本发明公开了一种屋面岩棉板生产方法,所述的方法包括以下步骤:步骤(1)原料配制;步骤(2)憎水液配制,步骤(3)纤维制备;步骤(4)纤维体制备;步骤(5)压缩纤维体:采用平面挤压机器对所述纤维体进行挤压;步骤(6)成品制备:将挤压后的纤维体通过切割工具切割成预定尺寸的屋面岩棉板。本发明制备的屋面岩棉板有较高的抗压强度和点载荷能力,能满足施工人员设备的载荷要求,具有较强的保温、隔热、防火和隔音降噪的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及岩棉板技术领域,具体涉及一种屋面岩棉板生产方法。
背景技术
岩棉板是以玄武岩为主要原材料,经高温熔融加工而成的无机纤维板。岩棉板又称岩棉保温装饰板。岩棉板经过高温融熔加工成的人工无机纤维,具有质量轻、导热系数小、吸热、不燃的特点,初始研制在建筑中是常见的应用类型多用于工业建筑应符合《建筑绝热材料的应用类型和基本要求》的规定。岩棉板是一种新型的保温、隔燃、吸声材料。
但在屋面岩棉板产品中,现有的屋面岩棉板产品吸水性偏高,且抗压强度低,无法有效长期使用。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种屋面岩棉板生产方法。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种屋面岩棉板生产方法,所述的方法包括以下步骤:
步骤(1)原料配制:将玄武石、粉煤灰、辉长岩、铁矿石、铝矾土、硅灰石混合,并将它们熔融成为液体混合物;
步骤(2)憎水液配制,按照重量百分比:SILRESBS1042 0.3-0.5%、甲基纤维素 5-8%,聚丙烯酰胺溶液 1-2%,其余为酚醛树脂相混合均匀;
步骤(3)纤维制备:将液体混合物连续流入处于高速旋转的离心辊上,液体混合物在离心抛甩及空气冷却作用下凝结成丝状的纤维丝,在鼓风机的鼓风作用下将纤维丝收集成型,将憎水液均匀喷于岩棉纤维上;
步骤(4)纤维体制备:将上述制得的纤维剪切成短纤维,使用模具或特殊工、机具使短纤维直立排列,在纤维体两面喷涂酚醛树脂;
步骤(5)压缩纤维体:采用平面挤压机器对所述纤维体进行挤压;通过对纤维体的挤压压缩,使得纤维体具有更强的抗压强度和点载荷能力。
步骤(6)成品制备:将挤压后的纤维体通过切割工具切割成预定尺寸的屋面岩棉板。
更进一步的技术方案是所述的所述步骤(1)中原料组分按照重量百分比计算包括:玄武石 10-20%、粉煤灰 14-30%、辉长岩 2.8-6.8%、铁矿石 1.2-6.2%、铝矾土 20-35%、硅灰石 25-45%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备的屋面岩棉板有较高的抗压强度和点载荷能力,能满足施工人员设备的载荷要求,具有较强的保温、隔热、防火和隔音降噪的效果。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步阐述。
一种屋面岩棉板生产方法,所述的方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1、原料配制:
将玄武石、粉煤灰、辉长岩、铁矿石、铝矾土、硅灰石混合,并将它们熔融成为液体混合物。其中,原料组分按照重量百分比计算包括:玄武石 10-20%、粉煤灰 14-30%、辉长岩2.8-6.8%、铁矿石 1.2-6.2%、铝矾土 20-35%、硅灰石 25-45%。
步骤2、憎水液配制:
按照重量百分比:SILRESBS1042 0.3-0.5%、甲基纤维素 5-8%, 聚丙烯酰胺溶液 1-2%,其余为酚醛树脂相混合均匀。
步骤3、纤维制备:
将液体混合物连续流入处于高速旋转的离心辊上,液体混合物在离心抛甩及空气冷却作用下凝结成丝状的纤维丝,在鼓风机的鼓风作用下将纤维丝收集成型,将憎水液均匀喷于岩棉纤维上。
步骤4、纤维体制备:
将上述制得的纤维剪切成短纤维,使用模具或特殊工、机具使短纤维直立排列,在纤维体两面喷涂酚醛树脂。

1.一种屋面岩棉板生产方法,其特征在于:所述的方法包括以下步骤:
步骤(1)原料配制:将玄武石、粉煤灰、辉长岩、铁矿石、铝矾土、硅灰石混合,并将它们熔融成为液体混合物;
步骤(2)憎水液配制,按照重量百分比:SILRESBS1042 0.3-0.5%、甲基纤维素 5-8%,聚丙烯酰胺溶液 1-2%,其余为酚醛树脂相混合均匀;
步骤(3)纤维制备:将液体混合物连续流入处于高速旋转的离心辊上,液体混合物在离心抛甩及空气冷却作用下凝结成丝状的纤维丝,在鼓风机的鼓风作用下将纤维丝收集成型,将憎水液均匀喷于岩棉纤维上;
