the trimming mechanism comprises a mechanical arm, a supporting rod, a base, a first trimming device, a second trimming device and a driving device; the mechanical arm is formed by sequentially hinging at least four connecting rods end to end, the lower part of the top end of the mechanical arm is fixedly connected with one end of the supporting rod, the other end of the supporting rod is fixedly connected with the base, the first trimming device is arranged in the middle of the base, and the second trimming devices are respectively arranged on two sides of the first trimming device; the driving device is arranged inside the base and connected with the first trimming device and the second trimming device.
The travelling mechanism comprises a frame, a guide rail and a sliding block, wherein the frame is formed by connecting a plurality of cross beams and longitudinal beams, the guide rail is laid along one side of a green belt of each high-speed road section, the sliding block is connected on the guide rail in a sliding mode, and the frame is fixedly connected on the sliding block.

The packaging bag feeding device is characterized in that feeding openings for feeding packaging bags are uniformly arranged on one side of the guide rail 15 of each high-speed road section at intervals, a transmission channel is arranged below each feeding opening, the transmission channel is preferably a conveyor belt conveyor controlled by a controller, the transmission channels below the high-speed road sections are mutually communicated, and an outlet of each transmission channel is arranged at a high-speed intersection so that the packaging bags are finally conveyed out of the high-speed road along the transmission channel to be intensively recycled. The monitoring platform is connected with the cloud database and is connected with the control mechanism of the trimming device through a wireless or electric signal, so that the remote management of the trimming device can be realized, the effective rate and the safety of the whole high-speed greening trimming system are greatly improved, and the high-speed green belt trimming process and the later-stage packaging bag transportation process are more intelligent.
