Particularly, the filtered and intercepted thread scraps can be thoroughly washed and discharged in the drainage process, the waste water to be discharged is utilized to clean the thread scraps, the self-cleaning of the thread scraps is realized, the material resources and the energy are fully utilized, the convenience and the rapidness are realized, and the user requirements are met;
the drainage control method selectively utilizes water according to the specific condition of the water in the water recycling process, comprehensively considers the cost of recycling and water purification treatment, and strives to reduce the overall cost of the operation of the washing machine.

Claims (10)

1. A washing machine drainage control method is characterized in that the washing machine comprises a drainage device and a water purification device which are provided with line scrap filtering structures, a first water channel and a second water channel which can be controlled to be opened and closed are formed, the line scrap filtering structures are used for filtering line scraps in water and comprise a shell (2) and a filter screen (3) arranged in an inner cavity of the shell (2), the shell (2) is provided with a water inlet (1), a first water outlet (4) and a second water outlet (5), the water inlet (1) is communicated with the first water outlet (4), the first water channel formed by the filter screen (3) is arranged between the water inlet and the second water outlet, the water inlet (1) is directly communicated with the second water outlet (5), and a second water channel for washing the filter screen (3) is formed between the water inlet and the second water outlet;
the shell (2) comprises a cylindrical main body, and the water inlet (1), the first water outlet (4) and the second water outlet (5) are positioned on the same side of the cylindrical main body;
one end of the cylindrical body is open, the other end of the cylindrical body is sealed, a first fixing part and a second fixing part extend from two ends of the filter screen (3), the first fixing part is provided with a sealing end face matched with the open end of the cylindrical body, the second fixing part is contacted with the sealing end of the cylindrical body, and the side walls of the first fixing part and the second fixing part are respectively and correspondingly provided with an opening part communicated with the water inlet (1) and the second water outlet (5);
the first water channel filters and intercepts the thread scraps and is communicated to a water inlet of the water purifying device, the second water channel discharges water outwards and can discharge the thread scraps intercepted by the first water channel at the same time, and the control method comprises the water circulation purification steps of: and controlling the first waterway to be opened and the second waterway to be closed, and returning the purified water to the washing cylinder.
2. The drain control method of a washing machine according to claim 1, comprising a lint flush drain step of: and controlling the first waterway to be closed and the second waterway to be opened, and draining water outwards and discharging the thread scraps intercepted by the first waterway.

The washing machine drainage control method of claim 2, characterized in that before the washing machine begins to drain water, the turbidity of the drained water is detected, if the detected turbidity is less than or equal to a set value, the first water path is controlled to be opened, and the second water path is controlled to be closed; and if the detected turbidity is larger than the set value, controlling the first water channel to be closed and the second water channel to be opened.

The drain control method of the washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that before the washing machine starts to drain, the interception amount of the thread scraps is detected, if the interception amount of the thread scraps is detected to be less than or equal to a set value, the first water channel is controlled to be opened, and the second water channel is controlled to be closed; and if the interception amount of the detection line scraps is larger than a set value, controlling the first water channel to be closed and the second water channel to be opened.

The drain control method of the washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water outlet of the water purifying device is provided with a water quality detecting device, and if the water quality detection value at the water outlet of the water purifying device reaches a preset standard, the water outlet of the water purifying device is controlled to be opened, so that water enters the washing drum from the water outlet of the water purifying device; and if the water quality detection value at the water outlet of the water purifying device does not reach the preset standard, controlling the water outlet of the water purifying device to be closed, and enabling water to continue to circulate and purify in the water purifying device until the water quality detection value reaches the preset standard.

The drain control method of a washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the water level in the washing tub is detected when the water purifying device circulates and supplies purified water to the washing tub, and the washing machine is controlled to replenish water if the detected water level is lower than a preset water level.
7. A washing machine drain control method according to any one of claims 1-5, characterized by comprising the steps of:
step S1, turning on the power supply and selecting the program;
step S2, opening a main washing valve and washing the washing powder to a standard water level;
step S3, entering a spin-drying stage after main washing;
step S4, entering a rinsing stage, controlling the first waterway to be opened and the second waterway to be closed, returning to the washing drum after purification treatment, and circularly executing;
step S5, entering a post-rinsing drainage stage, controlling the first water channel to be closed and the second water channel to be opened;
and step S6, the step enters a spin-drying stage and the washing is finished.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the step S4 is to detect the turbidity of the water, and if the turbidity is greater than a predetermined value, the circulation is stopped and the first water path is closed and the second water path is opened.
9. The washing machine drainage control method of claim 7, wherein in step S4, the water quality at the water outlet of the water purification device is detected, and if the detected water quality value reaches a preset standard, the water outlet of the water purification device is controlled to be opened, so that water enters the washing drum; if the water quality detection value does not reach the preset standard, the water outlet of the water purifying device is controlled to be closed, and water is continuously purified in the water purifying device in a circulating mode until the water quality detection value reaches the preset standard.
