The user terminal represents a terminal device which can be directly used by a user person and can be any intelligent device such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a portable personal computer and the like. Various Application (APP) software, such as WeChat software, Payment software, etc., may be installed on the user terminal, and the software may provide a payment server.
The payment terminal represents equipment for collecting money by a merchant, and in the embodiment of the invention, the payment terminal has the functions of fingerprint identification and password input, namely, a user can input fingerprint information or payment passwords and the like on the payment terminal, and the payment terminal can be connected with a computer of the merchant to jointly realize a payment process.
The payment terminal is connected with the server and the user terminal is connected with the server through the internet, so that mutual communication is realized.
The server provides various network services for the payment terminal or the user terminal, and for application software on different user terminals, the server may be considered as a background server providing corresponding network services, for example, in an embodiment of the present invention, the server may be a WeChat server or a Paibao server, wherein in the embodiment of the present invention, mainly a payment function is targeted, and therefore, the server may also be considered as a corresponding payment platform.
The server may be one server, a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers, or a cloud computing center.
In order to solve the problems that a mobile phone or a bank card is required to participate in a payment process, the requirements of a user cannot be met, and the user cannot use the mobile phone or the bank card conveniently in the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides a data transfer system, wherein a user terminal is used for receiving fingerprint information input by the user aiming at an application account, binding the application account with the fingerprint information, and sending the bound application account and the bound fingerprint information to a server for storage; the payment terminal is used for receiving fingerprint information input by a user and sending the fingerprint information and the data transfer information to the server when the data transfer operation is determined; wherein the data transfer information at least comprises a data transfer amount; and the server is used for receiving the fingerprint information and the data transfer information sent by the payment terminal, and transferring the data transfer amount to the payment terminal through the matched application account if the fingerprint information is matched with the application account.
Like this, the user binds fingerprint information for different application account numbers through user terminal in advance, the user can directly operate on individual user terminal, and convenient operation is simple, and then when the user needs data transfer, only need to input fingerprint information on the payment terminal of trade company, the server carries out authentication according to fingerprint information, match corresponding application account number, and then accomplish data transfer, data transfer process only needs the payment terminal including trade company, accomplish all data transfer processes at the server end, and safer, and do not need the user to use bank card or cell-phone to carry out data transfer transaction, avoided the user to forget to carry bank card or cell-phone, or the cell-phone network is not good, the condition that can't carry out data transfer that does not have electricity etc. to lead to, greatly made things convenient for user's life, user demand has been satisfied, efficiency has also been improved.
Wherein the data transfer includes, but is not limited to, payment; the data transfer amount is the payment amount;
the following description will take data transfer as an example of payment.
Further, in order to improve the security and convenience of payment, the embodiment of the invention also provides several possible implementation modes:
the first mode is as follows: before transferring the data transfer amount to the payment terminal through the matched application account, the server is further configured to: after the fingerprint information is matched with the application account number, judging whether the payment amount is not larger than a first preset amount or not; if the payment amount is not larger than the first preset amount, further determining the payment times of the application account in a set time period, and if the payment times is not larger than the preset times, directly executing the step of paying the payment amount to the payment terminal through the matched application account; and if the payment amount is larger than the first preset amount, sending an identity authentication passing message to the payment terminal, so that the payment terminal prompts a user to input a payment password when receiving the identity authentication passing message.
That is to say, when the server determines that the application account is matched, that is, the identity authentication of the fingerprint information is passed, the payment security processing can be performed according to the size of the payment amount, when the payment amount is smaller, the payment can be limited, the input of a payment password is avoided, the payment is more convenient, the operation of a user is reduced, when the payment amount is larger, in order to ensure the security, the user needs to be prompted to input the payment password, and whether the payment operation is the real operation of the user himself or herself is further verified.
The second mode is as follows: the server is further configured to: after the fingerprint information is matched with the application account number, the identity authentication passing message is directly sent to the payment terminal, so that the payment terminal prompts a user to input a payment password when receiving the identity authentication passing message.
In other words, in the embodiment of the invention, the user can be prompted to input the payment password as long as the identity authentication is passed without paying the amount of money, so that even if the fingerprint information of the user is leaked or other people maliciously imitate the fingerprint model of the user, the payment transaction cannot be completed without knowing the payment password, and the payment safety of the user is improved.
The third mode is as follows: the server is specifically used for determining a first payment account corresponding to the application account and a second payment account corresponding to the payment terminal; transferring the payment amount to a second payment account through the first payment account; or transferring the payment amount to a preset third party account through the first payment account, and transferring the payment amount from the third party account to the second payment account when the preset condition is determined to be met.
In the embodiment of the invention, the server can directly transfer the payment amount to the account of the payment terminal, or transfer the payment amount to the account of the third party firstly and then transfer the payment amount to the account number of the payment terminal, so that if the payment of the user is wrong, or the fingerprint information and the payment password are utilized by other people and the like, the payment amount is required to be retrieved, the complaint and the retrieval of the user are facilitated, and the payment safety of the user is further improved.
The fourth mode is that: the server may notify the payment terminal and the user terminal of the payment result, so that the user can know the payment transaction information conveniently, and specifically, the server is further configured to: if the fingerprint information is determined not to be matched with the application account, or the payment password is determined to be different from the payment password bound by the application account, sending a payment failure message to the payment terminal and the user terminal respectively; or if the payment is determined to be completed, sending payment completion messages to the payment terminal and the user terminal respectively.
The fifth mode is as follows: after the user terminal receives the payment completion message, the server may further obtain the information reading confirmation state to improve the payment security and determine whether the user himself knows the payment transaction, specifically, a possible implementation manner is provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and the server is further configured to: and if the payment completion message in the user terminal is determined not to be read, limiting the payment of the application account according to a preset payment limiting condition aiming at the next payment of the application account.
Therefore, for example, after the mobile phone of the user receives the payment completion message, the message is not read all the time, and a risk of payment by other people may exist, at this time, next payment of the application account may be limited, for example, fingerprint payment is stopped, that is, when the application account is matched with the fingerprint information next time, the following payment operation is not allowed, or limitation conditions such as quota payment may also be set.
Certainly, in the embodiment of the present invention, other manners may also be adopted to improve the security of user payment, for example, a daily quota processing may also be performed on a larger payment amount, and only a few possible examples are given here, in the embodiment of the present invention, mainly the user binds fingerprint information to an application account through a user terminal, and identifies the application account through the fingerprint information, that is, performs identity authentication and identification, and matches the application account with the application account of the user, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to using the fingerprint information, and may also perform identity identification and application account matching in other manners, for example, matching human body vital signs such as irises, or other hardware devices, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
Optionally, the internet described above uses standard communication techniques and/or protocols. The internet is typically the internet, but can be any Network including, but not limited to, a Local Area Network (LAN), a Metropolitan Area Network (MAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), a mobile, wireline or wireless Network, a private Network, or any combination of virtual private networks. In some embodiments, data exchanged over the network is represented using techniques and/or formats including HyperTextMark-up Language (HTML), Extensible Markup Language (XML), and the like. Step 201: and receiving bank card information bound by the user aiming at the application account.
Therefore, when the user uses the account number for payment, mobile payment can be carried out through the bank card.
Step 202: and receiving fingerprint information input by a user aiming at the application account, and binding the application account and the fingerprint information.
That is to say, the application software of the user terminal in the embodiment of the present invention may provide an interface for a user to input fingerprint information, for example, a fingerprint input control may be set in the application software, and the user may click the fingerprint input control to enter the fingerprint input interface, so that the user may input the fingerprint information and further bind with the application account of the application software.
The fingerprint information of one or more users can be bound for one application account, different application accounts can also be bound with different fingerprint information, and the fingerprint information is used for identity recognition of the users and can be recognized to the application accounts through the fingerprint information.
Step 203: and sending the bound application account and fingerprint information to a server for storage.
Specifically, the user terminal can upload the application account and the bound fingerprint information to a cloud server for storage through a wireless network after encoding and encrypting the application account and the bound fingerprint information.
In addition, the user terminal can also upload the bank card bound by the application account and other related information, such as bound mobile phone number, name and the like, to the server for storage.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the input and binding of the fingerprint information are realized through the user terminal, the user operation is convenient, for example, the user can directly bind the fingerprint information on the own mobile phone, the implementation is simple and convenient, the fingerprint information and the application account number are bound, different application account numbers can be identified through the fingerprint information, and the identity authentication of the user can be carried out in the payment process.
2) The second part is a process of payment by a user through a payment terminal without participation of the user terminal, and reference is made to fig. 3, which is a flowchart of a data transfer method in the embodiment of the present invention.
Step 300: and when the payment terminal determines to carry out payment operation, receiving fingerprint information input by a user.
The payment terminal can be connected with a computer to complete payment operation, has the functions of providing fingerprint information and payment passwords input by a user, for example, a fingerprint input panel and a keyboard for inputting the payment passwords are arranged, and meanwhile, the payment terminal also has a corresponding payment account which is stored in a cloud server, wherein the payment account corresponding to the payment terminal can be used for receiving money.
Further, when the payment operation is determined, the merchant can select different application software payment modes in the payment interface of the computer according to the user requirement or the payment function supported by the merchant, for example, select the WeChat payment, and then the user inputs the fingerprint information pre-bound by the WeChat account.
Step 301: and the payment terminal sends the fingerprint information and the payment information to the server.
The payment information at least includes the payment amount, and of course, may also include other payment-related information, such as time, payee, that is, a payment terminal identifier, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
For example, if the selected payment is the wechat payment, the payment terminal sends the received fingerprint information and payment information to a wechat server, that is, a wechat payment platform, to perform matching of the application account.
Step 302: and the server receives the fingerprint information and the payment information sent by the payment terminal.
Step 303: and the server matches the fingerprint information and judges whether the corresponding application account is matched.
The server stores the bound fingerprint information and the application account, and the bound fingerprint information and the application account are sent to the server after the application account and the fingerprint information are bound when the user terminal receives the fingerprint information input by the user aiming at the application account.
Therefore, the server judges whether the fingerprint information can be matched with the application account according to the binding relationship between the pre-stored fingerprint information and the application account.
Step 304: and if the server determines that the fingerprint information is not matched with the application account, the server respectively sends a payment failure message to the payment terminal and the user terminal.
That is, the server may notify the payment terminal and the user terminal of the payment-related message, respectively, so that the user obtains the payment result.
Step 305: and the payment terminal receives the payment failure message sent by the server.
Further, in order to ensure payment accuracy and reliability, the embodiment of the invention also provides a possible implementation mode, after receiving the payment failure message sent by the server, the payment terminal prompts the user to re-input the fingerprint information, and when determining that the times of inputting the fingerprint information by the user reaches the set times, prompts the payment failure message.
Step 306: and the user terminal receives the payment failure message sent by the server.
Step 307: and if the server determines that the fingerprint information is matched with the application account, the server pays the payment amount to the payment terminal through the matched application account.
When step 307 is executed, the method specifically includes:
first, it is determined that fingerprint information matches an application account.
The server finds the application account corresponding to the fingerprint information through matching, and at this time, the application account corresponding to the fingerprint information can be determined, and the fingerprint information pre-bound by the application account is matched, that is, the identity authentication of the user is considered to be passed.
And then, paying the payment amount to the payment terminal through the matched application account.
Two ways may be included:
the first mode is as follows: determining a first payment account corresponding to the application account and a second payment account corresponding to the payment terminal; the payment amount is transferred to the second payment account via the first payment account.
The first payment account of the application account number may be an account number of a bound bank card, or a payment account of the application software itself, such as a slightly trusted change.
That is, at this time, the second payment account of the payment terminal is the payee, the first payment account of the application account is the payer, the server directly receives the payment amount into the second payment account, and the second payment account can receive the payment amount.
The second mode is as follows: determining a first payment account corresponding to the application account and a second payment account corresponding to the payment terminal; and transferring the payment amount to a preset third party account through the first payment account, and transferring the payment amount from the third party account to the second payment account when the preset condition is determined to be met.
In the second mode, the payment amount is not directly transferred to the second payment account, but is transferred to the second payment account through a third-party account number serving as an intermediary after a certain condition is met, so that the payment safety of the user can be further improved, and the fund safety of the user is ensured.
The preset condition may be that a preset time is exceeded, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
Step 308: and if the server determines that the payment is finished, the server respectively sends payment finishing messages to the payment terminal and the user terminal.
Therefore, after the payment is completed, the server at the cloud end can simultaneously broadcast the payment completion message to the payment terminal and the user terminal, the payment safety is guaranteed, and the user and the merchant can conveniently know the payment result.
Further, when receiving the payment completion message, the payment terminal may also report the payment completion message in real time by voice, where the payment completion message may include a payment success message and a payment amount. Therefore, if the user does not carry the user terminal with him, the payment completion message can be obtained through the voice broadcast of the payment terminal, and the payment safety is improved.
Step 309: and the payment terminal receives the payment completion message sent by the server.
Step 310: and the user terminal receives the payment completion message sent by the server.
Step 311: and if the server determines that the payment completion message in the user terminal is not read, limiting the payment of the application account according to a preset payment limiting condition aiming at the next payment of the application account.
The preset payment limiting condition may be to limit the size of the payment amount of the next payment, or stop using fingerprint matching and payment, and the like.
Therefore, the server can determine whether to limit the next payment of the application account of the user according to whether the user reads and confirms the payment completion message, namely, whether the user knows the payment transaction or not can be determined according to whether the user reads and determines that the user does not read, the next payment transaction is limited, and the payment safety of the user is improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the execution sequence of the above steps is not limited, and this is only a possible implementation manner, when performing payment, the payment terminal receives fingerprint information input by a user when determining to perform payment operation, and sends the fingerprint information and the payment information to the server, and then the server, if determining that the fingerprint information matches an application account, pays the payment amount to the payment terminal through the matched application account, and the payment process does not require participation of the user terminal, and in the above embodiment, the server sends a payment failure message or a payment completion message to the user terminal, which is only an auxiliary measure for improving the security of payment, the user only needs to input the fingerprint information on the payment terminal of the merchant, the payment operation is completed at the server, and the server identifies the corresponding application account according to the fingerprint information, therefore, payment is completed, payment is safe, convenience of user payment is greatly improved, life of a user is facilitated, the user can easily shop to complete payment even if the user does not carry a bank card and a mobile phone, and payment efficiency is also improved.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, referring to fig. 4, a flowchart of another data transfer method provided in the embodiment of the present invention is shown, in order to improve payment security, after matching fingerprint information, a user is required to input a payment password on a payment terminal, and specifically, the method includes:
step 400: and when the payment terminal determines to carry out payment operation, receiving fingerprint information input by a user.
Step 401: and the payment terminal sends the fingerprint information and the payment information to the server.
Step 402: and the server receives the fingerprint information and the payment information sent by the payment terminal.
Wherein the payment information includes at least a payment amount.
Step 403: and the server matches the fingerprint information and judges whether the corresponding application account is matched.
Step 404: and if the server determines that the fingerprint information is matched with the application account, judging whether the payment amount is not greater than a first preset amount.
The first preset amount may be set according to an actual situation, for example, an amount preset by a user, or according to a credit of the user, and the first preset amount is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention, and is set to be, for example, 1000 yuan.
Step 405: and if the server determines that the payment amount is not greater than the first preset amount, the server further determines the payment times of the application account in a set time period, and if the payment times is not greater than the preset times, the server directly executes the matched application account to pay the payment amount to the payment terminal.
That is to say, when the payment amount is not greater than the first preset amount and is considered to be a small payment amount, the secret payment can be carried out, the user does not need to input a payment password, and the payment times in the preset time period are limited, such as the daily times, so that the payment convenience can be further improved, and the payment time can be saved.
For example, when a user takes a bus, the cost of taking the bus each time is low, usually a few money is spent, at this time, when the user takes the bus, the user only needs to press a fingerprint to match the identity, namely the corresponding application account number and then automatically deduct money, for example, the user is a WeChat account number, money deduction is directly carried out through the WeChat account number of the user, a payment password does not need to be input, small amount of money is paid without limit payment on the day, and convenience is greatly improved.
Step 406: and if the server determines that the payment amount is larger than the first preset amount, the server sends an identity authentication passing message to the payment terminal.
In other words, for some large payment, the user is required to input the payment password again to improve the security of the payment.
Step 407: and if the payment terminal receives the identity authentication passing message sent by the server, prompting the user to input a payment password.
Step 408: and the payment terminal receives the payment password input by the user and sends the payment password to the server.
Step 409: and the server receives the payment password sent by the payment terminal, judges whether the payment password is the same as the payment password bound by the application account, and if the payment password is the same as the payment password bound by the application account, executes payment of the payment amount to the payment terminal through the matched application account.
Further, in order to avoid the situation that the user may input the payment password by mistake or forget the payment password, the number of times of inputting the payment password may be set, when the server determines that the payment password is wrong, the server may prompt the user to input the payment password again through the payment terminal, and if the determination exceeds a certain number of times, the payment failure is determined.
It should be noted that the execution steps and sequence in the above embodiment are only one possible illustration, and only a part of the steps may be executed according to different execution conditions, for example, the steps 400 to 405 may constitute a complete scheme, and the steps 400 to 404, and the steps 406 to 409 may constitute a complete scheme.
Moreover, it should be noted that, in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, the steps of the server returning the payment result and other auxiliary measures for further improving the security of the payment to the payment terminal and the user terminal are also applicable and the same in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 4, and therefore, not shown in fig. 4 here, for example, if it is determined that the fingerprint information is not matched to the application account, or it is determined that the payment password is different from the payment password bound to the application account, the server sends a payment failure message to the payment terminal and the user terminal, respectively; or if the payment is determined to be completed, sending payment completion messages to the payment terminal and the user terminal respectively, and the like.
In this way, in the embodiment of the present invention, after determining that the fingerprint information matches the application account, that is, after passing the identity authentication, the server may further determine whether the user needs to input the payment password according to the payment amount, if the payment amount is not greater than the first preset amount, the user may be directly paid for a secret-free limited number of times, if the payment amount is greater than the first preset amount, the user is prompted to input the payment password, and only after the payment password is determined to be correct, the payment is performed, even if the fingerprint information of the user is leaked, if other people do not know the payment password, the payment transaction cannot be completed, and the security of the payment may be further improved.
Further, in order to improve the payment security, a possible implementation manner is provided in the embodiment of the present invention, after determining that the fingerprint information matches the application account, the server directly sends an identity authentication passing message to the payment terminal, so that the payment terminal prompts the user to input the payment password when receiving the identity authentication passing message. In other words, in the embodiment of the invention, the user is required to input the payment password without judging the payment amount, and the payment password is verified after the fingerprint information is successfully matched, so that the payment safety of the user is improved.
Based on the above embodiment, referring to fig. 5, a payment schematic diagram provided in the embodiment of the present invention is shown.
1) In practice, a user usually uses a mobile phone to perform WeChat payment or Payment payment, and in the embodiment of the invention, taking a user terminal as the mobile phone as an example, the user needs to install application software and register an account number, bind a bank card and bind fingerprint information in advance through the mobile phone,
and then the user terminal sends the application account number and the fingerprint information of the user to the server for storage.
The bank card can be used for mobile payment, namely a first payment account is bound, and transfer payment is carried out on the first payment account of the application account in the embodiment of the invention, so the bank card can also be called as a payment account; the fingerprint information is used for identity authentication and is matched with the corresponding application account.
The mobile phone and the server of the cloud end, and the payment terminal and the server of the cloud end can be communicated through a wireless network.
For example, after downloading and installing a wechat APP in a mobile phone, a user registers a wechat account and binds a bank card and fingerprint information in the wechat account, and the user can complete binding by self through the mobile phone, so that the method is simple and convenient to implement and is convenient for user operation.
2) When the payment is carried out, the user terminal does not need to participate, the payment terminal of the merchant receives fingerprint information input by the user, the server prompts the user to input a payment password after matching the corresponding application account, the server verifies whether the payment password is correct or not, and the payment is carried out if the payment password is verified.
The payment terminal may also correspond to a second payment account in advance, and is used for collecting money, which is also called a collection account.
For example, when a user pays for a purchase of a merchant, the user selects WeChat payment, the user inputs fingerprint information bound in the WeChat account of the user in advance in the payment terminal, matching is successful, namely after the identity authentication passes, the user is prompted to input a payment password, and after the user inputs the payment password, if the payment password passes verification, the process of deducting payment from the WeChat account is further completed.
Therefore, when in payment, the user does not need to participate in a mobile phone or a bank card, the convenience of mobile payment is improved, the user experience is improved, the purpose of easily completing payment is achieved by authenticating the identity through fingerprint information, the payment time is saved, and the payment efficiency is improved.
