本发明涉及一种新型耐腐蚀六股编织线缆。所述的线缆包括六股绝缘线芯,所述的六股绝缘线芯分别为扇形绝缘线芯,所述的绝缘线芯包括导体、绝缘层、填充料和内护套,所述的内护套为螺旋塑料软管,所述的导体由若干对绞铜绞线构成,所述的绝缘层设置在导体外,所述的绝缘层为菱形,所述的填充料设置在绝缘线芯的绝缘层外部,相邻的六股绝缘线芯的结合部分别设有定位套,所述的定位套穿过绝缘线芯的内护套并固定相邻的绝缘线芯的距离,所述的六股绝缘线芯外侧共同绕包阻水带,所述的阻水带外侧挤包外护套,所述的外护套为铅粉混合橡胶外护套。本发明结构紧凑、强度高、耐磨性好、使用寿命长、生产成本低、耐腐蚀性能好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种特种线缆,尤其涉及一种新型耐腐蚀六股编织线缆。
背景技术
电缆通常是由几根或几组导线(每组至少两根)绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层。电缆具有内通电,外绝缘的特征。电缆有电力电缆、补偿电缆、屏蔽电缆、高强度电缆、计算机电缆、信号电缆、同轴电缆、耐火电缆、船用电缆、矿用电缆、铝合金电缆等等。它们都是由单股或多股导线和绝缘层组成,用来连接电路、电器等,分别应用在不同的场合。
随着社会的不断进步,对电缆的要求也越来越高,要求电缆的载流能力越来越大,电缆的导电线芯截面不断增大,电缆的单位长度重量也随之增加,当工作人员在进行电缆铺设工作时,很容易在敷设过程中擦坏外护套,电缆的使用过程中容易被任意弯曲和牵引,容易造成断芯,从而留下安全隐患,导致发生事故。现有技术中,电缆的绝缘和护套大多数是采用塑料和橡胶有机聚合物组成,强度较差。因此,迫切的需要一种新的技术方案解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明为了解决以上问题提供了一种结构紧凑、强度高、耐磨性好、使用寿命长、生产成本低、耐腐蚀性能好的新型耐腐蚀六股编织线缆。
本发明的技术方案是:所述的线缆包括六股绝缘线芯,所述的六股绝缘线芯等份均匀设置在缆芯内,所述的六股绝缘线芯分别为扇形绝缘线芯,所述的绝缘线芯包括导体、绝缘层、填充料和内护套,所述的内护套为螺旋塑料软管,所述的导体由若干对绞铜绞线构成,所述的绝缘层设置在导体外,所述的绝缘层为菱形,所述的填充料设置在绝缘线芯的绝缘层外部,相邻的六股绝缘线芯的结合部分别设有定位套,所述的定位套穿过绝缘线芯的内护套并固定相邻的绝缘线芯的距离,所述的六股绝缘线芯外侧共同绕包阻水带,所述的阻水带外侧挤包外护套。
所述的定位套横截面呈圆形,所述的定位套上设有穿刺部。
所述的填充料为纤维编织钢丝绳。
所述的六股绝缘线芯内由绝缘层包裹的若干导体构成的线芯在同一水平面内平行同向设置。
本发明结构紧凑、强度高、耐磨性好、使用寿命长、生产成本低,所述填充料为纤维编织钢丝绳,耐磨性能高,通过纤维和钢丝绳的交织,加强了整根电缆的强度,内护套采用螺旋塑料软管,一方面可以提高密封性能,还可以提高绝缘线芯的耐腐蚀性能,保护内部的导体,外护套采用铅粉混合橡胶护套,可以更好的提高电缆的耐腐蚀性能,延长电缆的使用寿命。

一种新型耐腐蚀六股编织线缆,所述的线缆包括六股绝缘线芯1,所述的六股绝缘线芯1等份均匀设置在缆芯内,所述的六股绝缘线芯1分别为扇形绝缘线芯1,所述的绝缘线芯1包括导体3、绝缘层4、填充料5和内护套6,所述的内护套6为螺旋塑料软管,所述的导体3由若干对绞铜绞线构成,所述的绝缘层4设置在导体3外,所述的绝缘层4为菱形,所述的填充料5设置在绝缘线芯1的绝缘层4外部,相邻的六股绝缘线芯1的结合部分别设有定位套7,所述的定位套7穿过绝缘线芯1的内护套6并固定相邻的绝缘线芯1的距离,所述的六股绝缘线芯1外侧共同绕包阻水带8,所述的阻水带8外侧挤包外护套2。
所述的定位套7横截面呈圆形,所述的定位套7上设有穿刺部。
所述的填充料5为纤维编织钢丝绳。
所述的六股绝缘线芯1内由绝缘层4包裹的若干导体3构成的线芯在同一水平面内平行同向设置。

1.一种新型耐腐蚀六股编织线缆,其特征在于:所述的线缆包括六股绝缘线芯,所述的六股绝缘线芯等份均匀设置在缆芯内,所述的六股绝缘线芯分别为扇形绝缘线芯,所述的绝缘线芯包括导体、绝缘层、填充料和内护套,所述的内护套为螺旋塑料软管,所述的导体由若干对绞铜绞线构成,所述的绝缘层设置在导体外,所述的绝缘层为菱形,所述的填充料设置在绝缘线芯的绝缘层外部,相邻的六股绝缘线芯的结合部分别设有定位套,所述的定位套穿过绝缘线芯的内护套并固定相邻的绝缘线芯的距离,所述的六股绝缘线芯外侧共同绕包阻水带,所述的阻水带外侧挤包外护套,所述的外护套为铅粉混合橡胶外护套。
