the plump grain seeds falling on the second sieve plate and impurities such as fine sand smaller than the grain particles are separated by the second sieve plate in a vibration way, the plump grain seeds are remained on the second sieve plate, the impurities smaller than the grain particles fall on the bottom surface of the box body so as to thoroughly separate the high-quality plump grain seeds from the impurities, the impurities are collected through the second impurity removing opening, the plump grain seeds are continuously conveyed to the feeding opening 109 through the conveyor belt 107 and enter the second rotating shaft 115 through the feeding opening 109, the speed of the grain seeds falling through the second rotating shaft 115 is relieved due to the movable connection of the baffle plate and the second rotating shaft 115, the grain seeds entering the second rotating shaft 115 can be dispersed into the stirring box 108 in a rotating way in the falling process by combining the rotation of the second rotating shaft 115, and the falling mode changes the conventional mode of strand flow or pile accumulation and liquid medicine mixing, the grain seeds are dispersed more thoroughly, so that the contact surface between the sprayed liquid medicine and the grain seeds is increased, and the uniform coating of the liquid medicine on the grain seeds is facilitated; after the cereal seeds fall to the bottom surface of the stirring box 108, the stirring plate 114 is driven to turn and stir the cereal seeds through the rotation of the first rotating shaft 112, so that liquid medicine on the surfaces of the cereal seeds is coated more uniformly, meanwhile, part of liquid medicine dropping to the bottom of the stirring box is fully utilized, finally, the cereal seeds are collected through the second discharge hole, and in addition, the first impurity removing port and the impurity collecting box are detachably connected through the adaptive threads so as to treat impurities in the impurity collecting box; the second discharge gate still is equipped with the closing cap of adaptation, and closing cap and second discharge gate are through the screw thread spiro union of mutually supporting to the second discharge gate sets to hourglass hopper-shaped, so that cereal seed's collection. In a preferred scheme, the driving mechanism comprises a motor and a controller, wherein the motor is respectively connected with the controller, the conveyor belt 107, the first rotating shaft 112 and the second rotating shaft 115, so that the controller controls the motor to drive the conveyor belt 107, the first rotating shaft 112 or the second rotating shaft 115 to rotate; the controller is connected with the high-pressure pump and controls the opening and closing of the high-pressure pump.
In the above scheme, the motor is respectively connected to the conveyor belt 107, the first rotating shaft 112 and the second rotating shaft 115 to provide power sources for the conveyor belt 107, the first rotating shaft 112 and the second rotating shaft 115; the arranged controller is convenient for intelligently controlling the rotation of the conveyor belt 107, the first rotating shaft 112 and the second rotating shaft 115; the controller is connected with the high-pressure pump, and the high-pressure pump is connected with the spray tube through the drain pipe to control the liquid medicine box to carry liquid medicine to spray tube 113 through controlling opening and closing of high-pressure pump. In addition, the controller can control the rotating speed and the rotating time of the first rotating shaft 112 and the second rotating shaft 115 so as to be conveniently and reasonably set according to the number of the grain seeds; the controller may also control the output of the medical fluid to provide an appropriate amount of medical fluid based on the amount of grain entering the agitator tank 108 to avoid too much or too little coating fluid on the grain seeds.
In a preferred embodiment, the side wall of the stirring box 108 includes an inner layer and an outer layer, the outer layer is provided with a second air inlet, the second air inlet is connected to the blower 103 through a second air inlet pipe, the second air inlet pipe is provided with a second electromagnetic valve, and the second electromagnetic valve is controlled by the controller; a plurality of vent holes are uniformly formed in the inner layer, heating wires are arranged on the outer wall of the inner layer, the heating wires are respectively connected with a power switch and a temperature regulating switch, and the power switch and the temperature regulating switch are arranged on the outer wall of the outer layer; set up temperature sensor on the inner wall of inlayer, temperature sensor connects the alarm respectively switch and air-blower 103, works as temperature sensor surpasss predetermined maximum threshold value, the alarm begins to send out the police dispatch newspaper, breaks off simultaneously the heater strip with switch's connection, and open the second solenoid valve is so that air-blower 103 to inlayer and outer interbedded intermediate layer ventilate.
In the above scheme, the side wall of the stirring box 108 includes an inner layer and an outer layer, the outer layer is provided with a second air inlet and is connected with the blower 103 through a second air inlet pipe, the second air inlet pipe is provided with a second electromagnetic valve, the second electromagnetic valve is connected with the controller and is controlled by the controller, so that the blower 103 can be controlled by the controller to ventilate the interlayer between the inner layer and the outer layer; the outer wall of the inner layer is provided with the heating wires, and heat with different temperatures can be provided for the stirring box 108 through the connected power switch and the temperature regulating switch, and the heat is transmitted to the inside of the stirring box 108 through the ventilation holes, so that the drying of the grain seeds coated with the liquid medicine is facilitated, and the preservation is facilitated; set up temperature sensor on the inner wall of inlayer to prevent that the high temperature from destroying the vigor of cereal seed, influencing the germination percentage, high temperature in agitator tank 108, the alarm begins to report to the police in order to indicate, breaks off the heater strip simultaneously and is connected with switch, stops the heat supply, and start air-blower 103 to ventilate to the intermediate layer, in order to cool down, it is fast to adopt wind-force cooling effect, in order to reduce the quality of seed in order to avoid influencing as early as possible in agitator tank 108.
In a preferable scheme, an opening is arranged at the upper end of the impurity collecting box 104, the inner wall of the opening and the outer wall of the connecting pipe are provided with matched threads, so that the connecting pipe is in threaded connection with the impurity collecting box 104 through the threads, and a detachable third screen is transversely arranged in the impurity collecting box 104; the third screen and the second screen 102 have the same aperture size, and the aperture size of the second screen 102 is smaller than that of the first screen 101.
In the above scheme, the upper end of the impurity collecting box 104 is provided with an opening, and the inner wall of the opening and the outer wall of the connecting pipe are provided with matched threads, so that the connecting pipe is detachably connected with the impurity collecting box 104 through the threads, and the impurity collecting box 104 is conveniently separated from the connecting pipe to treat impurities inside; a detachable third screen is arranged in the impurity collecting box 104, impurities entering the impurity collecting box 104 after separation comprise some shrunken or mildewed light grain seeds besides straw, impurity leaves and other impurities, and the impurities can be filtered by the third screen so as to carry out post-treatment on the light grain seeds; the third screen and the second screen 102 have the same aperture and are matched with the grain size of the grain seeds so as to sort the grain seeds; the aperture of the second screen 102 is smaller than that of the first screen 101, so that impurities larger than the grain seed particles are prevented from falling onto the second screen 102 along with the grain seeds to affect the screening effect.
In a preferred embodiment, the first rotating shaft 112 is rotatably disposed at a middle portion of the upright 110, specifically: a first through hole is transversely formed in the middle of the upright column 110, a first bearing which is matched with the first through hole is fixedly arranged in the first through hole, the first rotating shaft 112 is fixed on an inner ring of the first bearing, and two ends of the first rotating shaft 112 protrude out of the first through hole;
the second rotating shaft 115 is rotatably disposed, and specifically includes: a second through hole is formed in the bottom surface of the feeding port 109, a second bearing is arranged in the second through hole in a matching manner, a first end of the second rotating shaft 115 is fixed to the inner ring of the second bearing, and the first end of the second rotating shaft 115 is communicated with the feeding port 109; a groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the support plate 111, of the second end of the second rotating shaft 115, a third bearing in adaptation is fixedly arranged in the groove, and an inner ring of the third bearing is fixedly connected with the second end of the second rotating shaft 115.
In the above scheme, first pivot 112 is through the first through-hole and the first bearing that transversely set up in stand 110 middle part, rotatable setting in agitator tank 108 to after cereal seed falls the bottom surface, drive stirring board 114 through the rotation of first pivot 112 and turn over the stirring to cereal seed, turn over the stirring and can make cereal seed upper strata lower floor fully obtain the upset thoroughly mix, be favorable to the homogeneity of liquid medicine.
A second through hole is formed in the bottom surface of the feeding port 109, a second bearing is arranged in the second through hole in a matching mode, a first end of a second rotating shaft 115 is fixed to the inner ring of the second bearing, and a first end of the second rotating shaft 115 is communicated with the feeding port 109, so that cereal seeds can enter the second rotating shaft 115 through the feeding port 109; the second end of the second rotating shaft 115 is provided with a groove corresponding to the support plate 111, a third bearing is fixedly arranged in the groove, and the inner ring of the third bearing is fixedly connected with the second end of the second rotating shaft 115, so that the second rotating shaft 115 can freely rotate between the feeding port 109 and the support plate 111.
In a preferable scheme, three baffles are arranged from top to bottom, and one side of each baffle is hinged with the inner wall of the second rotating shaft 115; a pressure sensor is arranged on the upper surface of the uppermost baffle plate and is connected with the controller, when the pressure sensor senses that the pressure on the baffle plate exceeds a preset maximum threshold value, a signal is sent to the controller, the controller controls the motor to drive the second rotating shaft 115 to rotate, and simultaneously controls the high-pressure pump to be started and the first electromagnetic valve to be opened, so that the liquid medicine tank inputs liquid into the spray pipe 113;
the bottom surface of the stirring box 108 is provided with a weight sensor, the weight sensor is connected with the controller and the motor, when the weight sensor senses that the weight on the bottom surface of the stirring box 108 exceeds a preset maximum threshold value, a signal is sent to the controller, and the controller controls the motor to drive the first rotating shaft 112 to rotate so as to enable the stirring plate 114 to stir.
In the above scheme, baffle top-down sets up three, one side of baffle is articulated with the inner wall of second pivot 115, and the upper surface of the baffle of the top sets up pressure sensor, pressure sensor is connected with the controller, so that when pressure sensor senses that pressure on the baffle exceeds the maximum threshold value of predetermineeing, sense promptly that there is cereal seed to fall in second pivot 115, controller control motor starts to drive second pivot 115 and begin to rotate this moment, so that cereal seed is in agitator tank 108 through rotatory dispersion, control high-pressure pump start and first solenoid valve open simultaneously, so that make liquid box input liquid to spray tube 113, in order to spray the liquid medicine to dispersed cereal seed.

In a preferable scheme, the stirring plate 114 includes a first plate 200, a second plate 201 and a third plate 202, one side of the first plate 200 and one side of the second plate 201 are fixedly connected to form a V-shaped structure, one side of the third plate 202 and a tip of the V-shaped structure are fixedly connected, and an angle between adjacent plates is set to be 60 degrees; one end of the joint of the first plate 200, the second plate 201 and the third plate 202 is fixedly disposed on the first rotating shaft 112.
In the above scheme, the stirring plate 114 includes a first plate 200, a second plate 201 and a third plate 202, one side of the first plate 200 is fixedly connected with one side of the second plate 201 to form a V-shaped structure, one side of the third plate 202 is fixedly connected with a tip of the V-shaped structure to form an integral structure with an angle of 60 degrees between adjacent plates, and one end of a connection part of the first plate 200, the second plate 201 and the third plate 202 is fixedly disposed on the first rotating shaft 112 to form a stable structure at an end of the first rotating shaft 112, which is beneficial to fully stirring cereal seeds.
A method of using the grain seed processing apparatus, comprising the steps of:
step 1: adding grains to be processed into the feeding hole 100, starting the air blower 103 and the vibrating motor at the same time, performing air separation on the grains through the air blower 103 and performing vibration on the first sieve plate to perform primary separation on the grains, blowing first impurities larger than the grains and shriveled grains to the direction of the first impurity removing hole, and sieving the plump grains and second impurities smaller than the grains onto the second sieve plate;
step 2: the plump grain particles and second impurities falling onto the second sieve plate are screened by the second sieve plate in a vibration mode, the second impurities fall onto the bottom face of the third cavity, and the plump grain particles are collected at the first discharge hole 106 under the action of gravity; the first impurities and the shriveled grain particles collected at the first impurity removing port are sucked into the impurity collecting box 104 after the air of the impurity collecting box 104 is exhausted by the negative pressure fan 105;
and step 3: the full grain particles are conveyed to the conveying belt 107 through the first discharging hole 106, the full grain particles sequentially pass through the feeding hole 109 and the second rotating shaft 115 through the conveying belt 107, when falling onto a baffle plate in the second rotating shaft 115, the full grain particles are sensed by the pressure sensor and send signals to the controller, so that the controller controls the second rotating shaft 115 to rotate and the high-pressure pump to start to convey liquid medicine to the spraying pipe 113 and spray the liquid medicine through the spraying holes, the full grain particles are sprayed with the liquid medicine on the surfaces of the full grain particles while being rotated out, and then the full grain particles fall onto the bottom surface of the stirring box 108;
and 4, step 4: after the full grain particles fall on the bottom surface of the stirring box 108, the full grain particles are sensed by the weight sensor and send signals to the controller, and the controller controls the motor to start so as to drive the first rotating shaft 112 to rotate, so that the stirring plate 114 turns and mixes the full grain particles falling on the bottom surface of the stirring box 108.
In the above scheme, the grain to be processed is added into the feeding hole 100 of the box body, and the blower 103 and the vibrating motor are simultaneously started to blow the impurities such as straw, miscellaneous leaves or shriveled grain, mildewed grain and other light grain particles to one side by blowing wind of the blower 103 so as to be separated from the high-quality full grain particles, and the full grain particles fall on the second sieve plate through the vibration of the first sieve 101, in the process, after the air is extracted from the impurity collecting box 104 by the negative pressure fan 105, the internal pressure of the impurity collecting box 104 is reduced, so that a large amount of dust existing in the grain particles is sucked into the impurity collecting box 104 together with other impurities and light grain particles after being blown by the wind; the plump grain particles falling onto the second sieve plate are vibrated, impurities, such as fine sand, which are doped in the second sieve plate and smaller than the grain particles, are filtered to a second impurity removing opening on the bottom surface of the box body, and the second impurity removing opening is collected by a visitor, the plump grain particles remained on the second sieve plate are collected by the second sieve plate, because the second sieve plate is obliquely arranged, the plump grain particles can be collected to the first discharging opening 106 under the action of gravity, the plump grain particles are transmitted to the conveyor belt 107 through the first discharging opening 106, the conveyor belt 107 is further transmitted to the stirring box 108, the specific plump grain particles enter the second rotating shaft 115 through the feeding opening 109, when the plump grain particles pass through the baffle of the second rotating shaft 115, on one hand, the baffle slows down the descending speed of the plump grain particles, on the other hand, the pressure sensor on the baffle senses that the grain passes through, and when the pressure on, the controller controls the second rotating shaft 115 to rotate, and controls the high-pressure pump to start at the same time, so that the liquid medicine is supplied to the spray pipe 113 by the liquid medicine tank, the spray pipe 113 sprays the liquid medicine while the full grain particles are rotationally dispersed, and the spray pipes 113 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the liquid medicine is sprayed from different directions, and the contact probability and the contact area between the liquid medicine and the full grain particles are increased; when the cereal grain falls to the subaerial time of agitator tank 108, when weight sensor senses that the weight on the bottom surface exceeds the maximum threshold value of predetermineeing, will have the rotation of the first pivot 112 of controller control, turn over and mix to cereal grain with drive stirring board 114, make the liquid medicine that is wrapped up in on the cereal grain surface that is sprayed the liquid medicine more even, can not avoid having the existence of liquid medicine on the bottom surface simultaneously, make liquid medicine and cereal grain intensive mixing, because of controller control spun liquid medicine, it sprays with liquid medicine assorted dose scope to be through the cereal seed of throwing into the box, consequently last turn over and mix the process and can also make full use of liquid medicine, avoid too much or too little wrapping up in the liquid medicine of plump cereal grain, in order to influence the whole quality of seed.
In a preferable scheme, after the step 2 and before the step 3, a power switch of the heating wire is opened, and the temperature adjusting switch is adjusted to be in a low-temperature state.
In the above scheme, the power switch of the heating wire is turned on after step 2 and before step 3, and the temperature adjusting switch is adjusted to be in a low-temperature state, so that the temperature in the stirring box 108 can be slowly changed, and the phenomenon that the activity of seeds is damaged by directly adjusting the temperature at which the cereal seeds can be dried to influence the seed quality is avoided.
While embodiments of the invention have been described above, it is not limited to the applications set forth in the description and the embodiments, which are fully applicable in various fields of endeavor to which the invention pertains, and further modifications may readily be made by those skilled in the art, it being understood that the invention is not limited to the details shown and described herein without departing from the general concept defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims (9)

1. A cereal seed sorting and processing apparatus comprising: the top end of the box body is provided with a feeding hole; a vibration mechanism; a processing device comprising a conveyor belt;
the box body is of a hollow structure, a plurality of strip-shaped holes which are parallel to each other are formed in the bottom end of the feeding hole, a first screen and a second screen from top to bottom are transversely arranged in the box body, a first air inlet and a first impurity removing port are oppositely arranged on two sides of the box body, the first air inlet and the first impurity removing port are both positioned above the first screen, the first air inlet is connected with an air blower through a first air inlet pipe, the first impurity removing port is connected with an impurity collecting box through a connecting pipe, and the impurity collecting box is connected with a negative pressure air blower through an air suction valve; the left side of the second screen is higher than the right side of the second screen and is obliquely arranged in the box body, and a first discharge hole is formed in the side surface of the box body corresponding to the right side of the second screen; the bottom end of the box body is provided with a second impurity removing port and a cover plate, and the second impurity removing port is detachably connected with the cover plate;
the vibrating mechanism comprises a supporting column, a first spring, a second spring and a vibrating motor, wherein the first spring is sleeved on the outer side of the supporting column, the supporting column is arranged below four vertex angles of the first screen and the second screen, the first end of the supporting column is fixedly connected with the first screen or the second screen, a strip-shaped plate is fixedly arranged on the side face of the box body corresponding to the second end of the supporting column, the strip-shaped plate is horizontally arranged, the second end of the supporting column is fixed on the strip-shaped plate through the second spring, and the supporting column is connected with the vibrating motor for driving the supporting column to vibrate up and down;
the processing device further comprises a stirring box, the conveying belt is arranged below the first discharge port, a first end of the conveying belt is arranged corresponding to the first discharge port, a feed port is arranged at the top end of the stirring box, a second discharge port is arranged at the bottom end of the stirring box, a second end of the conveying belt is arranged corresponding to the feed port, a stand column is vertically and upwards arranged at the bottom end of the stirring box, a first rotating shaft is rotatably arranged in the middle of the stand column along the horizontal direction, and stirring plates are respectively arranged at two ends of the first rotating shaft; a support plate is arranged at the top end of the upright post, a hollow second rotating shaft is arranged between the top surface of the support plate and the bottom surface of the feed opening in a rotatable manner in the vertical direction, a movable baffle is transversely arranged inside the second rotating shaft, the side wall of the second rotating shaft is of a net structure, a plurality of spray pipes are horizontally arranged on the side wall of the second rotating shaft, the spray pipes are connected with a liquid medicine box through a liquid outlet pipe, a high-pressure pump is arranged in the liquid medicine box, and a first electromagnetic valve is arranged on the liquid outlet pipe; the conveyor belt, the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are respectively connected with a driving mechanism and driven by the driving mechanism.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a motor and a controller, the motor is connected to the controller, the conveyor belt, the first shaft and the second shaft, respectively, so as to control the motor to drive the conveyor belt, the first shaft or the second shaft to rotate through the controller; the controller is connected with the high-pressure pump and controls the opening and closing of the high-pressure pump.

The cereal seed sorting and processing apparatus of claim 2, wherein the side wall of the agitator tank comprises an inner layer and an outer layer, the outer layer is provided with a second air inlet, the second air inlet is connected with the blower through a second air inlet pipe, the second air inlet pipe is provided with a second electromagnetic valve, and the second electromagnetic valve is controlled by the controller; a plurality of vent holes are uniformly formed in the inner layer, heating wires are arranged on the outer wall of the inner layer, the heating wires are respectively connected with a power switch and a temperature regulating switch, and the power switch and the temperature regulating switch are arranged on the outer wall of the outer layer; set up temperature sensor on the inner wall of inlayer, temperature sensor connects the alarm respectively switch and air-blower, works as temperature sensor surpasss predetermined maximum threshold value, the alarm begins to send out the police dispatch newspaper, breaks off simultaneously the heater strip with switch's connection, and open the second solenoid valve so that the air-blower to the intermediate layer ventilation between inlayer and skin.

The apparatus for separating and processing cereal seeds as claimed in claim 1, wherein an opening is provided at the upper end of the impurity collecting box, the inner wall of the opening and the outer wall of the connecting pipe are provided with screw threads matched with each other, so that the connecting pipe is screwed with the impurity collecting box through the screw threads, and a detachable third screen is transversely provided inside the impurity collecting box; the third screen and the second screen have the same aperture size, and the aperture of the second screen is smaller than that of the first screen.

The cereal seed sorting and processing apparatus of claim 4, wherein the first shaft is rotatably disposed in a middle portion of the column, and specifically comprises: a first through hole is transversely formed in the middle of the upright column, a first bearing which is matched with the upright column is fixedly arranged in the first through hole, the first rotating shaft is fixed on an inner ring of the first bearing, and two ends of the first rotating shaft protrude out of the first through hole;
the second pivot is with rotatable mode setting, specifically is: a second through hole is formed in the bottom surface of the feeding port, a second bearing matched with the second through hole is arranged in the second through hole, the first end of the second rotating shaft is fixed to the inner ring of the second bearing, and the first end of the second rotating shaft is communicated with the feeding port; the second end of the second rotating shaft and the corresponding position of the supporting plate are provided with grooves, adaptive third bearings are fixedly arranged in the grooves, and inner rings of the third bearings are fixedly connected with the second end of the second rotating shaft.
