Background
Ryegrass, plants of the gramineae, ryegrass, about 10 species, including forage and grassland grasses in temperate regions of the continental europe and some toxic weeds. Ryegrass is an important cultivated pasture and green manure crop. There are about 10 kinds of this genus, and there are 7 kinds in China. Among them perennial ryegrass and floret ryegrass are cultivated pastures with economic value. New Zealand, Australia, the United states and the United kingdom are now widely cultivated as forage for cattle and sheep. Good pasture is generally introduced and cultivated in various places. It is common in meadow meadows and roadside wetlands. Widely distributed in the area of kashmir, pakistan, europe, the warm temperate zone of asia, north africa. The rye grass is about 0.3-1 m high, and the leaves are tough and dark green. The small spikes are long on the zigzag shaped flower axis. Perennial ryegrass and italian ryegrass germinate early and are important components in grass seeds harvested in pastures and grasslands. Poison wheat is often a virulent fungal infestation, the seeds of which also contain narcotic toxic components, both of which are very dangerous for grassland animals. The ryegrass belongs to the ryegrass of the Gramineae family, grows and grows luxuriantly in spring and autumn, has tender and succulent grass quality and good palatability, and is a good feed for cattle, sheep, rabbits, pigs, chickens, geese and fishes. The grass supplying period is 10 months to 5 months in the next year, and the grass can not grow in summer. Ryegrass is a perennial sparse grass of the genus rye of the family gramineae.
Ryegrass is low in yield and is more damaged by diseases and insect pests, the cutworm and Scarabaeiform grub and other harmful pastures are mainly used after seedling emergence, related medicines such as dipterex and Baishude are generally adopted for spray prevention before dark, main diseases in the growth period such as gray mold and rust disease are also prevented and controlled by chemical agents, but the chemical agents are used for preventing and controlling symptoms and root causes on one hand, the disease problem cannot be fundamentally solved, the misfeeding of nomadic livestock can be caused, and the chemical agents are not beneficial to ecological environment protection on the other hand.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a method which has good disease prevention effect on ryegrass diseases and can obviously increase the yield of the ryegrass diseases.
The invention provides a bacillus Bam22 for improving resistance and growth of ryegrass, wherein the bacillus Bam22 is preserved in the general microbiological center of China Committee for culture Collection of microorganisms (CGMCC) at 2015, 9 and 6, with the preservation number of CGMCC No. 11329.
The research of the inventor finds that the bacillus amyloliquefaciens Bam22 can promote the growth of ryegrass plants, improve the nutrient absorption condition of the plants and enhance the resistance of the ryegrass plants to adverse stress such as drought, salt damage, heavy metal toxicity and phytotoxicity, and the like, and has the characteristics of vigorous rooting, tillering capability, rich metabolites and the like, so that the resistance of the ryegrass is enhanced and the yield of the ryegrass is increased.
The invention also provides a use method of the bacillus Bam22 for improving resistance and growth of ryegrass, which comprises the following steps:
1) taking a bacterial liquid of bacillus Bam22 cultured for 48h, wherein the initial bacterial concentration of the bacterial liquid is 4-6 multiplied by 109cfu/mL, diluted by 120 times with sterile water;
2) and (3) after seedlings of the ryegrass emerge, carrying out root irrigation on the ryegrass by using the bacterial liquid obtained in the step 1), wherein the using amount of the bacterial liquid is 50-60mL per plant, irrigating for the first time on the 6 th-8 th day after seedlings emerge, and irrigating for the second time on the 13 th-15 th day.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. increasing the resistance of ryegrass to diseases, in particular to gray mold and rust;
2. the yield of the ryegrass is obviously improved by increasing the early tillering number of the ryegrass;
3. the invention adopts a pure natural method, does not use chemical agents, is simple and practical, and is environment-friendly.
