The cup cover 32 is also provided with a first exhaust pipe to prevent the gas in the heating cup 31 from affecting the normal inflow and discharge of water.
As shown in fig. 6, in order to avoid water in the heating cup 31 overflowing, which results in water leakage, electric leakage, and other safety problems of the water purifier 100, in this embodiment, the heating device 3 further includes an anti-overflow component, which can prevent water in the heating cup 31 from overflowing, thereby ensuring the safety of the water purifier 100.
To ensure proper operation of the heating device 3, the heating cup 31 is provided with a highest water level warning line. When the water level in the heating cup 31 is below the highest water level warning line, the heating cup 31 is free from the risk of overflowing, and the heating device 3 can work normally. When the water level in the heating cup 31 is above the highest water level warning line, the water in the heating device 3 is in danger of overflowing at the moment, and potential safety hazards of water leakage and electric leakage exist. The overflow prevention assembly can detect the relationship between the water level in the heating cup 31 and the highest water level warning line, thereby preventing water in the heating cup 31 from overflowing.
In this embodiment, the anti-overflow assembly includes an anti-overflow electrode 37, the anti-overflow electrode 37 is disposed on the cup cover 32, the top end of the anti-overflow electrode 37 passes through the cup cover 32 and extends out of the heating cup 31, and the bottom end of the anti-overflow electrode 37 is located in the heating cup 31. The bottom end of the spill-resistant electrode 37 may be flush with or slightly below the highest water level warning line. When the water level in the heating cup 31 is below the highest water level warning line, the water in the heating cup 31 is not in contact with the anti-overflow electrode 37, the anti-overflow electrode 37 is in a non-energized state, and the heating device 3 can work normally. When the water level in the heating cup 31 is above the highest water level warning line, the water in the heating cup 31 is in contact with the anti-overflow electrode 37, and the anti-overflow electrode 37 is electrified, so that the water level in the heating cup 31 is judged to exceed the highest water level warning line, the potential safety hazards of water leakage and electricity leakage exist, and the water purifying tank 4 is prevented from continuously supplying water into the heating cup 31, and safety accidents are avoided.
In order to enable the water purifier 100 to automatically perform treatment operation when excessive water in the heating cup 31 is judged, the main control assembly 6 is electrically connected with the water purifying tank 4 and the heating device 3 respectively and is used for coordinating the work among the parts.
When the anti-overflow electrode 37 is electrified, the anti-overflow electrode 37 sends an electric signal to the main control component 6, and the main control component 6 cuts off a passage between the water purifying tank 4 and the heating device 3 through the electric signal, so that water supply to the heating cup 31 is stopped, water in the heating cup 31 is prevented from overflowing, normal operation of electrical elements in the water purifier 100 is ensured, and potential safety hazards such as electric leakage are avoided.
In this embodiment, the cup cover 32 is provided with an electrode hole, and the anti-overflow electrode 37 is inserted into the electrode hole, so as to be fixed with the cup cover 32. The upper end of the anti-overflow electrode 37 extends out of the cup cover 32 and is connected with the main control assembly 6 so as to transmit signals after being electrified. In order to seal the gap between the anti-overflow electrode 37 and the cup cover 32 and prevent the heating device 3 from leaking water, sealing elements are arranged in the anti-overflow electrode 37 and the electrode holes, and the sealing elements can improve the sealing effect of the heating device 3. The sealing element may be a sealing sleeve sleeved outside the anti-overflow electrode 37, and the sealing sleeve may be made of a food-grade elastic material, such as food-grade silica gel, so as to avoid polluting water in the heating cup 31.
In order to ensure that the anti-overflow electrode 37 can be conducted in time after being contacted with water so as to transmit signals to the main control assembly 6, the bottom end of the anti-overflow electrode 37 is exposed out of the sealing sleeve, and the anti-overflow electrode 37 is ensured to have a certain exposed length.
In this embodiment, by setting the anti-overflow electrode 37, water in the heating device 3 can be prevented from overflowing, and the bottom end of the anti-overflow electrode 37 is at a certain distance from the cup cover 32, so that an air layer with a certain height is arranged between the water surface in the heating cup 31 and the cup cover 32, and the air layer can slow down the dissipation of hot water heat in the heating cup 31, thereby improving the heat preservation effect of the heating device 3.
In other embodiments, the overflow prevention assembly may be a structure such as a liquid level sensor that can detect the water level in the heating cup 31. In order to ensure that better heat preservation effect can be obtained when other forms of anti-overflow components are adopted, the liquid level sensor and other inspection devices can be kept at a certain distance from the cup cover 32, so that when the water level in the heating cup 31 is at the allowable highest water level, a certain air layer is arranged between the water levels in the cup cover 32, and the heat preservation effect of the heating device 3 is improved.
As the heating device 3 supplies hot water to the user, the water level in the heating cup 31 gradually decreases, and in order to avoid dry heating of the heating element 36 when the heating body is completely or mostly exposed outside the water surface, the heating cup 31 is provided with a minimum water level warning line. When the water level in the heating cup 31 is below the minimum water level warning line, the heating device 3 is at risk of dry burning. To ensure proper and safe operation of the heating device 3, it is necessary to ensure that the water level in the heating cup 31 is not below the minimum water level warning line, or that the heating element 36 stops operating when the water level is below the minimum water level warning line.
For this reason, the heating device 3 provided in this embodiment further includes a dry-burning prevention component, which is electrically connected to the main control component 6, for preventing the heating device 3 from dry-burning.
Specifically, the dry-heating prevention assembly comprises a dry-heating prevention electrode 38, the dry-heating prevention electrode 38 is arranged on the cup cover 32, the top end of the dry-heating prevention electrode 38 penetrates through the cup cover 32 to extend out of the heating cup 31, and the top end of the dry-heating prevention electrode 38 extends into the heating cup 31. The bottom end of the dry heat prevention electrode 38 may be flush with or slightly below the minimum water level guard. When the water level in the heating cup 31 is above the lowest water level guard line, the water in the heating cup 31 is in contact with the dry-heating preventing electrode 38, the dry-heating preventing electrode 38 is in an electrified state, and the heating device 3 can work normally. When the water level in the heating cup 31 is below the lowest water level warning line, the water in the heating cup 31 is not contacted with the dry-heating prevention electrode 38, the dry-heating prevention electrode 38 is switched to a non-electrified state, at the moment, the dry-heating prevention electrode 38 sends a signal to the main control component 6, the main control component 6 judges that the water level in the heating cup 31 is below the lowest water level warning line through the signal, and the hidden danger of dry-heating exists, so that the water purifying tank 4 is controlled to supply water into the heating cup 31 or the heating piece 36 is controlled to stop working, thereby avoiding safety accidents, avoiding electric energy waste and guaranteeing the service life of the water purifier 100.
In order to avoid damage to the heating element 36, the lowest water level warning line in the heating cup 31 should be higher than the heating main body portion of the heating element 36, so that when the heating element 36 works normally, the heating main body portion is always soaked in water, which not only can avoid influencing the service life of the heating element 36, but also can reduce the consumption of electric energy.
In this embodiment, the length of the first water inlet pipe 33 extending into the heating cup 31 is longer, and the length of the first water outlet pipe 34 extending into the heating cup 31 is shorter. The first water inlet pipe 33 extends into the bottom of the heating cup 31, and the first water outlet pipe 34 extends into the middle of the heating cup 31. The normal-temperature clean water enters the heating cup 31 for heating, and the convection of cold and hot water not only can accelerate the heating speed of the water, but also can move upwards, so that the hot water is beneficial to flowing out from the first water outlet pipe 34.
To avoid damage to the first water outlet pipe 34 by contact with the heating body, the bottom end of the first water outlet pipe 34 may be located above the heating body. To ensure that the bottom end of the first water outlet pipe 34 is always immersed in water, so that water in the heating cup 31 can be smoothly discharged, the distance between the bottom end of the dry heating prevention electrode 38 and the cup cover 32 is smaller than the distance between the bottom end of the first water outlet pipe 34 and the cup cover 32. The bottom end of the first water outlet pipe 34 is lower than the bottom end of the dry-heating prevention electrode 38, so that the situation that the water level is higher than the lowest water level warning line, namely, when the heating device 3 does not have the hidden danger of dry-heating prevention, the bottom end of the first water outlet pipe 34 is exposed out of the water surface, and the normal output of hot water is influenced can be avoided.
As further shown in fig. 6, the heating device 3 further includes a temperature detecting component 39, the temperature detecting component 39 is connected with the main control component 6, and the end portion extends into the heating cup 31 to detect the temperature of water in the heating cup 31, so as to meet the requirement of a user on the temperature of hot water. Specifically, the display panel 62 of the main control unit 6 may be provided with a temperature display area, and the main control unit 6 controls the temperature display area to display the temperature of the hot water detected by the temperature detecting unit 39 in real time, so that the user can select the hot water with a proper temperature.
Since the inside of the heating device 3 is a relatively sealed space, the water in the heating cup 31 is liable to deteriorate when the water in the heating cup 31 is not used or replaced for a long period of time. Therefore, when the water purifier 100 is not used for a long period of time, the water in the heating cup 31 needs to be discharged.
Because the length of the first water outlet pipe 34 is shorter, the bottom end of the first water outlet pipe 34 does not extend into the bottom of the heating cup 31, and water in the heating cup 31 is discharged through the first water outlet pipe 34, so that water residues in the heating cup 31 are easily caused, and water in the heating cup 31 is changed, and peculiar smell is generated in the heating cup 31.
To solve the above problem, the heating device 3 in this embodiment may be discharged to the outside through the first water inlet pipe 33. Specifically, the water purifier 100 further includes a three-way pipe, a first pipe orifice of the three-way pipe is connected with the purified water supply device, a second pipe orifice of the three-way pipe is connected with the first water inlet pipe 33, and a third pipe orifice of the three-way pipe is connected with the water outlet of the water purifier 100. Wherein the purified water supply means is a purified water tank 4. The first pipe orifice and the third pipe orifice of the three-way pipe are both connected with a switch valve, and the communication condition of the three pipe orifices in the three-way pipe is controlled by controlling the opening and closing of the switch valve. When the heating device 3 needs the water, the main control component 6 controls the switch valve connected with the third pipe orifice of the three-way pipe to be closed, and the first pipe orifice is communicated with the second pipe orifice, so that the clean water tank 4 is communicated with the heating device 3 to supply water into the heating device 3. When the heating device 3 is not used for a long time and water in the heating device 3 needs to be discharged, the main control component 6 controls the switch valve connected with the first pipe orifice to be closed, the second pipe orifice is communicated with the third pipe orifice, the first water inlet pipe 33 is communicated with the water outlet of the water purifier, water in the heating cup 31 can be discharged from the water outlet of the water purifier through the first water inlet pipe 33, and the first water inlet pipe 33 extends to the bottom of the heating cup 31, so that the heating cup 31 can be discharged more thoroughly.
In this embodiment, the water may be transferred between the components of the water purifier 100 by driving a pump, and the pump is electrically connected to the main control unit 6, so as to control the propagation path of the water.
The foregoing is merely exemplary of the present invention, and those skilled in the art should not be considered as limiting the invention, since modifications may be made in the specific embodiments and application scope of the invention in light of the teachings of the present invention.
