5.—种免除铁环保沙漠白陶瓷的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述具体步骤如下: 步骤1,将高岭土、白云石、长石、石英、碳酸钡按比例配置,在湿球磨机中混合球磨; 步骤2,将针铁矿、黑云母、钛铁矿按照比例配置,依次经粉碎、混合干球磨后过1〇〇目 筛,获得粉料; 步骤3,将步骤2获得的粉料加入步骤1的球磨机中,经球磨1-2小时混合球磨后获得陶 瓷坯体浆料; 步骤4:将陶瓷坯体浆料制成陶瓷坯体; 步骤5:等待陶瓷坯体表面干燥后放入窑炉中烧制成型。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的免除铁环保沙漠白陶瓷的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤1 中湿球磨机中按料:球:水=1:1-2:2-3的比例混合球磨。
7. 根据权利要求5所述的免除铁环保沙漠白陶瓷的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤3的浆 料过200目筛后制成陶瓷坯体。
8. 根据权利要求5所述的免除铁环保沙漠白陶瓷的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤4 的陶瓷坯体表面施透明釉。
9. 根据权利要求1所述的免除铁环保沙漠白陶瓷的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤5 中窑炉的升温控制如下: 预热升温,窑炉1 一 3小时,由常温预热升温至500—60(TC; 快速升温,窑炉内为还原气氛,窑炉经2 — 3小时升温至1100 — 1150°C ; 高温烧成,向窑炉中通入含硫气体,经4 一 5小时快速升温至1250。(: 一 1350。(:烧制成型; 缓慢降温段,经2 — 5小时降温至常温,即得免除铁环保沙漠白陶瓷。
10. 根据权利要求9所述的免除铁环保沙漠白陶瓷的制备工艺,其特征在于,窑炉中通 入含硫气体的含硫量为3.5-3.8%。
