本发明新型属于净化器设备技术领域,具体是涉及一种吊顶式空气净化器。
背景技术
近年来大气污染日益严重,特别是雾霾天气长时间大范围地笼罩着城市的上空,给人们的日常生活和身体健康带来严重的影响。为了营造出清洁的工作环境和没有污染的空气,人们开发出了各种空气净化装置。空气净化器是用来净化室内空气的小型家电产品,可以解决由于装修或者其他原因导致的室内空气污染问题。由于室内空气中污染物的释放有持久性和不确定性的特点,因此使用空气净化器净化室内空气是国际公认的改善室内空气质量的方法。
空气净化器又称“空气清洁器”、空气清新机、净化器,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物(一般包括PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等),有效提高空气清洁度的产品,主要分为家用、商用、工业、楼宇。
但是目前市场上的空气净化器不仅结构复杂,而且功能单一,一般空气净化器都放置在地面上或桌面上,这给办公区域减小了使用空间,而且周围物体的遮挡会使空气净化器净化空气不充分的情况出现。
发明内容

作为优选,所述顶座的下侧设有定位器,所述定位器设于控制箱的右方,所述定位器的内部设有定位杆,所述定位杆的下端设有缓冲垫,所述定位器的内部定位杆的上端设有缓冲弹簧。
本发明新型具有的有益效果:通过固定螺栓将顶座固定在室内天花板上,使净化器本体通过升降绳悬挂于天花板上,实现室内空间的充分利用,并且可以将室内的空气充分净化;粗过滤网过滤空气中较大的漂浮物,如羽毛绒线等,使进风道不易堵塞;静电过滤层利用高压静电场,使微粒颗物被捕集在静电过滤层上;HEPA过滤层可去除至少97.00%的空中微粒物,对直径为0.3微米的微粒物起到过滤效率;紫外线灭菌灯主要是通过对微生物(细菌、病毒、芽孢等病原体)的辐射损伤和破坏核酸的功能使微生物致死,从而达到消毒的目的;活性炭过滤层消除空气中甲醛的含量,提高净化空气的质量;负离子发生器发生负离子进入空气,使人体更多的吸入负离子,实现室内人员处于健康的生活环境;在寒冷干槽的冬天,可通过电热网加热通过的空气,加湿器通过气体喷口喷出雾化后的水气,实现对室内温度及湿度的增高;清新剂放置盒可根据室内人员的喜好,放置清新的芳香剂,使净化后的空气更加芳香清新;空气质量探测器可探测进入进风管的空气污染度,如周围空气被净化后,污染度降低到一定值时,控制器关闭净化器本体,实现节能的效果;测温器测得出风道吹出风的温度,通过数字显示器显示室内温度;无线模块发射出的无线信号连接无线遥控器,无线信号还可通过手机连接,通过手机专用APP操作本发明,在没有遥控器的情况下也可操作;烟雾探测器可探测火情,如烟雾较大,音响发出警报声,以及通过无线模块发送信号给周围以连接的手机上,实现遇到火警快速处理;当需要更换或清洗净化器本体内部的各过滤层时,升降电机转动前、后传动杆,使前卷筒和后卷筒同方向转动,升降绳被放下,净化器本体随升降绳向下降下,使用者无需攀爬上去,只需站在原地通过手挽打开端盖,便可以轻松更换或清洗各过滤层;定位器定位净化器本体升起时关闭升降电机,起到上升后自动暂停。因此本发明新型具有结构简单、设计合理等特点。

本发明新型的使用原理:通过无线遥控器控制控制器,电机转动风机,风机产生风力,室内空气经进风道入口的粗过滤网过滤空气中较大的漂浮物,如羽毛绒线等,空气经进风道通过静电过滤层利用高压静电场,使微粒颗物被捕集在静电过滤层上,经静电过滤层过滤后空气进入HEPA过滤层,HEPA过滤层去除至少90.00%的空中微粒物,对直径为0.3微米的微粒物起到过滤效率,经HEPA过滤层过滤后空气进入灭菌层,紫外线灭菌灯通过对微生物(细菌、病毒、芽孢等病原体)的辐射损伤和破坏核酸的功能使微生物致死,从而达到消毒的目的,经紫外线灭菌灯过滤后空气进入活性炭过滤层,活性炭过滤层消除空气中甲醛的含量,负离子发生器发生负离子进入空气,负离子随空气一同通过加热网,空气经出风道,从出风口吹出,如需加热空气只需加热加热网即可,加湿器也可根据使用者需要打开或关闭;当需要更换或清洗净化器本体内部的各过滤层时,升降电机转动前、后传动杆,使前卷筒和后卷筒同方向转动,升降绳被放下,净化器本体随升降绳向下降下,使用者无需攀爬上去,只需站在原地通过手挽打开端盖,便可以轻松更换或清洗各过滤层;使用者通过清新剂放置盒放置芳香剂,使吹出的空气更加清新,当净化器本体上升时,净化器本体触碰道定位杆,定位器定位净化器本体升起时关闭升降电机,起到上升后自动暂停,在室内开启净化器本体一段时间后,空气质量探测器可探测进入进风管的空气污染度,如周围空气被净化后,污染度降低到一定值时,控制器关闭净化器本体,实现节能的效果;测温器测得出风道吹出风的温度,通过数字显示器显示室内温度;无线模块发射出的无线信号连接无线遥控器,无线信号还可通过手机连接,通过手机专用APP操作本发明,在没有遥控器的情况下也可操作;烟雾探测器可探测火情,如烟雾较大,音响发出警报声,以及通过无线模块发送信号给周围以连接的手机上,实现遇到火警快速处理。因此本发明新型具有操作简单、设计合理等特点。

1.一种吊顶式空气净化器,包括顶座、净化器本体和无线遥控器,其特征在于所述净化器本体设于顶座的下方,所述顶座上侧的四角处设有固定螺栓,所述顶座下侧的中心处设有控制箱,所述控制箱的内部设有控制器和无线模块,所述顶座下端面的左右两侧均设有升降电机,所述升降电机的前端设有前传动杆,所述升降电机的后端设有后传动杆,所述前传动杆的前端设有前卷筒,所述后传动杆的后端设有后卷筒,所述前卷筒和后卷筒的卷筒上均设有升降绳,所述净化器本体上端面的四角处均设有吊环,所述吊环均连接升降绳,所述净化器本体的下端面设有LED照明灯,所述LED照明灯的中心处设有数字显示屏,所述数字显示屏的左侧设有音响,所述数字显示屏的右侧设有烟雾探测器,所述净化器本体内部的左侧设有进风道,所述进风道的入口处设有粗过滤网,所述进风道的内壁处设有空气质量探测器,所述进风道的右方设有静电过滤层,所述静电过滤层的右方设有HEPA过滤层,所述HEPA过滤层的右方设有杀菌层,所述杀菌层的内部设有紫外线灭菌灯,所述杀菌层的右方设有活性炭过滤层,所述活性炭过滤层的右下方设有负离子发生器,所述负离子发生器的右方设有风机,所述风机的前端设有电机,所述风机的右上方设有清新剂放置盒,所述清新剂放置盒的右方设有加热网,所述加热网的右侧设有出风道,所述出风道的右下侧设有出风口,所述出风口左侧的内壁上设有测温器,所述出风道的右侧设有水箱,所述水箱的下侧出风口的右侧设有加湿器,所述出风口与加湿器的连接处设有气体喷口,所述净化器本体的上侧设有端盖,所述端盖的上侧设有两个手挽,所述无线遥控器的面板上设有若干控制按钮,所述无线遥控器下端的内部设有可充式锂电池,所述无线遥控器通过无线信号连接无线模块,所述无线模块与控制器通过电性连接,所述升降电机、LED照明灯、数字显示屏、音响、烟雾探测器、空气质量探测器、静电过滤层、紫外线灭菌灯、负离子发生器、电机、加热网、测温器、加湿器和定位器均由控制器控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吊顶式空气净化器,其特征在于所述顶座的下侧设有定位器,所述定位器设于控制箱的右方,所述定位器的内部设有定位杆,所述定位杆的下端设有缓冲垫,所述定位器的内部定位杆的上端设有缓冲弹簧。
