[0046] I) PET基膜表面进行彩印印刷,形成彩色印刷层;
[0047] 2)在印刷层表面涂布复合模压涂料,形成第一复合涂层,复合涂层的原料及配比 如下: 水性丙烯酸树脂 10% ; 醇酸-丙烯酸共聚物 10%; -上离子水 50%;
[0048] 酒精 20%; 二乙二醇丁醚 5% 二丙二醇甲醚 5%;
[0049] 复合模压涂料的制作方法为:去离子水、酒精、二乙二醇丁醚按比例要求进行混 合,然后按照2:1的比例分成两份,大份溶剂在搅拌状态下缓慢加入水性丙烯酸树脂,然后 继续搅拌,搅拌时间大于30min;小份溶剂搅拌状态下缓慢加入醇酸-丙烯酸共聚物,然后继 续搅拌,搅拌时间大于30min;搅拌完成后,两份树脂溶液进行混合,并在搅拌状态下加入二 丙二醇甲醚,搅拌时间大于30min,搅拌完成,制成复合涂料。

[0051] 4)在全息信息层上部分区域采用凹版印刷复合模压涂料,形成第二复合涂层;
[0052] 5)在全息信息层和第二复合涂层上涂布转移涂料,涂布温度80-130°C,涂布烘干 时间5-10s,形成转移涂层,转移涂层的原料及配比如下: 纤维素乙酸酯 10%; 甲基丙烯酸甲酯4%;

[0054] 转移涂层的制法:在容器中把丁酮和醋酸丁酯进行混合,然后把混合溶剂分成两 份,其中一份在搅拌状态下缓慢加入醋酸纤维素酯进行溶解,搅拌时间大于30min,另一份 溶剂在搅拌状态下缓慢加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯进行溶解,搅拌时间大于30min,两份溶液搅拌 完成后进行混合,并在搅拌状态下加入DOP,搅拌时间大于30min,搅拌完成,制成转移层涂 料。

Claims (5)
1. 一种揭显局部全息彩印防伪膜,其特征在于包括PET基膜、彩色印刷层、第一复合涂 层、全息信息层、第二复合涂层和转移涂层,第二复合涂层部分覆盖全息信息层,所述转移 涂层和第一复合涂层、第二复合涂层之间的粘合力小于彩色印刷层和第一复合涂层、第一 复合涂层和和第二复合涂层之间的粘合力。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的揭显局部全息彩印防伪膜的制作方法,其特征在于复合模压 涂料的制作方法为:去离子水、酒精、二乙二醇丁醚按比例要求进行混合,然后按照2:1的比 例分成两份,大份溶剂在搅拌状态下缓慢加入水性丙烯酸树脂,然后继续搅拌,搅拌时间大 于30min;小份溶剂搅拌状态下缓慢加入醇酸-丙烯酸共聚物,然后继续搅拌,搅拌时间大于 30min;搅拌完成后,两份树脂溶液进行混合,并在搅拌状态下加入二丙二醇甲醚,搅拌时间 大于30min,搅拌完成,制成复合涂料。
4. 根据权利要求2所述的揭显局部全息彩印防伪膜的制作方法,其特征在于转移涂层 的制作方法为:在容器中把丁酮和醋酸丁酯进行混合,然后把混合溶剂分成两份,其中一份 在搅拌状态下缓慢加入醋酸纤维素酯进行溶解,搅拌时间大于30min,另一份溶剂在搅拌状 态下缓慢加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯进行溶解,搅拌时间大于30min,两份溶液搅拌完成后进行混 合,并在搅拌状态下加入DOP,搅拌时间大于30min,搅拌完成,制成转移层涂料。
5.根据权利要求2所述的揭显局部全息彩印防伪膜的制作方法,其特征在于转移层涂 料的涂布温度80-130 °C,涂布烘干时间5-1 OS。
