward conveying process, so that the cleaning and impurity removal of the Rosa roxburghii are realized.
Specifically, the intervals between the rotating rollers may be the same or different, the hollow tubular members are used as the plurality of rollers, the tangential planes of the upper ends of the hollow tubular members are located in the same plane, all the rollers are meshed with the chain to realize the active rotation of the rollers, the spray heads 22 on the second spraying device 16 are the same as the spray heads 22 of the first spraying device 21, and the spray heads 22 and the spray heads can be integrally formed and fixed on the conveyer spray pipe 26.
As shown in fig. 1-6, in some alternative embodiments, a pear thorn-removing cleaning system, the conveying round 18 includes an inclined conveying section 23 and a straight conveying section 27 connected in sequence; the end of the inclined conveying section 23, which is close to the roller cleaner 1, is lower than the end connected with the linear conveying section 27, and a second spraying device 16 is arranged above the inclined conveying section 23; the air separator 28 is arranged at one end of the linear conveying section 27 far away from the inclined conveying section 23, and one end of the linear conveying section 27 provided with the air separator 28 is connected with the water tank 3. The beneficial effects of the embodiment are that: through setting up slope conveying section 23, the thorn pear can progressively upwards convey, has reduced piling up of thorn pear, has avoided the upper and lower stack that thorn pear produced in the time of the preceding transport, through set up the selection by winnowing machine 28 on straight line conveying section 27, the wind direction is blown towards the reverse direction that thorn pear removed, effectually blows away lighter debris and rotten thorn pear backward, has realized the convenience of letter sorting, helps improving letter sorting efficiency.
Specifically, a downward inclined baffle is provided at a position where the cleaning roller 14 and the inclined conveying section 23 are connected, and a free end of the baffle abuts against a roller provided at the lowermost end of the inclined conveying section 23.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in some alternative embodiments, in a thorn removing cleaning system for a thorn pear, the second spraying device 16 includes a plurality of conveyer spraying pipes 26 arranged at equal intervals, a plurality of spray heads 22 are arranged on the second spraying device 16, and a plane on which axes of the plurality of conveyer spraying pipes 26 lie is parallel to an upper surface of the inclined conveying section 23. The beneficial effects of the embodiment are that: the plane where the axes of the plurality of conveyor spray pipes 26 are positioned is parallel to the upper surface of the inclined conveying section 23, so that the cleaning and spraying to the greatest extent are realized, the using amount of spray liquid is reduced, and better spray cleaning effect is achieved.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in an alternative embodiment, a thorn removing and cleaning system for thorns is provided below the hammer crusher 4 and the homogenizer 5, and a transmission belt is provided below the hammer crusher 4 and the homogenizer 5, and the transmission belt conveys crushed and equally-divided materials to the belt filter press 6, so that the beneficial effects of the above embodiment are adopted: through setting up the conveyer belt, can be timely carry the broken roxburgh rose after the hammer crusher 4 handles, evenly break up through equally divide ware 5 at the in-process of carrying, realize broken material's stable conveying.
As shown in fig. 1-6, in some alternative embodiments a thorn-removing cleaning system for thorns, the equipartition device 5 comprises a left-hand auger section 32 and a right-hand auger section 33 connected to each other; auger blades with opposite rotation directions are respectively and spirally arranged on the left-handed auger section 32 and the right-handed auger section 33, and the left-handed auger section 32 and the right-handed auger section 33 uniformly disperse materials crushed by the hammer crusher 4 from the middle part of the conveyor belt to two sides. As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in an alternative embodiment, a thorn-removing cleaning system for thorns of pears, a cleaning liquid tank 30 and a juice tank 31 are arranged on the belt filter press 6; the juice pool 31 is communicated with the cache tank 8 through a pipeline, and the cleaning liquid pool 30 is communicated with a cleaning liquid filtering and recycling device through a pipeline. Optionally, in some embodiments, the thorn removing cleaning system for the roxburgh rose further comprises a belt squeezing cleaning water recovery device, wherein the belt squeezing cleaning water recovery device is communicated with the cleaning liquid pond 30 through a pipeline, and a circulating pump is arranged on the pipeline, and the structure of the belt squeezing cleaning water recovery device comprises a first recovery pond, a second recovery pond, a first filter screen and a second filter screen; the first recovery tank and the second recovery tank are both shells with open upper ends, the first recovery tank is positioned above the second recovery tank, and the first filter screen is fixed at the upper end of the first recovery tank and covers the open ends of the first filter screen; one end of the second filter screen is fixedly connected with the first filter screen, the other end of the second filter screen is inclined downwards and extends to the edge position of the open end of the second recovery tank, and the first recovery tank is communicated with the second recovery tank through a pipeline. Optionally, in some embodiments, a thorn cleaning system is taken off to roxburgh rose, the storage bucket lower part of cylinder cleaning machine 1 is provided with driving motor, and driving motor's tip is connected with the reducing gear box through gear drive, and the reducing gear box has two output shafts that run through vertical direction, is fixed with the eccentric block through the bolt on every output shaft, and the eccentric point of eccentric block on two output shafts is located on same straight line, and sets up about the axis symmetry of output shaft.
Optionally, in some embodiments, a thorn removing cleaning system for thorns is provided with a liquid level meter and an alarm in the buffer tank 8, wherein the liquid level meter and the alarm are both connected with a control system, and when the juice in the buffer tank 8 exceeds a certain liquid level, the alarm is automatically given out, and the operation of the equipment is stopped.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in some alternative embodiments, the thorn removing cleaning system for the roxburgh rose further comprises a guide plate, wherein the guide plate is arranged on the drum cleaning machine 1 near the connection part of the guide plate and the cleaning conveyor, and the guide plate is arranged obliquely downwards. The beneficial effects of the embodiment are that: through setting up the guide plate, realized the stable discharge of the thorn pear after wasing in the washing cylinder, form certain accommodation space between its and the cleaning conveyor 1 simultaneously, prevented the jam of thorn pear in cylinder cleaning machine 1.
As shown in fig. 1-6, in some alternative embodiments, a Rosa roxburghii thorn removal cleaning system, the first elevator 11 and the second elevator 13 are both screw conveyors. The beneficial effects of the embodiment are that: the screw conveyor has better transmission conveying efficiency.

3. The thorn cleaning system of roxburgh rose of claim 1, wherein the second spray device (16) comprises a plurality of equally spaced conveyor spray pipes (26), and a plurality of spray heads (22) are provided on the second spray device (16).
4. A thorn removal and cleaning system as claimed in claim 3, wherein the plane of the axes of the conveyor shower pipes (26) is parallel to the upper surface of the inclined conveying section (23).
5. A thorn removal and cleaning system according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a deflector disposed on the drum cleaning machine (1) near its junction with the cleaning conveyor (2), the deflector being disposed obliquely downward.
6. The thorn cleaning system according to claim 2, characterized in that the first lifter (11) and the second lifter (13) are both screw conveyors.
