本发明公开了一种智能家居空气净化设备,包括壳体,所述壳体的内部下端设置有进气管,所述进气管的上方从下到上依次设置有预过滤网、活性炭过滤网、HEPA过滤网和冷触媒过滤网,所述冷触媒过滤网上方的壳体的内壁上固定设置有离子发生器,所述离子发生器的上方设置有风机,所述风机的出口与出气管的一端相连通,所述出气管的另一端穿过壳体的侧面,且所述出气管另一端端部的下方设置有引风板,所述出气管上方的壳体的内部并排设置有控制器和无线网络模块。本发明通过设置监控摄像头、引风板、无线网络模块和微型摄像头,解决了传统的智能家居空气净化器不具备监控功能,室内发生火灾盗窃等情况时难以及时发现的问题。

[0002] 随着社会发展,空气质量也变得越来越差,为了提尚生活质量,在日常生活中,人 们通常会选择使用空气净化器来净化周围的空气,空气净化器又称空气清洁器、空气清新 机、净化器,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物,有效提高空气清洁度的产品,主要 分为家用、商用、工业、楼宇,现有的空气净化器缺乏监控措施,难以实现远程遥控,故本发 明设计一种智能家居空气净化设备来解决上述问题。
[0003] 经检索,中国专利授权号CN207849583U,授权公告2〇18 • 09 • 11公开了一种智能家 居用空气净化器,包括外壳体,所述外壳体的左侧板上设置有百叶风口,所述外壳体的右侧 板上固定安装有风机,所述外壳体的顶板的外侧壁上固定安装有无线通讯装置,所述通孔 中设置有过滤机构,所述过滤机构包括外框架、ffiPA高效过滤网、冷触媒过滤网和活性炭过 滤网,所述外壳体的底板的内侧壁上设置有限位块,所述外壳体的顶板和底板的内侧壁上 均固定安装有离子发生器。
[0004] 该专利中的空气净化器存在以下不足之处: 1. 该空气净化器净化效率较低,难以同时净化不同方向的空气; 2. 该空气净化器缺乏监控措施,安全性不足。
发明内容

[0006] 为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种智能家居空气净化设备,包括壳 体,所述壳体的内部下端设置有进气管,所述进气管的上方从下到上依次设置有预过滤网、 活性炭过滤网、ffiPA过滤网和冷触媒过滤网,所述冷触媒过滤网上方的壳体的内壁上固定 设置有离子发生器,所述离子发生器的上方设置有风机,所述风机的出口与出气管的一端 相连通,所述出气管的另一端穿过壳体的侧面,且所述出气管另一端端部的下方设置有引 风板,所述出气管上方的壳体的内部并排设置有控制器和无线网络模块。

[0020]本发明的工作原理是:使用时,打开风机11,室内空气经进气管4进入壳体1的内 部,依次经预过滤网6、活性炭过滤网7、HEPA过滤网8和冷触媒过滤网9净化后,再通过离子 发生器10进一步净化,从出气管12排出,通过设置引风板13,避免空气风速过大对室内造成 影响,也避免了新旧空气的混合,影响净化效率,通过设置多个进气管4和出气管12,使得该 装置的净化效率得到大大提高,可同时净化不同方向的空气,通过设置监控摄像头3可监控 室内,也起到迷惑作用,通过设置微型摄像头18,可将室内状况实时传给手机终端19,实现 远程监控,通过烟雾传感器16和空气质量传感器17将探测到的信号传给控制器14,控制器 14将信号传给手机终端19,及时了解室内空气状况,在发生火灾时也能及时发现。

2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能家居空气净化设备,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)的底 部固定设置有滚轮(2),所述壳体(1)的顶部固定设置有监控摄像头(3),所述壳体(1)的侧 面中部对称设置有烟雾传感器(16)和空气质量传感器(17)。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能家居空气净化设备,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)的侧 面上部亦设置有微型摄像头(18),所述微型摄像头(18)设置为排插式伪装摄像头,且所述 微型摄像头(18)设置有四个,四个所述微型摄像头(18)沿圆周均匀设置在壳体(1)的四周 侧面上。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能家居空气净化设备,其特征在于:所述进气管(4)和 出气管(12)的端部处均设置有防护网(5)。
